Stopped at this small little cozy Cafe with beautiful views. Good food, friendly staff, three lovely kind and friendly ladies serving at this Cafe. The food is great, close to a play area for kids a must stop by if at batemans bay

Stopped in at this little spot and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of menu options and at a decent price too. We ordered take away fish and chips and a Mediterranean toastie and ate across the road at the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What more could you ask for?

Just had the most amazing bacon roll from here - and great coffee too! My first time and I was greeted and welcomed with friendly smiles even though they were busy. Great food, great coffee, great service. And what a view. Winner!!

Nice base, not too thick or thin. Plenty of topping. Very generous sizes - three large pizzas was enough for two dinners for the three of us. I would happily order from here again next time

Excellent service. It was busy but the food was fast. Staff were great, lots of variety on the menu. Chicken burger was delicious the chips seemed good but my toddler kicked sand all over it so its hard for me to judge :P would reccomemd.

Great location right by the beach if you’re after fish and chips. They also do pizza. This isn’t the best food I’ve ever had but the friendly service and beautiful location definitely make up for that.

We stayed at abode and had the pizza and calamari for dinner on the Saturday night which was AMAZING! Customer service was great too. Only let down was that they are closed Sunday and mondays which is when people usually stay right next door. I think they would miss out on alot of customers being closed especially the Sunday.

I always order a bunless Mega burger and they go above and beyond to ensure their customer is satisfied and not still hungry at this little shack. I recommend it for value for money and taste. Overlooking beautiful Malua Bay and the playground it's also a beaut spot.

I found the chips dry and tasteless - chicken salt improved them a little. Also the fish was very greasy and had saturated the chips underneath with oil. I like to support the locals but sorry, won't hurry back. Hopefully it was an off day for them.

It was the Queens birthday long weekend, covid19 restrictions were eased and like many we made our way to the Bay. We were on a drive back into the Bay and stopped for lunch at the Sandy Foot Cafe. It was very busy and the Cafe was practising its social distancing obligations. With all this going on we found the food to be very high quality, the service was excellent under trying conditions and overall the best little takeaway in the Bay! Well done Sandy Foot cafe, we'll see you again. Vern and Mel

The most outrageously expensive cafe around. As a new local we won’t becoming regulars. Hot chips were awesome but won’t ever pay that amount again - coffees okay, as were bacon and egg rolls. 2 rolls, 3 reg coffees and chips was $61. My husband nearly fell over - as did I.

Getting a pizza from Sandy foot has been a bit of a tradition for us when we're in the area. The last few times we've gone there have been disappointing though. Unwashed spinach on a pizza makes for a gritty meal and when added to order mix ups points to a decline in care. When they get it right though their food is good and the staff all seem nice. Will probably try somewhere else next time though.

Food is good compared with other places within walking distance... (there's none). It is expensive, but if you are on holidays then walking down to the beach and grabbing an egg and bacon roll to have on the beach is a traditional holiday start for the day. Cant beat the outdoor ambiance, even in winter! But you have to do a reccy the night before, because they are just as likely to be closed... Usually closed public holidays. Close early on a Sunday. So if you and the family are at the beach, and its getting feeding time, check it's going to be open when you and the kids need a feed! Times are a-changin'. The big apartment block (literally!) will have shops. Most likely a take-away to cater for the residents/guests. So some much needed competition for the Sandy Foot. Just want a coffee? Cheaper and better at the local Butcher or Post office! And the Post office, more often than not, is OPEN.

Good pizzas but very expensive if you want a gluten free base, the 9 inch pizzas are $20+. The location is worth the extra dollars if you get there on sunny afternoon. If you're only after a coffee go to to the Surf Beach cafe.

According to the business listing on Google Maps this place is open until 7pm on Tuesdays. Arrived at 4pm on a Tuesday to find it’s closed at 2pm. It would be helpful for Google Maps users if the business hours were up to date.

Good burger (The 'Mega' burger) fresh, packed, well assembled..Turkish bun. 13.50 is expensive, but then the area is touristy and gentrified (or 'frying' up to this status given recent property hikes and few homes for poorer folk). Anyways, quick glance inside...oddly low lighting.. large black counter coolers seemingly housing as yet uncooked commercial frozen fare ready for the next dim sim order..so the place is not that far divorced from previous instantiations of 'the local'.
