Positive experience as a whole but you’re paying for the view for the most part.
We booked the cheaper option (standard feast) but due to a not-so-busy lunch service, we managed to get a window table which was a nice surprise! The view of Sydney has always been incredibly beautiful and to see a 360 degree view of it was such a treat!
Food was a 3 star at most. The seafood was decent, we pigged out on oysters, prawns and crab however other than this, they didn’t have a very large selection and no dishes really stood out.
I wouldn’t come back any time soon however this is a great place to bring family and friends from outside of Sydney. The view really is amazing!

Apart from dessert section; taste of the rest of the food was average. However, the FOH service was excellent and the view from the restaurant was simply mind blowing. Good experience.

We bought the window seats which rotate and give you the 360 view of Sydney. There are complimentary drinks but expect to pay more if you having more than table water. The food was acceptable.
P. F.
Excellent!! Well worth it. Had Christmas day lunch, large array of food. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the beautiful view topped it off. Parked at Piccadilly on Castlereagh Street for $12, but it is not for faint-hearted!!

Visiting from Melbourne, this Sydney’s 360deg rotating restaurant is a must to dine in. Excellent Sydney view and superb food and service. Staff are nice and friendly. Will surely visit again next time.

The spread of food and the quality has significantly dropped since I went here last (pre covid, 2017). Not writing it off 100% and will definately go again once tourism has increased, but either the quality of food that's currently supplied is well below par or they are limiting the menu to save some money during hard times, either way I was very VERY disappointed. Would give a lower rating if it wasn't for having had wonderful experiences before. If this is the new standard then it's very sad. The desert options were the best by far but at the price (which is understandable for the experience) this place needs to lift their game substantially.

My husband and I with our 2 year old son, experienced Skyfeast for the first time. The buffet food options were amazing and the view from the window seat is something to remember! Our only annoyance was that there was no communication how to finalise any bill (if any) as we thought having our card attached to our table was enough to be charged at the end. There needs to be a better process for ending the night as it felt very unprofessional to be stopped as we were walking out. Overall, we will be back and look forward to another great meal.

Amazing view! Great service and heart warming! When they found out that it was for my daughter’s birthday they waived her fee. Food was ok, not too many varieties.

My husband surprised me and bring me here a dream come true. Had a great time great view and most great food.. Definitely will be back here.

Stunning views and who doesn't love a revolving restaurant?? We found the staff fantastic and the food was of quite a high quality with good variety. My only let down was the desserts. No cream, custard, mousse or ice cream.
D. 1. P.
The food was better than I expected. This is not a top end of town ala-carte dining experience. But if that's what you expect from a buffet style dinner, you need to rethink your choices. It's a great viewing experience with your meal. The only thing I thought that could be improved was the table settings. A table cloth would be nice. It would make the dining experience more classy.

Love it food lots to pick different stations 360 moving view see all of Sydney at the window 2 free drinks with booking

Phenomenal view!, great service, I’m enjoyed my seafood.. fresh oysters. however food was average not many option. I’ve had a white wine taste a bit flat. Overall we’ve a great moment here which deserve 🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was great, the view from the tower is excellent, we managed to book a window table and dined just before sunset. The food is good, the service is great. If you are expecting elite dining then you're doing it wrong. It is a buffet, the quality of food for a buffet is excellent.
H. L.
Happy! I like the pink tart, matcha brownie, roast pumpkin and the mussels the most.
d. g.
You are "hopefully" going here just for the experience of the revolving restaurant..some beautiful views and not the food.
I am a vegetarian so my review goes for vegetarian food served here.
If you look at quantity served.yes they have more choices than an average buffet a vegetarian but it doesn't work anyways.
The Asian food was quite alright..but tasted exactly like any takeaway.
They served cumin rice ...on a Sunday afternoon..I have eaten enough fridge cold rice warmed up to tell that some of the Basmati was brittle dry!!! This way below any standards.
The breads and dip were the best part.
The french fries were great.
Desserts were great.
Overall..you will be surely be disappointed with the food.
J.
Great :) Limited food options ( seafood, main and dessert.) Main is mediocre, seafood is also average (prawns are plump and good) Dessert section was actually nice. Good service, amazing view of the city. Sadly came on a day when they didn’t do rotating.
D. V.
You pay for the view. Food was average and there wasn’t much of a selection. The beverages was a tad expensive but as I said before, you’re paying for the view. Front of house service was excellent. Would I go back there again…..maybe not. There are better buffet around Sydney. Giving Skyfeast 3 stars because of the staff and service. Other than that, it would’ve been 2. The view is incredible but not for that price. Sorry.

I loved the environment & they were very welcoming. I loved all the delicious food. It is an incredible 360 degrees revolving view. SkyFeast is such a beautiful place where family & friends can enjoy food & make memories.

Amazing menu, was surprised with the various halal options they catered for. Love how it's rotating at 360°, and your dining! Highly recommend it especially for guests or visitors!

If you have frequented SkyFeast in Sydney Tower over the years, you will be pretty disappointed with the food - but let's give them another chance once COVID is under control.
Don't get me wrong, what was there was fine, certainly edible, a few yummy things especially amoungst the desserts. But overall the food was very basic with far less selection than usual. They had dishes like pesto pasta, chicken nuggets, hot chips, roast vegetables, nothing up to the execptional dining experience it used to be.
Of course the view is still amazing and the satff were really friendly and patient.
I really hope they do revert back to the awesome selection of food like they used to have.
V. S.
Amazing view of Sydney while enjoying sumptuous dishes by Chef Stefan.
Very nice ambiance.
Good customer service.
Parking can be a challenge, so research ahead.
Priced accordingly.
Check-in system can improve. Should.

We were welcomed professionally with a lot of warmth. Our station waiter and waitresses were very polite and quick at service.
The highlight of our lunch was the seafood and salad counter. But if I could point out that crabs were served but no equipment/cutlery was visible for breaking into the shells, and also the prawns didn't seem the freshest (Not old or off, but not fresh). The oysters seemed alright and was often refilled, but it wasn't shucked well, lots of broken shells on and hidden under too.
Lovely underrated octopus bean salad, nice kale and cabbage slaw. Rice noodle prawn salad was good but rice noodles weren't thoroughly cooked(more al dente than it should be).
I was surprised to see nuggets and chips, but nevertheless, I had chips...with creole curry! Oh boy it was so good!! The antipasto and hot food counters didn't have much to shout about aside from the creole curry and stir fried beans with tofu and mushrooms. The roast beef and poultry on display was dry and small looking - did not try.
The best item on the desserts counter, was the raspberry chocolate mousse, the sago was a bland disappointment.
For the price we paid, a little more was expected in the spread, but as Ii mentioned, the seafood and salad counters were fairly pleasing.
But who can fault the experience when you've got such a view?! It's a shame we were busy eating and couldn't indulge in the view more. It was a beautiful lunch we had, my partner was surprised as he had never had such a lovely dining experience and didn't know what to expect prior.
Thank you to the team who made today a great day for us! We shall work hard and earn the money to come back again, eating our hearts out over Sydney. Hopefully the little things are looked into.

We went for dinner this past weekend and the service was exceptional! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, from management to the servers.
We were the first table seated and each course of food was very prompt to our table.
The food was delicious (with exception of the prawns) and we loved the fact you could request more main dishes or desserts at no extra charge.
The views of Sydney are worth the visit alone as they are gorgeous!
Positives: • Amazing staff • Great veiws •Good food
Negatives: • Quality of the prawns. They were terrible. • Lack of beer selection
We loved it so much that we are returning for lunch this weekend!

Definitely one of the best experience you may have when visiting Sydney. Skyfeast is a revolving restaurant with panoramic views of the city and a self-serve buffet of around 40 international dishes. It was my first time here at Sky Feast and I booked in advance a dinner for two at night time. Breathtaking view!! The food quality is average but the whole experience is worth it. They offer a unlimited food (terms and conditions apply). Friendy staff. Accessible wheelchair entrance. So don't think twice and treat yourself with this wonderful experience.

Staff Service is excellent along with the view of 360 degrees rotation. Food, not much of my taste and you could do better at your local club. I'm sure they have low budget on the food.

Was amazing & staff👍

Breatheless view, ok food.

We loved it... The view was amazing, the food was delicious. Good proportions, everything was great. Definitely a worthy experience, we were so full after we finished! Also, great staff
S. J.
Beautiful view from the revolving restaurant and nice, comfortable decor. The food was great - fresh, tasty, lots of variety and well presented. And there was lots of it. Some of the salads let down the overall high quality (they were just average).
Our favourites were definitely the seafood entree and the main lamb curry and eggplant dishes - they were delicious!
Service was average and we expected a lot better. Our waiter tried very hard, but it just wasn't up to scratch. Wait staff were obtrusive and inattentive, although they were helpful, which I suppose comes down to inexperience and poor training. This really let down the overall experience.
The worst part of our experience was not being able to get in - only 1 entrance was open and not marked and we spent 10min wandering around before a Westfields staff member took pity on us! Once we made it to the check in desk they weren't interested in fixing this problem for other customers!
R. P.
It is good food, view, service, friendly staff. Thanks
Just the manager/supervisor needs to have a good manners.
S. N. S.
Apart from the amazing views, my highlight at SkyFeast was the chicken nuggets😅
T. S.
We came for the view and for that the experience delivers in spades. The view from all sides of the dining area is magnificent. We thought the buffet was ok. Some decent seafood, some decent other dishes, some reasonable desserts. We’ve had better buffets and we’ve had worse. This is no gourmet experience and not was that what we expected. It’s reasonable food for the money. The complimentary sparkling was good. Our coffee was excellent. Our server was new and he did a great job. Yes, it could be better, but we still enjoyed the experience.
S. M.
Staffs are very nice and accommodating..food are great and a lot of choices. Perfect place to celebrate birthday. The view is spectacular.
D. (.
Views r great 4/5 (getting up there is a slow and cumbersome process), service is ok, polite, chinese girl was good. But it was a bit slow at the beginning. The biggest plus was they do a lovely birthday promo for kids giving them a plaque on the desert ... 5/5 for that initiative. The food itself however was super mediocre. There was a huge amount of it... but none of it was great. The fish and chips and eggplant dish wasn't too bad, and some of the deserts were nice. The seafood platter was quite dismal. The mussels i got, one was tiny and the other was just the shell with nothing in it. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but not something I would hurry back to.
A. J.
Having lunch with friends with a view overlooking the Sydney city was definitely an experience I will never forget. The staff were very friendly, and would make sure you have the best time possible. There was an endless variety of food and desserts and my word of advice before going to the buffet is to make sure you have fasted before arriving because you wouldn’t want to waste your money by only eating a small amount of the food available. Tickets were affordable. I would suggest going during the day as it is less crowded and more cheaper.
V. L.
Great experience and stunning views. Foods are not the best but have different varieties. Drink prices are pretty reasonable.
T.
The food was pretty average but the deserts were top tier. You’re mostly paying for the view but it’s worth the money.

Service: 9 out of 10.
Location: 10 out of 10.
Food: 7 outof 10.
Love going to Skype astra. One of my favourite buffets in Sydney with fantastic views.
s. c.
Had dinner with my wife there tonight. Staff were very friendly and food was great. The only thing that was below par was the kangaroo meat was cold other than that it was a great night with great food.
S. M.
Visited this restaurant for lunch and dinner. Decent salad bar, nice cheese selections and variety of breads. Hot food is very pub styled - fish and chips, calamari, beef gravy, ham, tandoori chicken etc. Dinner varied a little bit for the hot food (baked smoke trout added for dinner).
Desserts were varied - ice cream (3 nice selections)
T.
Probably the first time in 20 years since I was last up the Tower, but first time at the Buffet.
Once I got over my vertigo and motion sickness from the rotating floor, I settled in with a glass of vino.
Service is amazing.
Menu isn't extensive but there something there for most. Don't go if your a Vegan unless you want to settle for small portions.
Stunning views.
M. A.
Amazing view.. no need for high expectations regarding food.. the 1.5 hrs are not enough.. it should be 2 hrs. Minimum! The sweet was good though.. the waiters were so welcoming and friendly too
C. F.
Amazing view on top of the city, perfect for a romantic dinner.
Their buffet is well stocked with a variety of food from all the world, who satisfy all the taste.
S. M.
Staffs are very nice and accommodating..food are great and a lot of choices. Perfect place to celebrate birthday. The view is spectacular.
r. r.
Good views and food. The buffet lunch was great. The food taste was nothing extraordinary though. It is a standard restaurant with views which will be popular with visitors to Sydney.
A. P.
Service ordinary, food below expectation, there is no fruits and ice creams for dessert, other establishment charge less with better food variety, the only difference is the view. You pay for the view not the food, a pity, next time would pay for the view separately and dine somewhere else.
N. C.
Food was good but a little hectic. I think i will steer away from the buffet option and look for a more serene environment. Stafff were amazing!!!
J. L.
The only good thing about this place is the view from up in the restaurant.Honestly don't waste your money I was thinking for the money you pay youbgetba great variety of food and sweets. They don't even have ice cream how sad.I have had better for much less of a price and the variety of food and sweets are amazing. So to top everything off don't bother booking the buffet restaurant at Sydney tower you will be disappointed I know i was.
S. N. S.
Apart from the amazing views, my highlight at SkyFeast was the chicken nuggets😅

Great wiew. Nice buffet while slowly turning round for these breathtaking wiews of the city. It takes 70 minutes for a whole turn. Be shure to book table at the windows. The buffet is fine with many choises, there’l be something for everyones taste. Staff is efficient and very friendly.
K. T. M.
We loved it... The view was amazing, the food was delicious. Good proportions, everything was great. Definitely a worthy experience, we were so full after we finished! Also, great staff
H. P.
One of the best views in Sydney specially for a restaurant. Also the whole restaurant rotates 360 degrees so you no matter where you seat is you will get all the views. The restaurant itself is just a buffet and overall I would rate the buffet a solid 3.5 out of 10. the buffet isn't anything too good specially for the price your paying. They have a decent selection and the food is mostly room temperature or cold. Not much is warm. Your mostly paying for the views rather than the dinner.
M. S.
Food was fairly ordinary from the buffet, but servers were very nice and attentive . Views and venue were great . Our waitress for our Chinese Valentine's dinner was fantastic .
J. L.
It was a very nice experience dining in the SkyFeast! The food was good and the staff’s service was topnotch! They were very efficient, friendly, and accomodating!
M. M.
Perfect for tourists!
Every time friends or relatives are coming to Sydney for the first time, I bring them to the Sydney Tower buffet.
Food is just average - but hey, it’s buffet, you can’t expect great cuisine. That said, as far as buffets go, this one is pretty good and offers a wide variety of food.
While food is ok, the real reason to come is the view, and it never disappoints.
If you’re looking for excellent food, this is not not a good option, but if you’re looking to entertain tourists while sharing a meal with nicely presented food, you’re in the right place!
s.
View was amazing. Food meh
M. A. (.
Fantastic view & fantastic food, highly recommend you visit here. The buffet is great the tower slowly turns for a 360 degree view while you eat dinner/lunch. For all the tourist the tower is a must visit. You do not have to eat you can just do the observation deck.
m. b.
Always a great stop over for an extraodinaiire view of the lovely sydney city and delicious buffet. Will be back again for the 5th time soon. Thank you skyfeast
L. T.
This is always a great place to see the sights of the city and surrounds, from the heights of Sydney Tower Revolving Restaurant.
The food is ok, nothing special to write home about. It is a very busy place as well, the staff are very helpful and will help you out with any questions or any information you may need.
For $65 you just get the buffet and nothing else other than water. If you want drinks included it would cost you another $20 or something like that, it isn't cheap.
Veiws are great, staff were good, food was hit and miss some very good and other not even close. I would go again to eat.
S. H.
The view is spectacular. Food is reasonable. Valet parking at 135 King Street is only $15 flat rate after 6PM
B. D.
This is an experience not just dinner. The buffet was delicious and had some variety. The views were OK at night but if you want to 'see' things might be better to go for lunch. Also don't expect to see too much of the opera house or harbour bridge as there are some big buildings that block some of the view. Can easily see Hyde Park, the cathedral and Queen Victoria building though. The staff were efficient.
J. Z.
Amazing view , probably the worst buffet very limited choices, walked around twice couldn’t find anymore food
E. Z.
Really enjoyed the experience, the view and the food. The service very friendly and helpful. Like to go again for sure..
F. B.
Excellent location with unbeatable panoramic views. Food was good value and service was on point. We had our company Christmas party here and everyone had a great evening.
W. J.
Had two cources and wines for lunch. Their food are not bad, more importantly, they have great atmosphere and extraordinary view.
A. M.
Friendly staff and a great view. The buffet food felt limited in options but what was on offer was delicious.
M.
Overpriced for the variety and quality of food. You really just pay for the view and the cool fact that the whole room rotates. The food was really not appetizing and did not look appealing either. You’d just want to come here for the experience and the view.
C. R.
Well worth a visit at least once whilst in Sydney, everything from the wilson carpark in Kent Street to the staff was good. Very fast and efficient service from the waiters, great selection of hot and cold buffet as well as yummy sweets for dessert. If you park in Kent Street wilson carpark and get your parking ticket validated at the buffet reception you save some $$$ on parking costs. Will be back next time we are in Sydney.
C. R.
The food was just ok... nothing amaizing. You need to paid extra for drinks and if you really want to see the city is better go in the afternoon.
R. J.
Great dining and 360 views of Sydney. Highly recommend the buffet. Friendly and attentive staff
M. C.
The buffet was disappointing, the taste was very ordinary, and only the dessert was worth the price I spent. I thought that at least we could look at the night scene, but we didn't see it in the end. This is my first time to come to Sydney Tower to have a buffet. I believe this is my last time. I regretted wasting money.
S. C.
Great quality food. Price not at all expensive compared to the quality and the location. Excellent service!
A must for tourists and Sydneysiders too!!!
G. B.
Nice food, great views and service was good. Have been here 2 times now, enjoyed both times
J.
Food was mediocre at best. Not a great selection. Views were nice, service was attentive and friendly.
L. F.
Friendly staff. Excellent views and variety of food. Really nice deserts but the vegtable dishes were overcooked and floppy. Some of the mains were mediocre takeaway quality. No drinks were included. A little overpriced for the food quality. Atmosphere felt like a tourist in-out scenario with pretty basic decor. Overall a reasonably good night out.
S. C.
You're really only paying for the view here - the food is definitely a mixed bag of qualities. The view of the bridge and the Opera House is slightly obscured by a large building beside but when it gets dark the city lights are quite pretty
R. J.
Great buffet and fantastic views of Sydney. Staff can't do enough for you to enjoy your experience.
D.
Some of seafood weren't ocean fresh but most of them taste really good. Staffs are nice too. Overall it's worth the price. I especially liked the salad dressing and the beef steak.
S. C.
Fantastic view, good food (expensive, but the view is worth it)
T. B.
Great food, and the window side table view from this (rotating) restaurant are beyond compare. Thanks!
J. S.
Food was very underwhelming, especially seafood.
I think what really got me, was you pay before you go up for food, which is fine. But then from then on me an my partner ordered drinks with the waiter which is also fine. What was really annoying and really turned me off the service is when I ordered another glass of Chardonnay, and the waiter (not our normal one) said if we use the bar code it's actually easier. Bit irritating but I thought ok, try online. Went through the list, fine, relatively easy (yet still easier to ask waiter) but then you had to go through the process of putting in payment details. After ordering some via the waiter, I didn't want the confusion of what we had ordered, and what we still owed. But it's also annoying that he didn't offer that as an option to make it easier and then. Accept the verbal Order in the first place. If the bar code was mentioned from the start, fine, but it also takes away from the service.
It's a nice experience with the revolving floor but the service of this one person and food really wasn't that great.
Also I don't really need prawns peeled for me, but seeing the (same) waiter offer it to everyone else and not us was a bit off putting.
M. D.
I went for a girls lunch on New Years Day and I have to be honest, the food is over rated. The waiters and what I believe was the manager couldn't be nicer. This is not a reflection on them at all. However, the food was nothing to be desired. The entrees were OKAY. The best thing on the plate was the hummus and seafood. The zucchini was bland and had no flavour. The bread was dry and tasted slightly stale.
Mains were once again, okay. The fish was the best part of the mains. The kangaroo was tough and dry and the eggplant stir fry was incredibly sweet.
The Dessert was lovely a part from the pandan.
Service and views were great.
Food, not so much.
M. D. G.
Amazing view, a bit expensive because is Sydney, food looks good but taste orrible
N. H.
Awesome views, simply stunning. Food was as expected for buffet and staff were just ok. Would prefer to spend a little more and go to O Dining.
B. S.
Not long ago, I booked lunch for me and a friend for 1pm. I booked it at 12pm, so just one hour beforehand. We went up to the reception, lady was kind, up the elevator and got greeted and seated promptly. The food was timely, not rushed and fresh. Service was nice as well, it wasn’t so special and specific to us, but the waiters answered all questions we had and delivered food mannerly. Views were beautiful, the 360 concept is great.
For what it was, it was worth it. Would go again
K. H.
Food was great. Service exceptional. Views are stunning!
S. A.
Had a fabulous dinner with excellent service. Due to covid, all food is served at the table, which was nice but felt a bit cramped. The night views of the city are equally spectacular as we’ve only done lunch in the past. Enjoyed all the dishes especially the first course😄
井.
What I want to say is that it is wonderful for tourist. 65 dollars you can get a nice view and a not so bad buffet. My family all love it.
J. P.
Really good during covid 19
They come and serve at the table
Free flow all you can eat except seafood and drinks
We got 3 children free for 3 adults on Monday
Go before Christmas
C. C. B.
Eye popping 360' views of Sydney City & surrounding areas. Great food drinks service always accommodating. It is my personal pleasure to see facial expressions on my eating companions faces from dusk to dark due to city changes visually breath taking including seeing the airplanes in the sky. Definitely a must do for first time visitors to Sydney for the price the views food-drinks-service can't be beaten this is why it remains to be a Sydney Icon

Will never return or encourage others due to a shameful set menu two prawns two oysters two mussels per person extra had to be paid for seeds in my lemon water soggy no bread rolls period only soggy damp bread with appitizer no salt pepper or sauce offered 2course and dessert each pitiful bite was tasted and returned into my napkins chef should be ashamed of standard of food 210 spent on the worst dinning experience to date will be going to star casino for their buffet from now on

Had dinner in the revolving restaurant it was a buffet with Chinese to Australia with Kangaroo and Emu on the menu the views are beautiful and you get to see the whole city
M. P.
Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Staff were always available, great food choices. We had a package
D. M.
Really lovely restaurant. Pretty nice food - the Kangaroo was actually cooked nicely. I presume serving bite sized pieces of everything is the covid safe buffer style. They let you order any extras you wanted, but I wish the waiter explained it all at the start. Still, a solid star night. Lovely to be a tourist in your own town and the staff were excellent. Great service.

Ok I'm old.. (about 60).. but the night I came for the first time to the Sydney Tower Buffet.. was perfect. Staff were polite and on the ball.... the sort of people you'd be very comfortable to invite around for a home BBQ. The food.. plenty of it and easy to self serve.. the portions Marg or I wanted.. what & when WE wanted. Food taste and variety was good. Nice. Plenty of food choice. Seating was excellent. The view.. well.. as an old bloke.. I could see how changes around Sydney had happened..where there was once places I know.. have now changed.. that's "progress" they say.. but we did at least 360 degrees. I'll be back..and 101% recommend it to anybody.. stick this on your bucket list.. put it in a few times..its worth it. Overall 5 or more stars for staff and food. The View just can't be overrated.
H. M.
Fantastic views of Sydney from the 82nd floor! Nice selection of buffet food. Dishes were tasty. Good service
C. S.
Don't come here for the food, very limited selection. At least the view was decent.
周.
Food is not good at all... but staffs are friendly, and the view is also very nice.
T.
I found a high value for a bland menu. It would be much better if we could choose one dish each (Entrées, main course and dessert) among several restaurant options. In addition, the carpet is full of stains, and the atmosphere is not modern. It was worth it just for the view ...
J.
Was the wifes first time in the tower so wanted to make it special.. I enjoyed fine dining but the Mrs not so much....she enjoyed the company and views. 6 course meals was great I enjoyed. Parking was an issue since we had above 2.3 metres worth of 4WD but luckily they cater to 3.1 in their carpark but was valet service which creeped out the Mrs abit..
B. F.
Outstanding views, average food & dining experience - the $100 per head is paying for view.. Way too rushed - 30 mins to gulp appetizers, taken away while still finishing, rinse & repeat for mains, after 30 mins table cleared & desert arrived. Cleared after 30 mins & then had to leave. Could have been a nice experience except for the rushed process.
C. D.
I won't forget my last evening in Australia. Thanks a lot! Gorgeous view, amazing sunset and beautiful lightings. The staff is so nice really, nothing to say, perfect. Delicious food, maybe too much for you, I felt so bad when we didn't finish a plate.. I recommend at 100%!
J. S.
We went there on a weeknight and the place is probably 20-30% full. Food is about your average RSL club standard but less variety. I ate almost every dish so I thought it's ok (some buffets there are dishes so bad that you don't wanna touch them). Kids eat free on weekdays so I thought it's decent value for us, first time the kids eat 80 floors up on a revolving restaurant so they will remember it
D. S.
How beautiful the rotating 360° views and nice buffet. I Can't wait to go back again!
A. K.
Everything was good but desert was hideous 🤢. Other than that service and other food were good😊.
D. B.
We just had a large family luncheon today at Sky Feast.
We have been going there as a large family group for the last 9 years, approx once a year, to celebrate grandchildren reaching 10 years of age. We haven't been since before Covid & were wondering what the new experience would be like. Can we just say, the staff were great, the food certainly improved & the seating was just fantastic. There was room between the tables so we could get in & out without annoying the table behind us & that was the icing on the cake.
Congratulations Skyfeast in developing an improved experience as we weather the Covid storm together.
We mentioned our great experience to our concierge (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) & it was great to accidentally bump into JB Robert (GM) in the lift on the way down & chat about our impressions.
We'll certainly mention this to our friends & most importantly the last grandchild had a wonderful time.
PS the Barramundi & Kangaroo were perfect
E. O.
Very good service and even paying the aisle table they upgraded us to window table
H. K.
Very weird experience, fairly decent buffet but you do need a head for heights!
A. C.
The food is not that bad but the view is amazing.
L. D.
Came here for our anniversary and honestly, couldn't have wanted it any other way. Vibe, staff, view and everything else was amazing. Love the fact that they catered to such a vast group of dietary requirements. 10/10 would go here again. Halal food provided.
R. v. B.
Great views, medium quality all-you-can-eat buffet, good atmosphere, too high price. You check in downstairs and wait for your time slot. If you are with two people you will normally not be placed at the windows, as most of the two seat tables are in the middle ring. They promised us downstairs that we would get a table at the windows, but that did not happen when arriving upstairs. The buffet is in the middle ring and there were many options, but it was not overwhelming. Quality and taste of the food did not fit with the price you pay. Still it was good enough to fill your stomach with whatever you like. Service was slow for the drinks. The view was magnificent, we just sat at the windows when a table came free. It is not easy to take pictures because of the strong refection of the windows. Overall a pretty good experience. It was worth the time.
M. C.
The food offered is fairly extensive and cooked to a decent standard (but please keep in mind this is not for a fine dining experience). The views were very good even once the sun had set, however it is not necessarily brilliant for views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge/Opera House. I would recommend for nice food and a different experience looking over Sydney at night. However, I know it is certainly not for everyone when you take in to consideration of the price. One recommendation to the management is for staff to be more observant of serving customers drinks. I understand that it is a buffet and generally you help yourself, but when you’ve paid that much, you’d hope the staff would be at hand to offer more drink that can only be obtained by asking.
C. M.
Had a great time here even during Covid they brought out plenty of food and the staff were lovely!
A. K.
If you a scared of heights it's not for you. Service could have been better. Could of had more variety of food to pick from. But the food was awesome. Very nice romantic place and great for families. The view you can not explain just have to visit this place if you want to see. Well done skyfeast at Sydney Tower.
M. Z.
I have mixed feelings about the Sydney tower buffet. The views are spectacular and its definitely an experience i would recommend if you are a tourist. Its something unique.
However, I had lunch here with my family (6 adults, 2 children) last week. While we did have a nice time together & the food was not too bad, there are two things I feel I need to mention as I think it can help better the experience in the future: 1) I felt all lunchtime customers were squashed together in one part of the restaurant and there was really no room to move our chairs at all. While walking around the revolving restaurant, there were many tables free that people could have been spread out for a more comfortable dining experience. I understand this may have to do with table clearing efficiency, but we were all so close we felt like sardines in a can.
2) The toilet smell lingered when you walked past & was very strong. Not a nice feeling when you are having a buffet lunch.
I hope this review helps management make a better experience for their customers because this place has great potential to improve & receive better reviews in the future. All the best!
F. D.
Absolutely, you get the spectacular view of Sydney, as promised, although the food did not deliver. The random mix of cuisines came with a pungent smell upon arrival. The novelty of the revolving restaurant is, of course, unique, but the atmosphere within the restaurant was uncomfortable. Good service was provided, and allergies were completely attended to, with the chef providing a detailed description of each dish. Although, we were really happy with the quality of the desserts!
J. C.
Nice view but the food isn't really good for that high price.
T. D.
Exquisite food in a mind-blowing setting. At the moment it's table service for what is effectively a near-endless dégustation menu (although this could return to a buffet at some point). Friendly staff, comfortable surrounds and at least 1.5 revolutions in the time we were there.
I can thoroughly recommend the SkyFeast to all: Local Sydneysiders through to international visitors alike.
A. A.
Good quality food with amazing views of the city. Although a bit pricey, but overall its good if one wants to experience buffet dinner in a revolving restaurant and 360 degree city views.
L. W.
The view is fabulous!very good experience!
D. S.
Average food, but after reading a lot of reviews this didnt come as a surprise. The platters and desserts were fantastic. Got the free wine option, but the wines took about 10 minutes to actually get to the table. Wouldn't go again with the price tag. But was a great experience.
M. D.
Spectacular views of a night, food good, service good
D. B.
Fantastic view obviously (if you can get a window seat). The buffet suffers from its wide range, some of the food is pretty average and not that great, whereas some of the food is delicious. It is expensive, however the all-you-can-eat aspect adds plenty of value for those who are hungry!
A. C. (. M.
Staff, views, atmosphere was all pretty fantastic, this is something you do need to give a try if you're visiting Sydney but if you're having visitors come up the buffet can be hit and miss at times.
I did have a nice time here, dinner was ok, the view BEAUTIFUL
d. (.
Superb view, good selection of food I’ll surely comeback
E. B.
Great views and incredible food.

Different experience really good views and food
L. H.
Good food, plenty of variety. Stunning views.

I found a high value for a bland menu. It would be much better if we could choose one dish each (Entrées, main course and dessert) among several restaurant options. In addition, the carpet is full of stains, and the atmosphere is not modern. It was worth it just for the view ...

Had a good time
J. A.
A much needed renovation and makeover from when I was last here in 2005. Food was amazing. The views will always be the best thing about coming up here.
C. S. &. F.
I've been to the SkyTower multiple times to treat family members visiting Sydney and the view and the experience is sensational but the food is always a let down. I'm hoping for my next visit with another family member, things will be different.
A. P.
Right from the get go you can see the spectacular view, and the nice feature of the slowly rotating dining area. I had at least a little of almost everything (bar the seafood as I wasn't in the mood) and it was great. The dumplings and ham were packed full of flavour as were the vast array of deserts.
Staff were attentive and It really is a great experience, decent value for quite a bit of money.
R. R.
Service from the Parking Wardens to seating at your table was excellent. I would give service 9/10. Views - Amazing 10/10. Food was good considering it was made for the mass so the seasoning was bit low, however good choice, except for the seafood section and Salads were wilted. Trout was quite blend. But overall food was good 7.5/10. Drinks - Cocktails was quite bad and expensive for the quality. 2/10. Cleanness and Decor this was the biggest let down. The toilets were filthy and carpets worn-out. 2/10. Going once for experience is good, I wouldn't go again unless they re-furbish this place.
L. T.
Great views from the tower. The Harbour bridge and Opera house are only partly visible. Go for an early dinner to see more of the city(before sunset)
Strong smell when I arrived. I did not like the smell which I suspect comes mainly from the seafood cooked there.
The food is of relatively low quality. Don't come here to enjoy good food.
A.
Food has to improve. We (7 off us) went there last night with some friends from Italy and we were advised from people who have been there before not to bother with the buffet because food is a disappointment specially for it’s price and now (should have done that before but....) reading other comments it seems that it is true. Do something about that and you will make the Tower experience from good to great .
T. J.
Only commenting on the lunch experience which was good for a standard buffet. It was lacking in the expansive options you would find in a normal buffet but does have an amazing view. Would recommend more for families who are okay with the food options in order to have a great experience for multiple people. If you go solo like I did, I think you would find their sister restaurant 360 more suitable with better food (1 course with wine was the same price the lunch buffet) or just sit at the bar for drinks. Less children, quieter, more space to enjoy the experience.
J. U.
You paid for the view, and it was nice experience with my bf
J. B.
Amazing view: 10/10
Incredible staff:10/10
Awesome photographer:10/10
Food : lets just say if you're coming up here expecting more than a standard buffet you'll be disappointed. But tbh who really comes here for the food!
The staff also kindly created a little birthday platter for my mum it was beautiful we loved it !
The staff and photographer was super attentive really made the experience that much more special !
Really appreciated thanks again :D
V. V.
I emailed the restaurant to ask if I could have a window seat as I was celebrating my daughters birthday. When we got there we were seated at a great window table. The view is to die for. The service was great, constantly filling our water glasses and taking away our plates. The food was plentiful and fresh. Its a great opportunity to try food you don't normally have like Kangaroo. Lots of fresh seafood and the Vietnamese salad was worth going back for. A lovely waitress brought a special Happy Birthday desert tasting plate to our table. . That's good customer service. I had mentioned it in an email and it was followed up on. Will definitely be going back for the food, the service and the view
r. n.
View was excellent, cannot fault Sydney City as it’s an amazing city, worlds best place to be. That said, and for the price the buffet was way below standard - it was South Asian theme and we had international visitors to show off our great city. It’s a premier location, it would be nice if the food quality matched this a little better. It was ok, but I can get better food at a local western suburb club. Being in the heart of the City, a location renowned for diverse quality of food this foodie experience is lack lustre.. felt like the management capitalises on the view but takes short cut on food experience. Staff were nice and friendly .. thank you 🙂... , window seating arrangement was uncomfortably tight to squeeze as many patrons in as possible.
S. B.
It was one of the best experience. Dining in 82th level with rotating spectacular view of Sydney was awesome. Pleasing customer service from the team and especially ASIM👏
S. M.
Staff : 5 stars
Food : 3 star
Price : 3 star
Average : 5 stars
Worth going once.
J. Y.
Amazing service and the view is absolutely stunning. My kids honestly enjoyed it so much. Food variety was fantastic.
A. V.
Amazing view and a great experience when coming to Sydney. Unfortunately, the food is quite average. You are more paying for the view and the experience rather than the food. If they improved the quality of their dishes this restaurant could be amazing.
S. B.
The view was nice up here. The place feels a little dated inside. The food was standard buffet fare. I wish they had much more Aussie themed tourist food like kangaroo, emu, crocodile etc. The place is touristy. We went on a windy day and the lift had to stop every now and then causing a queue and cramped lifts.
J. C.
Cannot understand the bad reviews! I've been twice for my kids' birthday lunches and quite apart from the unbeatable city views, the food is great (it's not haut cuisine it's a buffet so you need to go with the right expectations, but there has always been a wide variety for all tastes, from salads to sushi to curries to dumplings - yum!) The drinks, while not included, are great value ($11 for a glass of good sparkling wine in a central Sydney tourist destination is pretty good) with a good selection of wines and cocktails. The service is friendly and attentive. Maybe it's a different story at night, but in my opinion lunch here on a clear day is a must-do for anyone visiting Sydney.
C. M.
My daughter and I had dinner at the buffet on Wednesday night. We had been to the tower before but not to the buffet. It was very busy as it was school holidays and we were seated at a small table, where we were still able to enjoy the views and there was still plenty of food even though our booking was for 9pm. We absolutely loved our experience! The food was delicious with so many options, I had a lovely margarita and my daughter was delighted with her mocktail. I wish to extend a thank you to the pleasant and attentive staff who continually checked on us to fill our drinks and clear our plates. Halfway through our meal a large table beside the window became available and a lovely lady, Veronica the shift manager, offered to help us move to it to better enjoy the views. How very thoughtful! Thank you for making our dining experience so fantastic! I have seen some negative reviews regarding the buffet but I can only say I would recommend it to others and I would definitely go again. Well done to all of the staff 😁👍
M. P.
Your paying for an experience. After reading a lot of negative reviews I wasn't expecting much, but my son and I loved it. Free for kids at the moment on a promotion so $60 for the two of us. I found a great selection of food, hot and cold also deserts were delicious. Would definitely recommend it. We went towards bthe end of our holiday and it was fun seeing where we had been and picking out landmarks.
M.
It's good, but hopelessly overpriced.
The food at the buffet is good, but not at all premium or exquisit. The selection is good, but not at all extraordinary. Service is mediocre. They don't even trust you to pay for a coke after dinner like every other restaurant(!) trusts people to pay the entire bill after dinner instead of running away. Instead they have some ridiculous deposit system that not even staff understands. Drinks aren't even included.
Obviously the good views bump up the price a little, but overall there is nothing at all that warrants the insane price of 75$/person!
Would not recommend this, go to o-bar instead.
S. H.
we read the reviews before coming. most people complain about the food. It is pretty standard buffet food but quite good. $70 per head is expensive. Views good. Service good. Monday's and Tuesday's kids eat free which makes a big difference. Be open minded and arrive about 5:30 to avoid crowds. We would probably not come again. you really do come for the views
J. G.
View is amazing. Food is just 5/10 in terms of buffet style food.
M. M.
I enjoyed the prawns, oysters, lobster and desserts the most.
J. P.
Great Sydney view from restaurant but average buffet
R. B.
Was amazing & staff👍
G. K.
Recently renovated, clean and tidy. Food was good, good service. Great atmosphere and the views, combined with the revolving dining area, was a 5 star experience, especially for the kids
G. D.
Good selection of buffet style food with some great gourmet selections. The view is amazing too. About 1.5 hours to rotate the whole way around so in your 2 hour seating you get a view from every angle. Definitely recommended. Some people have complained about kids running around, but at the end of the day it is a buffet. Luckily for us we didn't have any loud or annoying other people during our seating.
J. B.
Was a great night. Took my mum there for her 80th. Was lovely but the only thing I was disappointed in was they no longer have a photographer to take a pic of the night.
R. S.
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. You're paying for an amazing view of the city and unlimited food. Buffet food will never be the best but there was a good variety. 90 minutes is enough for 3 courses (there's no waiting around because you help yourself). I'd go again.
F. O.
I have read several reviews and I have to say they don't reflect the excellent experience I had here. The range of food is phenomenal, the drink options are fantastic, every table has a clear view of the city as far as I could tell and whilst the staff were not the most sincere I've ever come across, they were courteous and professional. There was plenty of space to walk around and didn't seem to be anyone trying to get my large table to leave. I think many of the people writing poor reviews were expecting service like that found at 360 Bar and Dining on an adjacent floor of the Tower which is a restaurant, not a buffet. Honestly, if you want a good BUFFET experience, this is definitely worth the money. I haven't spoken to anyone who was unimpressed with this venue.
S. D.
My partner and I dined here on the 14.5.2013. The Buffet was very reasonably priced for the food that they were serving. Food was very lovely. Service wasn't that great but it was still good we didn't get a waiter attend to us to take our drink order until 20 mins into dining. For drinks we ordered a long island ice tea and a drink which was very much like a mudslide (can't remember the name of it) they were very well presented good serving sizes an well priced for where we were $15 for the cocktails we ordered. atmosphere was lovely. The rotating of the restaurant definitely put a unique touch to the restaurant. Dining time was reasonable, from when you enter the restaurant you have 1 hour and a half dining time before you have to leave, by the time my partner and I had finished our meals we still had time to spare. Highly recommended. :)
B. L.
Amazing food, excellent views, great way to see a lot of different parts of the city while having dinner.
A. Z.
I can't believe all the negative reviews, so I am compelled to write about our fantastic experience. Family of 5, dinner, and celebrated my daughter's birthday. We were instantly wowed when we exited the lift with the stunning Sydney Lights and Harbour at night. It was really a breathtaking scene to eat dinner to. Firstly the price. You have to remember that it includes your tower entrance/lift fee. You are paying for the views as well as the buffet. Take that off, and the price of the buffet is about $50 per adult, $10 per child, which I feel is extremely fair. If you're that concerned about value for money, then go for dinner. Not lunch. The food on the buffet includes fresh seafood, very good plus dessert, plenty of meat dishes etc. All the hot food was very enjoyable. I sampled most dishes and liked everything I tried. The desserts were excellent too - including hot churros YUM! Our kids loved everything too, and it was perfect for a family celebratory dinner. The staff were all very attentive, bringing drinks quickly and clearing plates regularly. You can purchase a drinks package, which is decent value. Because we had a birthday celebrant, the staff brought out a little happy birthday dessert platter, which we enjoyed. Also if you take your child up there on their birthday, the child eats free, and gets a free photo as well. How good is that! It DOES NOT matter if you have a table next to the window or not. You can see everything from every table, and actually the 'top' level seating (not adjacent to the windows) has some very nice Vegas style leather booth seating, so don't be picky if you don't get next to the windows. Just take it in. Keep up the good work Sydney Tower Buffet. We loved it!
M. B.
A few changes since my last visit years ago. Food was nice but not a great variety, really. I struggled to find food I like to eat. I'm not keen on eating seafood, especially prawns, sitting out in the open all day. Staff are a little too quick to clear the table, coming by and wanting to remove our plates before we had finished eating. I think they are catering a little too much to the tourist and have forgotten about the local community, that's a shame.
R. F. W. W.
Absolutely delicious meal. Delightful service from all the waiters and staff! 100% all round.
Oh and amazing views while having a pleasurable meal. AAA+++
C. A.
Love this place, so much beautiful seafood and the lamb roast was cooked to perfection. Desserts were also a big hit!
J. B.
Great views, good food, friendly staff

We booked the tower for 6:00pm and arrived on time and went up to the buffet restaurant where we were shown to a nice widow table (no extra charge which was good) then we watched out over the City as the sun went lower in the sky and eventually disappeared. The city was then laid out in front of us with beautifully illuminated locations. High rise buildings office blocks all lit up some truly amazing sights.... All this plus the ability to help yourself to the buffet style food.... Which was continually being replaced as it got lower.... Whilst the good may not be to everyone's pallet.... But there was something available for the vast majority of people.
K. H.
Went there the other night with 16 other girls and I have to say it was the worst meal I have ever had. The selection of food was just second rate and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed, yes the view is fabulous but it's not just about the view. The floor was sticky and the chairs were just kitchen chairs and not much room to more. Will never be back. The food on the flight the next day was better, and that is saying something 😠
G. W.
I made a booking for 9 April 2017 for the buffet restaurant. It wasn't a pleasant experience waiting so long for the elevator to take you to Level 2 or the cramped conditions in the tiny elevator. I noticed there was some tension between 2 staff members at the elevator discussing the operations of it which just added to the experience. The delays were apparently due to the high winds outside.
The quality of the food was ok with a good variety of dishes, but alot of the meals didn't really appeal. The seafood including prawns and oysters are obviously frozen.
I also purchased the set of photos from the photographer at $40 which is a bit on the expensive side.
Overall, due to the delays, crowds of tourists and average food I thought it was an overpriced experience. The views are pretty good though, especially with the evening lights.
R. i.
6 star for me, great food very tasty fantastic flavour dishes, beautiful view, awesome atmosphere, friendly service, what more can you want? Recommend for couples, husband&wife, spouse, friends, family for any occasion 👍❤
D.
View: Amazing 360! Buffet: Average food overall, but Good Seafood...prawns, oysters, mussels, trout... Great selection of Dessert. We got the beer and wine beverage package but disappointing as limited selection of beers n wines and restricted to one drink per serve😞
R. M.
Myself and partner went for lunch today, thw staff were very friendly and ensuring we had what we needed throughout the whole time our first course which was Salmon I believe was off, it had a very bad taste and did not look fresh - as soon as we got home my partner showed signs of food poisoning, he was extremely sick sweats at vomiting. I don't believe it could have been anything else because we shared everything I had a very small bite of the salmon and did not like it.
Disappointed as this is an extremely expensive meal - great view, meals overall were good but we will not be returning.
M.
This is definitely not the best buffet in town despite being amongst the priciest. As other reviewers have suggested, you are largely paying for the view. I found the service to be pretty good, but the limited range and variety of food was disappointing. Perhaps this was down to the fact that we elected to go on a Monday evening. Nevertheless, we left feeling as an RSL buffet would have had more to offer.
By no means was it terrible. There were enough good options for us to have our fill. But I'd be hesitant to pay this price again.
L. V. O.
Large amount of choices, even vegetarians will find loads of stuff they can take. It takes 70 minutes to do the full 360 degrees tour. We had a reservation at 7 pm, so we got to see the sunset. The view is amazing and you rotate slowly, so you won't get seasick. The space you get to walk around however, is a tad small. If you are afraid of heights, don 't worry, I am also afraid of heights and I was not scared at all.
D. L.
Views Nice.. Foods Average...
R. A.
If you get the chance to go to SkyFeast you need to do it
M. R.
Really enjoyed this, it's a bit of a funny one of you get motion sickness, it's constantly moving but the centre isn't! The windows don't move either, so don't leave a bag on the window cill, it will wander off! Food was good though, plenty of it, not the cheapest meal, but the view is utterly spectacular, and through sunset from 100m up is worth it!
S. P.
Absolutely amazing food, everything very well prepared, love the little desserts, really nothing negative to say.
Service definitely needs training, came 2 times to the tower buffet already and was VERY annoyed by staff.
They don’t give you any time to look into the drinks menu, I literally picked up the menu and in the same second the waiter asked for my drink order, when I said I’m fine and he left, another one came, after this a third person, that’s when I decided to stick with tab water, just so they leave us alone.
When we ordered a jug of coke for the whole table the waitress charged us for it and behind her an other waiter was waiting until she was gone to ask us if we want to order any more drinks?
The photographer insisted of taking a picture of us, even though we said we were alright, didn’t need a picture, so I was sitting there with a full mouth while he was taking the picture we didn’t want.
Absolutely impossible to enjoy the amazing food since staff does not leave us alone.
R.
- The interior is outdated so just look at the scenery.
- The food is average, better than general buffet, inferior than hotel's buffet (eg. Hyatt)
- The staff are nice
- The drinks are expensive (cheap wine list)
- Conclusion: Not really a place to eat something fancy, just to eat while the tower slowly spinning. Better to buy a Sydney tower view ticket to see the scenery and eat somewhere else afterwards.
Z. B. G.
Definitely the best view in Sydney. Food is rather average, but you can't even focus on what you are eating, as the view is stunning. Plus the whole restaurant takes a full round in every 70 minutes, so you'll see the city from every angle.
B. W.
Really lovely atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Food was great, view spectacular. Loved it.
L. A.
Rotating restaurant and food. Food selections and quality was ok not anything special. Kids & hubby enjoyed the view. Family friendly. A must see and do in Sydney but maybe the restaurant instead of the buffet for fine dining experience. Fashion was mixed from smart casual to just casual. Limited dinning time 1.5hrs. Must book table. Will not guarantee window seat. Nice professional photo taken and avail for purchase.
K. G.
Fantastic view of the city. The prawns were below average. The calvery was fabulous. The desserts were great. The cocktails were delicious. The staff were very attentive & professional.
L. M.
You go here for the view, not necessarily the food. While the food was great, it wasn't exceptional. However there was plenty of it. Service was great also.

Good view, good services, however the buffet definitely needs to be improved.
Dined there twice a few years apart and the foods menu was almost the same.

Had the pleasure of eating at Tower Buffet yesterday. I love a good buffet, who doesn't right? This was different to others I go to (Novotel and Star) because the view is spectacular. Due to the fact that it is a revolving restaurant and the serving space is limited the selection is smaller than others especially the seafood but I found the food exceptional. Standouts for me were the pork belly (best I've ever had by a country mile), the ham dish, kangaroo and the fish. Their truffled mac cheese was to die for.
The deserts were great. What really impressed me is I asked a waiter which deserts contain egg as my son is allergic to egg, he enquired in the kitchen and the head chef came out and very patiently went through each desert with me.
Overall a great experience and look forward to going back.

I was there 5 year ago and when back again yesterday to check the food and sun set view. The food have improved the taste. And the price have drop so if you want to see Sydney from the bird eye with food go check it out. And some day kids eat free to. But make sure you arrive on time cause they only give you 1.30 hr to eat there

Sydney CBD's best view on New Years Eve 2022

Great location. Food could be better (hence 3 stars). For same cost Cafe Opera at the Intercontinental Hotel provides superior buffett food and far bigger oysters but without the view. Otherwise revolving platform is a treat. The views are simply amazing. This place is excellent for a first date becuse of the time limit of 1.5 hours provides a good exuse to leave :) Ask for a window seat when you arive if not available they will move you if one becomes available you just need to ask. Its quite anazing when taking the lift down you feel the pressure increase and you may need to blow through your ears just like as one does on a plane.

1. Do not send three waiters to one table. Messages and specific requests get lost. We brought a cake for our parent's anniversary dinner and specifically requested it to be kept out of the fridge. An icy cake was served an hour later. Oh, and there's a $5 per person cakeage fee!
2. Do not start to pack up around your guests. You are essentially telling them to go away (this happened to us at 9:30 pm).
3. Do not carry loads of rubbish in front of guests when they are eating.
4. Dim your lights a little. After all, one of the main reasons we visit your restaurant is to look at the view and not at our reflections on glass.
5. Respond not only to 5 star Google reviews but others as well to show that you listen.
The Tower Buffet staff need a refresher training on the basics of hospitality.
The food, I thought was better than what the reviews suggest in here. Let's be honest, you are not expecting 'freshly caught' seafood at 8pm, on top of the highest building in Sydney. I really couldn't fault them there. Fair variety elsewhere as well.

I decided to come here for my 30th Birthday. I am a huge fan of 360 Bar and Dining and would usually go there for an occasion like this but it was a family affair with lots of young children so we wanted variety in food and convenience. This venue did not disappoint! My reservation was handled from the get go by an extremely helpful and thorough reservations agent who helped me book for my large party requiring pram access and high chairs. She even helped me arrange to have a cake and decorations sent up before our booking time. On the day of the booking we were able to get the decorations up with ease. The line downstairs was quite long so I instantly understood why we had been advised to show up early and altogether!! Although splitting the payments for a group of 10 between 3 (which is their maximum for splitting) was slightly inconvenient the cashier was very patient with us and processed the payments. The Security Guards were helpful getting our large group into the lifts and once upstairs we were taken to our table which was set up exactly as we had intended. Our friendly waiter took our drinks order and the whole group was able to freely line up for food. It was a busy Saturday night so some of the lines were a bit long but the food was fresh and delicious and everyone's needs were catered for. The fish and chips offered to some of our more picky children was great! The wait for the drinks was reasonable considering how busy the restaurant was. Our waiter remained very attentive throughout the night and kindly took photos for us when we asked - even though he was clearly busy! The surprise Happy Birthday dessert plate at the end of the night was awesome and showed an attention to detail! I had been concerned that the hour and a half dining time would be too fast but with the children and the amount of food we ate it ended up being the perfect amount of time. The manager even arranged for those of us without parental responsibilities to move down to 360 Bar to continue our evening. In short although this is a busy restaurant; the food is fresh and full of variety and the service is impeccable. I would recommend this venue for any special family occasion! Oh and in case you didn't already know - the view is spectacular up there! Thanks guys!

My family often bring any out-of-town guests here - there's a variety of multicultural food along with a brilliant view of the city. It's always a hit with our guests. Something I wish for is for them to change up what they serve every few months. Another great thing is that kids (12 & under) eat free with every paying adult - which makes this buffet have great value.

It's good, and an interesting experience for sure, but the rotating floors are a dual-edged sword. They make for an interesting experience, but can make navigation to the places you need to be (buffet station, toilets, reception, etc) a bit difficult and tedious.

Food was pretty standard for a buffet. Nothing to rave about. The staff were really pleasant and very attentive. Obviously the views are amazing :) Definitely worth a visit

Excellent service and food pity it was a smoggy day but still good views

Breathtaking views and finger licking food.

The view is fabulous, with the revolving floor. I particularly love the sunset view. Good variety of food, and plenty of appetizers to deserts to choose from. Good service and good price.
Ps: the photo is not free, i really don't know why they just keep snapping people's photo around.

You pay for the experience not the food. The buffet was good but not great. It should atleast include coffee for desert. The veiw is amazing and my wife and I had a nice evening. The staff are nice.

The view is amazing but the food was just average at $69.50pp i expected a lot more. The cheese board only consisted of camembert and cheddar and one type of cracker. The mains selection was very limited 2 different curries and fish and chips some sea food. cherry ham and that was about it. Not what i would say was worth the money and slightly disappointing.

The views at night were amazing. Such a disappointment that drinks weren't included with the price you have to pay, the food was not fantastic either with limited choices and poor taste.

A much needed renovation and makeover from when I was last here in 2005. Food was amazing. The views will always be the best thing about coming up here.

Really happy with the service, the buffet had a lot of options and good desserts. We were asked if we would like a window seat half way through which really made our night! Thanks again!

We went there mostly for the view but I was actually surprise of the overall quality of both food and service.
If you are in town for a short time and want to eat some decent food while enjoying a breathtaking view of the city this is the place!
If you are looking from something more classy you can go for the a la cart menu in the upper floor.
There is also a bar in the floor below if what you are after are just a few drinks!

Food is just okay for the price. Nice view though

Go in knowing you are purchasing the view and you will be satisfied. The revolving view of Sydney is unbeatable and perfect for tourists. The food, which is pretty good considering it is mass produced and ultimately heartless, is merely a pretext to enjoy the view for as long as possible. The Sydney tower buffet is memorable and definitely worth visiting at least once.

The place is in the heart of the city. With the breath taking views and restaurant revolving around is the best part. Staff were very friendly. Only drawback was vegetarian food options, 3 course meal was not satisfying and had very very limited option.

The view is fantastic. The food selection is ok... Not top of the range most likely due to its buffet nature. The service there is almost none exsistant. And they do not have any type of utensils for crab although crab is on the menu. Stating that all the crab have been "crack open" when it is not...

Beautiful views and great food. Beware of crowds though .. people are civil but lots of loud tourists .. it gets crammed and messy sometimes especially during lunch time ... there was a queue to some areas of the buffet ... Try to book an inbetween time if you are planning for a quieter experience LOL

The food is pretty good here... the prices are pretty good and there is lots of choice which is always good... it can be a little expenisive at times, but it is mostly fairly priced... The view is amazing (it's really the reason why you go) and makes for a very enjoyable experience. Good to go with people from out of town because they get to see a total view of Sydney.

We had a great time at the buffet today. We've been served by Lily and she was amazing!!!! My favourite was red prawn curry, pork belly and pavlova and milion dollar views of course! Thank you Veronika & Martin
