What a fantastic little place, it’s a must a wonderful family run business. Set around river beautiful place for a wedding or any occasion you want we just had a social club party there and it was amazing.

Lovely, pretty setting on the river. Recommend outdoor seating in the shade, happy not many flies. Attended at lunch time on a Saturday and made a booking; glad we did, it was quite busy by the time we left. Food was very tasty and good prices to match, healthy sized servings. Note table service is for food only, but i prefer going to the bar for drinks anyway in most cases; so this suits me. The staff were friendly too, so we will definitely be back again!

What a hidden gem this is! beautifully set on the bank of the Murray river within its natural surrounds the timbercutter cafe offers its guests not only a tranquil setting but sensational food, great coffee, super friendly service and an ambience that I have not experienced elsewhere before. You feel welcome here, there is a rustic history the minute you walk in the door. Thank you for your hospitality today we will definitely be back 😊

Dropped in for lunch. This lovely restaurant has rustic charm with local redgum EVERYWHERE. Huge open plan deck nestled amongst native bushland, alongside the mighty Murray River. The meal was something you would expect from Lygon Street, but at a country price. Generous servings cooked to perfection and the coffee was divine.

We had lunch on Saturday, the food was delicious! Auntie had just got out of the hospital & her first request was to get a feed from the Timbercutters, so off we went. It’s a great place to catch up with all the family. Definitely worth the drive out there, we were VERY happy with our meals. The staff were absolutely amazing & very helpful.

Timbercutters is a beautiful place. We celebrated my partners 60th birthday party. The staff are amazing and organised and the food was delicious. The setting is lovely by the river and so relaxing. There's plenty of room for the kids to play. Our friends who hadn't been there before all said they'd be back. Thankyou for a fantastic day. ❤

Great pizzas!! This place has just opened and hopefully it survives in the remote place it is situated. Food is pub like but on the higher end of pub food. Place overlooks the Murray. So great views whilst dining.
