I absolutely love Cherry Darlings! Their vegan cheesecake is incredible and their donuts are absolutely delicious. The pies and sausage rolls they make are always tasty and have the best flaky pastry. The hard work and dedication they put in to what they do shines through in their amazing products and excellent service. The new Richmond Rd location is fantastic too, with easy access and parking it’s difficult to stay away!

I've been to CD's several times while they were at Forestville and it is one of, if not THE, best little bakery ever. Caters to everyone's needs, cruelty free and delicious. This is my absolute favourite bakery of all time and I didn’t think I could love it anymore until the new store, such an amazing vibe and the booth seating is so cosy! There are so many different pies and desserts to choose from, while CDs is know for their donuts, the deep dish cookie is our family favourite, and if I dare say so, they also have best thickshakes in town. The amazing food isn’t the only reason we love CDs, the staff are so kind and lovely. They have always gone above and beyond for us being special requests for birthday cakes or when I have my little kids in store, they are just so kind and inclusive of them. Cannot recommend Cherry Darlings enough 💕

My all time favourite Vegan baked goods. From the pies n sausage rolls to the cup cakes, slices and all things custard related, oh and let's not forget the xmas dinners. You cannot go past this bakery for a good vegan feed, and if you're not vegan you will be fooled. Fed a table of 10 a birthday cake to rave reviews and when told it was vegan they were all shocked. It's just damn good cooking, vegan or not!

This is a nice vegan bakery. I would give 4.5 stars if it were an option. Very occasionally one of the products we buy is stale, which is why I haven’t given a full 5 stars. They offer an extensive selection of pies and cakes. Relatively consistent quality. The pies are available cold for pick up as well as from the pie warmer. My favourite pie is the lentil pot pie, which is one of the more ‘traditional’ flavours they offer. This is the place to come if you are hungover and want a cheesy pie and cake. They also make coffees and milkshakes, and you can order birthday cakes here too. Other drinks are available. The lady who used to work here was a real delight, so friendly!

I’ve only had a lemon blueberry cheesecake here - it was nice but I wasn’t a fan of the soy cream cheese that they used, the flavour was a little overpowering. I think using another alternative cream cheese would have tasted better, but that’s just my preference/opinion. The blueberry and lemon topping was delicious though and went perfectly with the cheesecake. I rate it 4/5 for the cheesecake, but gave it 5/5 stars here because I believe their pies and cupcakes might be better and I don’t wanna pull down their overall Zomato rating!!

I was not aware that this was a vegan bakery. But quit happy to eat and try something new. I asked for full cream milk for my latte and was admonished "we don't sell cow milk here" I asked my partner what I should have and she suggested almond milk..which I can honestly say I enjoyed..we also had a mushroom pie..which burned my partners mouth but mine was barely warm..but they were tasty. When we left we thanked the waitress/owner?? But she refused to make eye contact and barely whispered thankyou. This put me in a bad mood as I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food but the staff interactions was nothing but poor. Not a great advertisement for regular people willing to try vegan as I won't be recommending this bakery

I'm no vegan yet I absolutely enjoy Cherry Darlings' products. Friendly service in a warm, laid back environment. Great location with parking on site, on the nearby streets (a stone's throw away) and along the tram line. Non vegans will struggle to taste any difference in their products besides their coffees which use soy/almond milk substitutes, though I have come to really enjoy their almond milk capps. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

An awesome vegan bakery that has a huge selection of sweet and savoury food to choose from. The pies are awesome and super filling, and I always make sure I get a cherry slice when I here. The inside and outside has seating options, and they sell coffee too so it's a good place to sit down and get a coffee too. Parking can be a little tricky if the area is busy, but there's plenty of street parking nearby so you'll never have to go too far.

People claim vegan food is bland and tasteless among other things but when you go to cherry darlings, everything is vegan and everything is yummy and delicious. Donuts, cupcakes, slices, butter creams. And thats just their sweet range. They also have vegan pies and lunch and dinner savory options. Highly recommended. Especially if you are curious about veganism and feel like you'd miss out on goodies if you do decide to ditch the meat.

Adelaide's worst kept best VEGAN secret cafe. Cherry Darlings offers an amazing range of bakery food, pies, , cakes etc for those who choose a vegan diet. WARNING: Don't leave it too late in the day to visit because you MAY miss out. Service can sometimes be slow in the afternoons as staff need to duck out to the kitchen/fridges etc because levels of tucker in the shop have diminished. Its our favourite cafe to visit and we ALWAYS take stuff home as well.

They provide a range complimentary condiments beyond typical tomato sauce (the have sriracha). You can dine inside or out the back in a peaceful area. It is THE place in Adelaide for a totally vegan bakery experience. A downside is that they no longer offer Uber Eats.

And also to have signs saying what flavour everything is, so i dont have to ask everytime and try to memorise everything and choose what i want through the process of elimination between like 30+things that are available. Also longer opening hours would be great, thank you.

To start off: I absolutely love cherry darlings. The pies and donuts are unbeatable...but, sadly, the place is filthy and getting filthier. It's great if you just want to grab something to go but all the tables, toilets and areas inbetween are messy and dirty. The kitchen always looks messy and dirty and the toilets are just gross. If the place was kept clean and cosy then I'd give 10 stars. As it is, I can't give more than 4.

The most amazing staff! They were so busy on a Sunday, but everyone was smiling and it felt like a stress free environment. The food was immaculate, so much to choose from as well, such a perfect place! We will come back as often as possible, the prices are super fair as well! They've moved location, and it's EVEN BETTER!
