Easy to order online, beautifully presented, cake was scrumptious. Loved the fact I could personalise a standard cake with writing and choose the colour of the writing. You really can't go past Heidelberg for excellent cakes! After a thorough tasting and learning how reasonable the prices were we decided to get our wedding cake from them. They got it perfect and it looked 110% how we wanted it! The staff are friendly and very competent. You can tell they take pride in getting their work and getting things done right. Two years after the wedding we ordered a birthday cake from them and once again they delivered -Still looked and tasted superb!

From the very beginning when we walked into their showroom and were promptly seated and talked through some options and given samples, the process was made simple and enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, communication thorough and prompt and our cake was exactly what we ordered. One of the most enjoyable experiences we had when planning our wedding and wonderful customer service. The only complaint we had is everyone lived the cupcakes so much there wasn't much left for us to have as takeaway the next day! 😆 Highly recommended!
