I came across Jackie’s website through a google search when i wanted to have a custom cake done for a family member, Jackie got back to me very quick and after speaking with her i was amazed at how much she knew about her work and every single detail big and small even though i only gave her a weeks notice her work was unbelievable! Shes so professional with her work and so so lovely to talk to, everyone else i contacted either rejected doing anything for me or were just too simple. I just placed a second order with Jackie and i cant wait to see her work her magic again! I will definitely be posting another review with the new cake! I never knew that investing in one day with Jackie would be as good as a holiday! It felt so good to take time out to unplug. Also, I have upmost respect for Jackie’s incredible talent not only for cakes and cookies but for engaging her clients. Wow... what a great day I have had. I just completed the Chocolate Mudcake and cupcake 3 hour course and it was fabulous. Jackie is very professional informative and has a wicked sense of humour. Her cooking class kitchen is awesome - you all have your own equipment and work station. I learnt a lot from the Royal icing piping class and flood icing cookies. Jackie is an excellent teacher, very patient and always available to assist. You do not just learn about the course you have attended but many useful tips for all things cake/decorating etc. The classes are kept small so that you have her full attention at all times. You do need to go home and practice what you have learnt but you are sent home with full instructions to follow. I would highly recommend her classes.

Amazing! I had zero knowledge on making Sugar Flowers and what is involved in doing a professional looking cakes till I did this class. Jackie is a wonderful teacher and a lovely person with lots of experience. I smile every time I walk into her beautiful studio where she has her awesome cakes displayed and a great set up for classes. My family and friends (and myself) were truely amazed how beautiful and real looking my first Sugar Flowers turned out. I'm already booked to do more of her other classes and can't wait! I highly recommend her classes or getting her to do your cakes. I have completed two more classes with the lovely Jackie, 1st one was the mud cake class "terrific" always something new to learn when cooking cakes. Last class I did was Noah's Ark Cake Class " Fantastic!" My Cake was so professional looking and tasted even better than anything I have ever done. Can't thank Jackie enough! I have a real passion for this cake stuff now and I'm even going to attempt to do my daughters wedding cake. That's how great a teacher Jackie is. So super pleased with my wedding cake! The cake looked as beautiful as it did taste. My husband and I received many compliments on the cake (vanilla and sweet cinnamon buttercream). Lovely Jackie was so helpful - she was able to adapt the cake for the flowers I had picked out and increased the size of the cake at the last minute. She is such a star! Will be seeing here again for my next celebration cake. AND! Jackie added the cinnamon buttercream to her menu.

I completed the 4 day boot cake camp! Totally worth every minute, learnt so many new things and new ways to do things! Jackie made the decorating that looked so hard to do become so easy, every single step was explained so well and the small class made it so easy to learn and she always had time for you, and showed you everything you needed one on one. Very well thought out, step by step class and also a few take home gifts along the way! And then ofcourse at the end the huge cake you decorated which looked and also tasted so good! My family were amazed when they saw what I came home with, my mum looked at it for easily half an hour because she didn't expect me to be able to complete such a beautiful cake in just 4 days when only a beginner!
