Best selection of pies around! They bake the best pies in New Farm hands down, and would rival the best in Brissie I reckon. I'm not much one for cakes etc so the rating is based on the pies and sausage rolls! But these are divine

The sandwiches here are fantastic, great combos and super tasty. I had them a couple of times when living nearby in Kangaroo Point and dream about them since moving to Coorparoo, it's a bit far to go just for a sandwich. Today I was in the vicinity and dropped in for "The Davey", which is chicken breast, salami, spinach, sundried tomato, double cheese, mayo and chilli sauce on panini. Toasted, it's dynamite! Always consistent and staff are friendly.

One of the best and freshest bakery shop in New Farm. Try the brownie, chocolate croissant and lamington! Simply the best, especially the chocolate croissant. I love how flaky and soft the bread and the chocolate is an additional surprise.

Excellent cakes & pastries in Merthyr Road Newfarm! An aromatic warehouse with always fresh produce available to takeaway or eat in with a coffee! Today it was Friday the 13th & I tried over the stool legs as I was going to get my cappachino! The sales girl said I was tf the first person to do that! I enjoyed it & my bacon quiche that was delicious! $5.00 & a large Cappuccino was $5.00!

Had the Royale...fantastic! Great tasting toastie on beautiful bread. Also grabbed a loaf of sourdough which was great. Lose the music though guys, nobody wants to listen to angry swearing tunes whilst tying to realax and enjoy some food and coffee. It's 5 stars otherwise.

overall my experience at the bakeologists has been pleasant, though i do feel some of the pie varieties have been a bit of a let down on occasion, different bakers perhaps? I get the vibe that the name tells you its more of a bakery, but it can feel a little cafe like going off their menu seemingly prioritising sandwiches and rolls instead of really highlighting the baked goods more. but that said, the service is friendly, sandwiches fresh and price is fair. would return, but would like to see more emphasis placed on the pies/sausage rolls to really fit the name.

The name says it all! They truly are bakeologists. Their sandwiches and rolls are filled with a variety of complementary and exciting tastes. I can never decide which one to have. Today I tried the New Yorker and it was delicious.

They have a great different assortment of food for a bakery. You can see how much effort and love that they put into their goods. Great location. Parking is not good, but there is plenty of parking behind all the shops and not much of a walk. Support your local business and give it ago.

The Davey, that is what I love the most. Every time I have been New farm, never forget to have this at my lunch. Best sandwich. Super friendly staff, nice vibe and easy sitting arrangement great place for a quick lunch.

Tried this place for the first time today. Ordered one of their sandwiches (toasted), and, while it was delicious, it was more than twice the size it needed to be. I struggled to finish the first half, then decided to wrap up the other half and take it home. The coffee they use is Elixir, not my favourite, but the main problem with it was it was scalding hot. Coffee should not be served very hot.

Well I'm not sure we're you would start. I like many have not heard of a bakeologist, On saying that, and I only have the name of the business to go by, there should a law that states you must be a bakeologist to own a bakery, this really is the holy grail of all things baked, it's only minor problem it appears that everyone in Newfarm are also aware of this place of worship for all things baked, so you may have to wait a little bit.

Oh yeah... yum yum yum the pies here are definatley in my top four pies i have had in Australia a must try is the bbq briskett with mac&cheese, their almond crossonts are the bomb. For quality pies they are resonably priced. I will definatley return to try another pie.

The sweets here are to die for and the caramel in the caramel tarts is the best I've ever had. Stopped in for coffee today and it was a perfect blend as well. Keep up the good work!

What a beautiful find in the heart of New Farm. I stumbled on this beautiful bakery. Fresh brewed coffee and the freshest bread in town.Home made meat pies baked at the premises and savoury bread and sandwiches on offer🥪 . The 🥕 carrot cake was perfectly baked not too sweet, moist and delicious. Definitely recommended. You won't regret. 🎊🎊🎊
