I went to Crust as I have heard about their pastries. I tried this chocolate hazelnut and praline one and it was so good, it melts in your mouth as it has a chocolate hazelnut filling in it. Will be stopping by again to try others and maybe their bread as well.

Pretty ordinary baked goods, but then it has no competition at the Fyshwick Markets. Service is hit and miss. Try one of the farmer's markets instead (Capital Region and Southside both have good bread/cake/pie options).

The baguettes and chocolate croissants were simply delicious (you can trust me, I’m French). I did not have to wait too long and the staff was very friendly, despite dropping by during peak time.

Used to be the best steak mushroom and guiness pies but recently the quality of the meat has declined to having gristle and they also must have changed the recipe, it now has sooo much pepper it's too hot for me. Initially, I thought they'd given me a pepper steak pie by mistake, so I tried again, but same way too peppery gravy. In saying that, their bread, while pricy is good

Brand new bakery. Enticing cakes and much healthier fresh bread as you head out of Canberra on your weekend jaunt. Grab a coffee on your way back to stay awake. A brunch menu would be nice when they are up to speed.

Lovely bread, nice pies and good value for money. Service can be a little hit-and-miss, especially with how chaotic the crowds (not lines) can get, but they'll get to you pretty quick if you assert yourself.

Definitely the BEST Sourdough in Canberra! Don’t even make me start talking about the Baguette, just amazing! I also tried the lamington and a ham and cheese croissant, both just delicious. Make yourself a favour and go try Crust bakery, you’ll have a new favourite place.

Such a gem! Not only are the staff but also the pastries and breads incredible. One of the best freshly baked goods in town. And you can’t beat the prices and supporting local! Get here ASAP!
