Very quirky Asian sweet bread and cake shop. The coconut scroll looks very interesting ( see picture) but taste really nice, super soft, sweet and fragrant. Coming back to try the rest of the products especially the soft fluffy cheese cake sponge. The custard tart is a blend of Portuguese style custard and a shortbread base. It was delicious. Service has very polite and product purchases was individually wrapped.

Bought a cake from sugarrush for my girlfriend"s birthday .She was shocked and so happy . The cake looks exactly the same as the photo posted on social media. It was freshly made and the taste was incredible. The price are reasonable and their service was extraordinary. Definitely the best bakery in hobart .Highly recommended.

My brother and I frequently visit this great establishment for that sweet fix after our lunch. I personally love the lemon filled donut whereas my brother loves the cookies and cream donut with a match lattle. I would definitely recommend this bakery, it's much better than the others in the area. Better service, better pastries and overall the best bakery experience one could expect.

Great selection of desserts, buns and drinks. All reasonably priced. The lady who served us was twice over our weekend stay in Hobart was incredibly friendly and provided good recommendations. We tried the Thai tea, Earl Grey crepe cake, jam dooughnut and taro cake. All excellent. We'll be back for sure when we return!
