Is wonderful for a quick tasty lunch with my daughter who works nearby. Yummy Lebanesse Pizza or Haloumi cheese pockets are ready in a very short time. Coffee is great too.

This place is just pure deliciousness. If you want to try something different and be pleasantly surprised, this is it ! Dandenong has some awesome food, this is one of the main places for it ! I miss the prepandemic days when this shop was packed with people and orders flying , such a great high pace and friendly vibe. As a Greek I deeply appreciated the atmosphere and vibe ! Highly Recommend ! There is so much fresh and packaged foods and drinks to choose from ! It's almost like a tiny supermarket !

I have been coming to A1 Bakert for many years and brought my Donna to show her the wonderful food and the amazing service. Donna was very impressed with the wonderful food at very reasonable prices. We asked about one of the 'pizzas' with Zara which I really like. They were so kind that the person who served us, Asim, cooked one in the oven for us to try. We bought a few of the plain 'pizzas', ones with meat and ones with sausages. Very delicious. Thanks A1, no doubt, my friend will be back. Sorry to call them 'pizzas' because I don't really know what they are called in your language. Love the friendliness and warmth of the bosses and all their staff. Highly worth the travel to Dandenong.

Great bakery with all that you need from an Arabic bakery. The zatar and filafil were amazing and brings back the flavours of the middle east but the best was the jibneh. Soft bread with oozing cheese. A must have when you visit the bakery. They also have other dry good from the middle easy. Friendly staff and hardly any wait times.

Simply outstanding bakery with so many varieties of pizza bread with vast selection of toppings and in particularly I would like to mention their chicken pesto one which really is out of the box preparation and believe you me when I say it's irrestibly yummy. Best part is you can sit Inside and eat it (best way to do it) or get a take away too. Bonus is they have good variety of sweets and 🍪 which I am yet to try but it does look delicious. Guys highly recommend to have your cuppa here and you will be amazed at how good they bake in their oven... Cheers

The layout of the store is a little confusing and it's difficult to choose from the menu items available because it's only written on a big board. Items laid out aren't easily identifiable. Our bike club sometimes drop into the "akery" (the "B' has fallen off the front wall) after a ride. It's an amazing place. If you needed proof that Dandenong is a multicultural melting pot, this place is it. Expect to see folks from many and varied cultural backgrounds here.The fittings and layout are dated and down market, but the shop is clean. This adds to the charm and atmosphere of the place and it is without the pretence of an up market bakery/cafe. The food and coffee are good and the staff helpful, friendly and accommodating. A fun place to visit for someone from an Anglo part of town.

Excellent Lebanese baked goods. The spinach and cheese triangles are delicious and cheap, and the pizzas are also great and different to an Italian pizza. It's a bakery and Middle eastern grocery fusion with a large display of Lebanese sweets as well as other international products such as Argentinian Yerba Mate which I buy there also. A good place for bulk herbs and spices. The two owners are brothers, and great characters who always greet you with a smile. Recommended.
