J. T.My favourite local banh mi stop! The banh mi is always jam packed in, the chilli is spicy (especially when you order extra chilli-so good!) and the bread is fresh every time. The ladies are always so friendly and cheerful.

M. T.Decent banhmi for shopping centre fare, does the job without having to go to Springvale. Shopping centre prices so slightly more expensive, they have coldpork, roast pork, chicken and pork sausage. They also sell rice paper rolls and noodles in takeaway boxes. The other item I would recommend is the curry puff, size of a pastie has nice curry flavour and is stuffed with potato and spices.
