C. V.Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse in North Melbourne is OK but definitely nothing special, the quality of pies and baked Pastries can be rather inconsistent, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement, I can't say I would Recommend.
Q. M.I had a birthday voucher from here so I used it to try the vegan sausage roll. It was extremely salty but tasted relatively “meaty”. That said, I’ve never had a normal sausage roll so it’s hard to compare. Either way, it filled me up and the staff were lovely, further enhancing my birthday experience. I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to eat here again, but my options were limited, I wouldn’t be sad if left with this choice.
