We ordered a two tiered naked chocolate cake from here recently and it was the most incredible cake either of us have ever had!! SO moist and light at the same time - the flavour was incredible and it looked beautiful too! (we added the flowers). Rachel was very friendly in creating our cake, 11/10 reccomend this awesome bakery - we can't wait to go back!!

I ordered my daughter’s 30th birthday cake just recently. Loved the web page. The ordering system was very easy to use and it turns out it’s one of her favorite places to go to. (I did this from Darwin) I chose the Peppermint Patty and Nicole loved it. Just wish I could have had a slice. Maybe when I can finally visit…. Once again Mister Nice Guy has done it again! I ordered the Midnight Cookie Dough cake (for the second time) for my 21st birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The cake was nice and fresh and the icing was unbelievable. To top it off, there is also a cookie dough layer between the cakes! This is my favourite flavour and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I also received a text message before arrival, which I found really efficient for contactless delivery. Thank you Mister Nice Guy for brightening my 21st in lockdown, this cake really made my day. Can't wait to come into the bakery soon after lockdown and enjoy some yummy treats.

I rate the cupcakes I bought as 5/5. Let me tell you a story. I have met this girl and she is a vegan. We had plans last new year's eve and I bought cupcakes so that I have something to bring to her place as she was cooking for me. We are friends who does sports together but I like her and I wanted to tell her that. That was my plan. I went to her place, ate and we talked for hours but every time I was about to say that I like her, my mind chickened out. We went out to see the fireworks.. can't still confess. We walked by beach and guess what, still nothing from me. I lost hope. I hated myself. I was walking her home then suddenly I felt hungry and told her that. Then I realized that we left the cupcakes in her place and asked if we can go back there to eat them. THIS IS MY LAST CHANCE, I told myself. Well, Mister Nice Guy's, I want to thank you. Amazingggg cakes!! My partner and I both had significant birthdays during lockdown (the kind of birthdays that end in a zero!) and we ordered a Mister Nice Guy's cake on both occasions and the cakes were soooooo good! The team were lovely and helpful, delivery was easy and did I mention the cakes were amazing?! (and Gluten Free!) I can also recommend the cinnamon buns, the cupcakes, the doughnuts... Cake looked fantastic and was a real show stopper and was a lot bigger than I thought it would be for a 'small' but the actual vanilla cake was hard and not moist at all and the icing just tasted like sugar. Good if you have a real sweet tooth but otherwise hard to finish a slice. Would use again but might change flavours...

Found this cute little bakery in Ascot Vale. All of their products are 100% plant based. I bought the vanilla glazed donut and the croissant and they tasted super good!! They also sell chocolate babka, cupcakes, bagel, cakes, baguette, quiche, and shakes. Plenty of options to choose from.

Deliciousness! Lots of vegan and gluten free options. You won't taste that they are vegan or gluten free if that is your concerns. You'll pay around 4-5 dollars for a cupcake, a little pricey but they are good. You'll get a 5% discount if you buy a dozen. The peanut butter brownie is the goods... By far my favourite.

I was recommended this bakery by multiple friends and I have to say im hooked now! I picked up a birthday cake from here for my daughter ( which was amazing ) and also grabbed a cinnamon bun and WOW it is out of this world! I live on the other side of town and I will be driving here every week just to grab a few of their buns to take home. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing however I ordered on Thursday for a 1pm birthday party on Saturday, requested food to be delivered by 11.30am in delivery notes, food arrived just after 3.30pm.. an email or phone call to advise this was not possible would have saved my disappointment. I also decided to stop into shop that Wednesday as I wanted to order a large quantity of the mini patisseries options advising the woman in there I could not find them on "orderup", only to be told quiet abruptly "they are on the website". Such a shame as I'd seen all the positive feedback and had been raving to everyone coming to the party about the food I was ordering in.

The best vegan bakery options, ever. Cheesecake, cupcakes, cinnamon scrolls, brownies, bronuts (brioche doughnuts), deli sandwiches, cheesymite scrolls, and more. Very hard making a choice. If there are cream-filled bronuts when you go, definitely get one of those.

I ordered a cake from MNG's for my partner's 30th birthday. The cake was stunning, super tasty and well enjoyed by all. The only issue I had was that my partner's name was misspelled. The staff were more than happy to fix it for me though. I also had to wait 10 minutes for the frosting to be finished - but I understand that they were off-the-charts busy. I would still highly recommend and I will be placing an order again. It was so great to see a completely vegan store busy and buzzing. And the display looked amazing!

Mister nice guys bakeshop caters to almost every dietary requirement : dairy free, egg free, gelatine free and low gi ( I think I've missed a few) Best of all they have a great range to choose from and what I tried was absolute delish. ( we had cinnamon bun, spinach and feta pastry, peanut butter brownie) I would highly recommend, get in early as the queue was quite long when I arrived.

We just ordered a slightly customised version of the Pink Lemonade cake and it was the best cake I have ever eaten, even our family members that usually turn away from vegan options loved the cake! (Honestly, if I ever get married I'm ordering this cake in as many layers as I can, its that good). We weren't in time to custom order a cake last year so we just went into the store and were lucky enough to grab one of the pre-made ones (the snickers cake) and it was amazing as well. We love stopping past Mr Nice Guy's Bakeshop for a non-milk shake or treat, they're awesome!.

For one second if you put aside that most of the stuff here (if not all) is vegan and just rate it on taste and texture it is a five star establishment, the bonus is that they are plant based. Today's haul was a sausage roll (vegan) and a vanilla glazed bronut (also vegan) and it's currently going down very well with a nice hot cup of Joe (also vegan, but only because i take it black). Absolutely recommend seeking them out, friendly staff, tasty food, will buy again :)

Bakery items are fantastic, delicious and good variety! It lives up to its name. So yes I know that I should be just happy with that but as a dairy free person who has had these guys milkshakes I know the treat it is to have a loaded monster milkshake! So it has been very disappointing that on all three of my last visits they have been 'unavailable'. Surely these are popular enough to be worthy of enough product and trained personnel to be on hand each shift? After note: I come to visit from regional Victoria and really appreciate that this great variety of dairy free goods are available and has been open each time I've come all the way to visit. That is a tribute to your hard work. The milkshake issue started before COVID-19. Please take it as a compliment that these are so good they could stand alone as a whole shop on their own and have been missed.

Went today and was astounded by the amount of options they had in their deli!! So many delicious sandwiches and pastries, we were overwhelmed by the choice and ended up getting a sandwich and a bagel, cheesymite scrolls, spinach and cheese pastries and cheesecake. This shop is amazing. They helped me out delivering a really special birthday cake for my daughter in Melbourne’s lonely isolation times as my flights from NSW were cancelled. It was short notice & they went above & beyond the call of duty on their busiest day & helped me “personally” to make sure I got my delivery! Stumbled upon Mister Nice Guy's Bakery on the weekend. Look and feel of the place was nice, but didnt really feel welcomed. Took a while for staff to acknowledge us and for us to order. When we finished ordering we went to the only free table that still had dirty cutlery, cups etc on it. Had to get a staff members attention to clear it, but the spilt coffee wasnt wiped down... Ordered the crazy shakes and it took at least 15 minutes to arrive. The drinks arrived lukewarm. They looked good for pictures but thats about it.

Have been dying to try Mister Nice Guys vegan goodies for AGES, however they’re a bit too far away from where I live. Recently they’ve extended their services to delivery and I was able to order some treats today to be delivered to my work place. They were amazing! Fresh and delicious! Doughnuts and cupcakes from here are FABULOUS!! So well presented and taste so good. The vegan sausage rolls are to die for too! I love the Homer Simpson doughnut and the death by chocolate cupcake. (I highly recommend both). The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price is too expensive in my opinion. Almost $6 for a doughnut is a bit too pricey.

The baked goods are delicious but the coffee definitely leaves much to be desired. My partner drinks an almond milk mocha from every cafe we visited and was so unimpressed that he finished less than half. My warm soy milk of a hot chocolate was also incredibly disappointing. It's a shame that the worst vegan drinks we've ever found are at an all vegan cafe. Having said that, the bronuts and cupcakes were absolutely perfect and I'm so happy to see a vegan business thriving. I have heard amazing things about their custom cakes and they really do bake some of the best treats! The atmosphere was also fantastic with friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing cinnamon buns, their chicken sriracha sub is my absolute favourite! I just feel that the service is really slow and sometimes there is no care factor. When people walk in, I'd expect that you'd get a greeting, but i don't think I ever have until its my turn to be served... usually 'hey, will be with you shortly' is what I'd think you'd get but.. maybe I'm wrong?

Visiting Union Road Ascot Vale, I was looking for a coffee shop and came across this lovely bakery coffee shop. I was impressed to find they served turmeric coffee and all the products are meat (animal) free. The shop is very interesting with plenty of interesting decorations and baked goods. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I ordered a cappuccino and a peanut brownie, they were both great - probably the best I have ever tried. Although the prices are rather pricey, $9.60 for the coffee and brownie. They do take EFPOS with no extra transaction charge. There is outside seating and I can see this venue has good patronage.

I often frequent and purchase cakes and savoury from Mister Nice Guys as it caters for my friends that have allergies and intolerance's. It is 100% egg free, diary free, lactose free, cochineal free, gelatin free and meat free. It also has options with soy-free, gluten-free, wheat-free, corn-free, fructose friendly & low gi options. It is a one shop stop when I need to cater for specific diets. The service is friendly though at times I do feel they are not passionate when it comes to explaining the different variety of options (I assume they do it all day and get bored). My favourite savoury is there cheesy mite scroll. I tried the coffee with coconut milk and I did not enjoy it. However it is specific taste. I do like the cupcakes and when I have served them at parties I also tried the gluten free banana bread and for gluten free it was amazing.

Love their cinnamon and apple/caramel buns! BUT. I went there recently (on a Monday) and at 10.15am they had run out of a lot of stuff which never happened before. Also, I got 2 cinnamon buns and I could tell straight away they were day olds. One of them, which I kept for the day after, was almost inedible when I tried to eat it. The way I see it, they are giving priority to online delivery since it's $25 min and leave whatever is left for walk ins. I'll go again after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
