Stopped here for lunch, we had a traditional pasties and a curry pastie that were both very tasty and generously filled, these were followed up with long johns with fresh cream and a coffee, both were good. The service was prompt and friendly, will definitely be stopping by the Stratford Bakery again.

Called in for lunch on Monday the 3rd Jan 2022 around 1320. Place was extremely busy with three ladies working, not a lot of food left but still a great variety of pies etc. A meat pie, sausage roll, meat pastie and a ham, cheese and tomato focaccia all three of us were extremely satisfied. Customer service from the younger girl was great she asked about our holiday and Xmas new year and wished us a safe and happy remainder of holidays. Highly recommend this place for a food stop. Chairs and tables out front make it great to get out of the car and enjoy the meal. Thank you very much.

Stopped in to feed three hungry children en route back to Belgrave from Buchan. Service was friendly and patient (indecisive children 😀), pies and desserts were delicious, and coffees served promptly. Just the place for a refuelling stop in a thunderstorm 👍

Amazing country bakery! Stopped by for lunch and had great salad rolls and coffee follows by an apple and plum crumble. There was an awesome selection of cakes and slices with a lot of variety. We bought a strudel for later and it was also amazing.

stopped here for a bite to eat whilst traveling through the region yesterday. I must say I was very impressed by the selection of pies, cakes, ect available. the coffee was good, the pastries were delicious, and the carrot cake would have been the best and largest slice of cake I have ever eaten. highly recommend a stop here, as the staff are friendly, and the food is great, this bakery is cash only, (no effpost) so make sure you have your money.

Just want to say if anyone is going Gippsland way and happens to go through Strafford U have to stop at the bakery. Bought some sweet chilli pies today some to take home and put in freezer as well because oh my gosh they r insane. And there sweet stuff there looks amazing wanted to buy the store up today. Don't know anyone there but all I can say is if ur going past U must drop in otherwise U don't know what ur missing out on. Country bakeries the best👍👍👍👍👍👍will definitely be back again and again on my way back to Paynesville

Every time I've been in the staff have been really patient and friendly and offer great customer service. The reason I go in is that the cakes and pies and such are delicious and worth the 10km bike ride from Maffra.

Highly recommend a visit to this gem if you are passing through or close by. We went through today and i bought a pastry with cream. OMG! the most delicious pastry I've had ever! We returned on the way back but the place was closed. Not one to be missed!

From the look of this place you would say it's just a standard bakery but you would be fooled. The staff are super friendly & the food is so good! I would highly recommend their "bee sting" and "paris brest" twp of my favourites here. Plus they make a great cappuccino.
