The crispy pork banh mi was delicious. Tender meat, crispy skin was actually crispy. The fried shallots were a welcome addition that added more flavour. Overall a good banh mi. Maybe could have used more pate. Seating is available both inside and outside. My only complaint would be that the price is quite high for a banh mi compared to outer suburbs.

Forget Lambs on Malvern. Get a crispy pork Bánh mì from Trangs. Twice the flavour and half the price. Very quick and efficient service. I have had plenty of Bánh mì and this was one of the best.

My absolute favourite Bahn Mi in the world! No I haven't been to Vietnam so I can't vouch for those over there but I love these. I literally have one at least a month, this has been consistent for some time. The staff are also lovely!

Bahn mi are probably the best you’ll get outside of Richmond or Footscray, the tofu one is great for vegetarians and vegans, the special pork and special chicken are fantastic too. The staff are amazing and so nice. The prices are very decent for Southside.

Was going to head their competitor Master Roll Vietnam just down the road but decided against it and I was not disappointed. Ordered a pork Bahn Mi and she was an absolute pearler. Can highly recommend this place and I just wish more people went here rather than Master Roll (which have a 15% surcharge on Sunday’s - yuck).

Good variety and Excellent Banh mi, good choice of drinks and pastries. Much quicker service here as the one up the road is too busy. Also serves coffee as well. My favourite place for Banh mi.

This space has been left empty for a while. Toward the end of last year, there was some movement on this location for a new Vietnamese bakery. I was very much excited. Walked pass it at around noon, and saw it open. Great, let's give it a try. The place was newly open last Friday. It was a bit busy when i walk in, with about 4-5 other customers in front of me. The service was kind of quick, I have only waited for about 2 mins. I ordered a small beef pho and a Special Pork Bahn Mi. The pho itself is nothing special, I didn't dislike it. It was good enough to make me happy but not exactly amazing that blowed my mind. The Special Pork Bahn Mi thing was very nice. I think they run out of the special pork, so the lady at the front actually did a half-and-half Special Pork and crispy pork. I like it very much. I particularly like that there is this option of choosing between a white roll or wholemeal roll. That make me feel less guilty about the yummy oily crispy skin pork.

Best in the area! I go to trang bakery in hawthorn east near my house and I’m also so lucky to work next to the new trang bakery here! I’m vegetarian and it’s so hard to find somewhere that has great tasting vegan and veggie food. I highly recommend the vegan pork or duck in a salad wrap with Siracha sauce. Thanks for you great food and friendly services guys!
