When I lived in Scarborough I used to go here all the time.e amazing pies, recently I went here and the pies were $7+ still nice but not worth the crazy price seems a bit steep nowadays so not again. My local does not as good pies as this bakery but they are still very good and they charge $4.50+ so I will stick to my local.

Award winning pies, which I can not speak for as there was two old ones left. Their bakery section was very oily and the coffee was poor to mediocre at best. Pretty quick service though.

8/1/22: Legendary Local Bakery. This little bakery has been winning ribbons and prizes consistently for as long as I can remember. I grew up around Scarborough and have been coming here for years. The pies, sausage rolls and pasties have been consistently excellent for years and I always try to get some scones if they haven't sold out. I have always found the staff the be friendly and helpful no matter how busy they get (and they do get very busy around lunchtime). A lot of the negative comments on here seem to be from the local competition, which speaks volumes. I have never been disappointed and recommend them very highly.

Best pies in Perth and always has been. The sandwiches and rolls are also absolutely delish. They even take eftpos now.

Being a sorta big pie fan myself, I’ll travel to eat pies that have won awards. Any awards. The pepper pie here is just divine with crispy pastry, good size chunky meat, a nice medium pepper strength and served a temperature that doesn’t take the first layer of skin from the roof of your mouth. The sort of place you want to go back and get something warm from on a chilly day. Brrrr....feeling a bit chilly now actually.

Dong and his hot daughter and happy wife are a treasure. This award winning bakery is an icon. You must go there, The pies are in the top 10 nationally and the awards show this. Again just enjoyed a perty in my mouth. Had an amazing plain meat pie, it was a perfect temp and so warm and filling on a cold winters day. Enjoy as they only last til 3pm and he sells out daily. From the bloke with the blueheeler therapy dog.

I was in the area for a business meeting and popped in to grab a drink and couldn't resist the pie display. I had a pepper pie and it was top notch. Really delicious. I mentioned to my PA that their pepper pie was good and she told me the bakery is a famous one and their pies are award winning. Genuinely good pepper pie. Looking forward to trying other pies when I'm next in the area.

Brighton bakery have the best meat pies hands down and the selection is huge. So,if you like a good meat pie you can't do better and they have won multiple awards for their pie's and pastries. You won't be sorry!

At VERY short notice, we asked if they could help us out with a birthday cake, a real long shot, ten minutes later , complete with writing, my sister in laws name , there was a black forest cake , ready to go, nice coffee too, but I reckon that was genuinely outstanding about the cake . Most definitely be back , made my day. WELL DONE. BRILLIANT.
