Parking can be difficult at time, small cosy place with generous spacing. The staff are attentive and provide information on what cinnamon scrolls to select, as a result I decided to get 6 different one. The scrolls are melt in your mouth moment however the topping for me was a bit much that it overwhelm the cinnamon scrolls. Apart from that they are great serve cold or lightly heated.

This place is a hidden gem. Lovely service and delicious cinnamon scrolls. Can't go past the salted butterscotch pecan but they're all good. If you're in the mood for savoury, they also do a mean toastie or sausage roll.

A lovely cafe with rich flavors of cinnamon buns. Came all the way to try them. The siganature cinnamon bun could be a little dry but the salted butterscotch was delicious and was the best. The toppings on the espresso one was too sweet... The coffee was good too and the service was very friendly. Overall not the best cinnamon buns ever had but they were nice and fun.

Have loved this place since first discovered them in Mount Hawthorne. I live in the city and used to drive three suburbs just to enjoy their coffee and scrolls. The move to Northbridge has not effected their quality or service. Highly recommend!

Travelled for almost an hour just to try these famous cinnamon rolls. It’s a small place and has outdoor seating. Very welcoming ambiance. Smell of cinnamon greets you at the entrance. Each cinnamon prepared upon order. They have mini cinnamon that comes in 24 different flavours that has to be pre ordered. The owner very friendly and accommodating. They have coffee and other hot and cold drinks. They also have sandwiches and cookies. One of the best cinnamon I’ve tasted. Really worth the trip and will definitely return for more. They also welcome pre order via Uber eats.

Love the cinnamon rolls, I could not finish all of them and kept it for the next day. The bun itself still soft. Just need to re heat a bit & voila, still fresh and yum! My top fav are salted butterscotch pecan, raspberry cream cheese & sticky maple! We met the owner, she‘s friendly and kind.

Excellent, friendly service. We got there just after 1pm on a Saturday, and scored their last 2 cinnamon rolls (they had already sold out 2x that day)! They offer a number of different toppings (including raspberry Rose cream, Honey Fennel, the American Dream, and my favourite... butterscotch pecan). Got a box of their par-bakes too - they're very easy to heat up in the oven (instructions included on the container).

Amazing. Hands down the best cinnamon rolls in Perth. Worth the price. Soft, warm, fluffy, toppings are perfectly flavoured. Not too sweet.

I really enjoyed the choc fudge scroll and coffee that I had. The staff were friendly which is always good. I’d give it 5 stars but I felt like it was a little bit pricey for what it was. That being said there were plenty of people lining up to buy them so it might just be me.

Delicious cinnamon rolls that are reasonably priced in my opinion. My go to is the salted butterscotch pecan and I liked that the rolls will only be dressed with the icing upon order and that it is overall not overly sweet. I think this is much better than the other cinnamon roll place that claims to have the best in Perth. Good coffee too!

I went all the way to get a taste of this cinnamon roll and wasn't disappointed at all. The maple pecan was amazing, soft fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. The raspberry rose cream cheese looks amazing and I bought it for a friend who said its very nice but texted me later that night, where were the rose petals? I felt so embarrassed as it is my 1st time visiting this shop so I never check the rolls before I walk away from the friendly elderly lady with almost 80% white hair serving me. Hey Spirals, if u can't CARRY OUT consistent quality control well, don't splash photos of this beautiful cream cheese rose all over facebook and highlight all over u sprinkle it with rose petals when u don't (u missed out on mine) . Maybe u run out of them yesterday but I'm so embarrassed.

Love this little place! I visit here once a week to grab my favourite scrolls ( raspberry rose cream cheese and the American dream) and a coffee. The staff are lovely and friendly and the scrolls are delicious!

Great googly moogly this place is phenomenal. Coffee is superb. They offer a range of interesting beans, honeycomb, and DIY food kits, which is nice. The star of the show is their cinnamon scrolls though. Wow! Buy some!

bit of an oddity this place sometimes it's great sometimes you walk away much lighter in the wallet with nothingmuch in your hands. I think it has appeal based on nostalgia and a cool product but I'm not sure if these prices are sustainable.
