2nd visit Wonderful Bakery. Great bread choices, cakes and pies So far we have tried out 2 jelly donuts 1 croissant, 2 Gluten free cheesecakes 2 cups of tea...no not all at the same time. Verdict delicious. Here for another week and a half so many more selections to go through. Eat in or outside. Covid safe for sure.

I was there on a weekend in February. The queue, socially distanced, was out the door. Only two staff serving and 1 full time barista. A great shame as the range of cakes, pies and bread is terrific and very tasty.

My wife and I are always on the search for the best meat pie (my mission) and vanilla slice (wife's mission). Seriously, Barnetts Bakery are the best we've ever eaten! We've never had anything like them - the vanilla slice especially was very unique, we're now spoiled for life because we'll never find anything as good! I forgot to mention that, although the staff had worked flat out all day, they were still very friendly and nice and went out of their way to service us!

Barnetts Bakery is an old style bakery with a modern twist. Found at Crescent Head one of the Mid north coasts most popular holiday destinations. Barnetts Bakery has the best display & variety of cakes, tarts, breads, pies, wraps, toasties & sandwiches. The staff is friendly & efficient in their service & if you feel like a delicious cup of Danes Coffee, its the place to go.

Absolutely hands down the best bakery we have ever been to! Everything we tried was delicious. The vanilla slice is amazing, the cherry crumble fabulous, and the sweet curry pie really was the best pie I have ever had. We bought plenty of other things as well - caramel tarts, banoffi tarts, donuts were all great, and the seeded bread is (again) the best I have ever tasted! They always had plenty of staff serving at the counter so even though there was always a queue we were served quickly and efficiently. Well worth a trip to Crescent Heads just to go to the bakery!

If you’re gluten free, make the effort to preorder the gluten free pies by 24-48 hours and you won’t be disappointed. The BEST GF pie I’ve had! You can buy them frozen and take them home also. Such good pastry and so yummy.

This place is always packed with lines, and that's because their pies are the ABSOLUTE BEST (and I'm not even a pie fan)!! Luckily the lines go by pretty quick. I was here just for the weekend but had already tried 7 different pies in 2 days! Besides their pies, their quiches were pretty spot on too. Honestly though, gotta try their pies. Trust.

Sunday afternoon, 2.30 pm. Thank goodness for Barnetts Bakery, this was the only place open to get food as we did a road trip through. We had to wait for them to warm up the pies but at least we could get something. And it was a good pie also.

Food and coffee was outstanding! Beef & veggie pastie was traditional Cornish style and jam packed, pie was according to my husband "the best he's ever had" the pastry on both was so flakey and perfect. Mango white choc tart was the perfect combo of flavours, hazelnut donut was fluffy and fresh and rocky road was really good. For a place so so busy, the barista still made a perfect cappuccino with the right amount of froth! We will definitely visit again!

Solid for price and what you get, picked up fresh rolls for a few days and then popped in for a snack a couple of days later. I went for standard pie and did the job. Wife had a custard tart and loved it. Good job and love to see a family business with generations of baking between them.

I was visiting Crescent Head for the long weekend Easter break and one of my friends suggested to.go to this place for a coffee. I think this is amongst the best coffees I've ever had in Australia. Really strong and aromatic. I also had a doughnut and it set the bar really high. Highly recommended.
