Comments of Infinity Bakery

Huge selection of baked goods. Perfect balm for a cold morning. Efficient service despite being understaffed. Lovely location and setting inside.

Bakery: tried the Classic Scone, it’s so tasty and just like i like it, little bit sweet, not too much sweet.
Coffee: tried the late, excellent, the coffee been is so good.

Coffee and Croissant - Coffee is always great, strong flavoured with speedy service. The Croissant was fresh, straight from the oven. Well done to the barrister, staff and management

Delicious warm pies to eat on a cold rainy day.

My neighbourhood bakery is renowned for its breads, especially sourdough, but it's the amazing pastries that have this local hooked.
When in season, Infinity does both raspberry and blueberry danishes that'll make your eyes roll back in your head. If you're an early riser, head up at sunrise to get them piping hot just out of the oven — buttery, flaky pastry, with a hint of creamy custard and plenty of warm fruit on top.
My all-time favourite (and standard post-gym reward!) is the pain au chocolat which they do so well: again their perfect pastry that flakes apart, encasing a few squares of molten quality chocolate.
The salted caramel brownie is also truly incredible (but ask them to heat it up if you're having it now).

Fantastic apple turnover and sourdough baguette. Lovely customer service too.

They make the most mouth-watering cheese & chives scone I’ve ever had 🙌
The food & staff are amazing but I think they lack a bit of that cosy vibe that welcomes you to dine in. I always feel more comfortable taking away rather than taking a seat. Still worth the visit 👌

Lamb pie was amazing. Packed full of meat and delicious vegetables, and a perfect amount of mint. A little pricey at $9 but that’s Sydney I guess!
L. T. H.
Reckon has one of best soy & linseed sourdough in all of Sydney. Yummy pies and Danish too!
L. L.
Freshly baked pastries, breads and Aussie pies!! Bright and breezy with large open windows and outdoor seating. Great for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a snack. Coffee too!!
S. L.
Very nice pastry. We had the Beef & Potato pie and Cronut. Amazing
W. Y. L.
Yum, lots of pastries - sweet or savoury - and treats in the shop.
Service was great, would come back again! 🙂

Best bakery shop in the area. You can smell the delicious bread in the morning as you pass by. Their French Vanilla cake is mouth watering. They serve amazing coffee too.

I drive a long way just to get Infinity's gluten free bread. Fantastic product and service, including their GF muffins and cakes. Now that I've started drinking their coffee, I don't go anywhere else. Michelle (staff) always provides premium service and looks after my GF Bread deliveries. Thank you Infinity Darlo. Garth P.

This bakery is such a friendly place to buy top delights from (and to learn some of the ins and outs of baking, too). I am a long-term customer, often ordering in my favourite baking treats for the next day, and they always come up trumps for me!

The people who run this really nice little bakery have recently done some very good renovations. It has expanded the seating area out the back and the new improved area is friendly and away from the bustle of Victoria St. the seating is generally standard cafe, smaller tables and comfy seats. Bathroom facilities clean and good. The service and friendliness of the counter staff is such a nice surprise in this area. I think many of the smaller cafes are now realizing that a smile, a simple thank you and clean plates, utensils and a ready supply of napkins goes a long way, as does fresh water for your table. All these little things make a difference in a very crowded coffee market. Next, the food. Recently, I have had the Borwnie and the blueberry scone. Both of these were very very good. Dont think for a moment you will get something small and stingy. Both items were quite large and I had the pleasure of sharing these treats with some lovely ladies, which again, is always a treat. The coffee is good enough that we walk quite a distance past many other coffee venues in Potts POint and Kings Cross to get there. Long black, macchiato, piccolo and latte. I swap between these coffees regularly and the flavor tends to be more rich blend than the sharper single origin, although like many other things, I could be wrong. In essence, nice setting, nice bakery treats and coffee that matches and beats many other outlets in the area. O yes, the prices are very very competitive.

Amazing chicken mushroom pie!

My wife and I were up early and wanted something fresh and local, so we wandered over to this bakery at about 0600 on a Sunday morning...only to be assaulted by the delicious smells of goods being baked.
The service was friendly and pleasant, and they answered any questions and even gave us timeframes for things that weren't out yet.
My wife had the cinnamon scroll, which had a nice flake but wasn't as sweet as the ones in the states. It was fresh and good though!
I had a muffin that had pear, white chocolate, and something else. I can't tell you what was in it or show you a photo because it was devoured as soon as I started eating it. It had a very good crumb, fresh pear, and was just delicious.
The salted caramel brownie was chilled with a type of toffee (or maybe salted caramel?) at the bottom of it. It was definitely unique and not something that tastes mass produced.
Even though we are leaving today, we might swing back through to taste some other things on the way out.

Atmosphere: 4/5
Food: 5/5
Service: 5/5
I absolutely love this place. Used to go there for breakfast all the time when I was in the area. The atmosphere is nice enough, they have some cool chairs and tables. The food is amazing, great loaves of bread and their avocado on sourdough is so spectacular. The people who work here are lovely and always happy to help.
S. D.
Best bakery outside of Italy!! 😊
R. B.
Cute little burrowed out hole in the wall which actually stretches out quite far as you go in and notice their on site bakery! They unfortunately have limited seating (a consequence of having such a large bakery at the back, I presume) which is a shame as it meant we went elsewhere for food but on the way back got a sublime flat white during their happy hour (11am-12pm) for only $2!
They also provide samples of some of their baked goods which I've not seen done before. Solid touch.
It's not listed on their website but they had a raspberry and rose yogurt teacake (looks like a muffin) which is so moist and just the right level of sweetness it was a travesty to not have bought it (too full from breakfast)
Great work guys. I'd add that maybe some more inside seating would work out well for you.

Infinity Bakery is one of the best bakeries in Sydney. Their breads and sweets are lovely. They were previously cash only but now accept card. I’ve never had any issues with the quality of their breads or pastries.

You are always greeted with a genuine “hi” and a smile. This is a bakery, but does a great breakfast and Tat (the barista) makes a great coffee.
Don’t walk past, do yourself a favour and go in, have a coffee and Lust over the great bakery items. From their breads to Danish Pastry- it’s all good.
This is a great team, who know how to work well together in a small environment.
Fab job - love it !
V. L.
The coffee is alright, but their muffins! The Pear and white chocolate muffin is delicious! It is soft and filled with warm pear pieces.
Also love the interior of the café. You can sit there and stare at the ceiling or at the bakery goods, chat with friends or in my case family.
You should visit this place the waiter (moustache, hair in a ponytail), who helped me was friendly and helpful.
V. T. N.
Great bakery near Kings Cross station. High-quality danishes and chocolate croissants with nice mocha. I am not a fan of breads so there are not many things to say about them.
A. K.
Tried sandwiches, baguette and croissant. All were very delicious. Coffees were good too. Especially the baguette was the best I've ever had in Sydney. I highly recommend this bakery.
S. K.
Simply one of the best stores in Darlo in terms of customer services. The staff in the past few years have all been friendly, polite, cheerful and not-up-themselves (unlike quite a few shop keepers/floor staff in Darlo). Breads are always fresh and in good quality (hardly any bad batches of breads), some products are a little bit pricey but worth it.
S. J.
Recommend go early in the morning around 8am and maybe you'll catch the blueberry scones fresh out of the oven, delicious. Their brownie is also gets a thumbs up from me, the contrast in texture was perfect.
t. d.
best coffee on the way to st vincent’s. i’ve only ever had croissants and coffee but i really appreciate the long open hours and relaxed atmosphere.
W. V.
It don't know what happened but this place suddenly got expensive ($6.50 Danish 🙄) compared to other cafes in the area, and service is hit and miss. Muffins dry. Croissants and pastries nice. Love the bread!
N. N.
One of the greats! These legends are keeping me caffeinated and sane during this endless lockdown. Love your work guys.
A. P.
Come and enjoy those fresh and delicious pastries!
D. J.
Coffee and tea was good, mixed berry muffin, ok. Sausage roll $6 was very ordinary, couldnt even finish it , dont be fooled they look yummy. The staff were very nice.
J. R.
Our local bakery. The turkish baps are delicious, always fresh, and highly recommended. The cronuts are also a special treat and definitely worth trying.
M. B.
No complaints about the prices or quality of product but as other reviewers have noted, the staff are pretty miserable. There is such a lack of friendliness and charm in this shop that I’ve defected to Chapter E around the corner where you get smiles with your coffee.
J. R.
Excellent bread, especially sourdough. The pastries and cakes area equally good. There is a small cafe with good coffee and other small dishes.
M. R.
Great staff, let me charge my phone in an emergency which is more than most cafe's will do, great bacon egg roll too :)
S. M. (.
Excellent service.
I had never tried such amazing croissants and pastries.
That was not all though as they make great coffee which is the most important thing to me.
Thank you infinity bakery.
C. H.
Went there with a couple of friends and got a Pie, muffin and a pumpkin roll. Yummmmmmo! The Chicken and mushroom pie was grande, the muffin was healthy and the Pumpkin Sausage Roll was described as Pumpkin Soup wrapped in a roll.
Will go there again and try the freshly baked sourdough bread.

If you need some great bread later in the evening, this is your place! Even though they may not have the biggest variety anymore in the evenings, you can also get something delicious.

T. W.
Good flat white and the blueberry scones are good too
K. J.
The croissants are the best, but not sure about the muffins (tasted salty).
I. J.
The blueberry and the raspberry danish are to died for... So much fruit so much flavour. And don't even get started with the giant crossiants! Aaaagh.... Good bye waistline!
V. P.
Great coffee; paper cups, supposedly to protect against Covid, less welcome!

Bakery cafeteria located near the King Cross subway stop. It has a couple of tables and a bar where you can eat quietly.
It has a good variety of buns, breads, cakes, biscuits, etc. All with a great pint.
I went to breakfast and ordered a cinnamon roll, cinnamon bun, slightly crispy with a great look and taste. I also asked for an appel turnover, it is a kind of sweet pie stuffed with applesauce, the filling was very good but there was plenty of sugar left over.
Summary: Great place to have something sweet breakfast.
Price: $ 4.5 cinnamon roll and $ 4 Apple turnover
Score: 8

Puntuacion : 8
