Nutie is the best place for a vegan and 100% gluten free brunch in Sydney. As a bonus, you can take a selection of incredible treats home which are all consistently delicious. They also offer delivery via their website if you don't live locally. On my last visit, I had the vegan club sandwich with fries and a (great) soy latte. Everything was amazing and the portion size was huge. The team are wonderful and the owners have done amazing things for the community throughout many lockdowns and practical challenges as a small business.

I always love wearenutie! They have always been my favourite gluten free bakery and cafe who create the most beautiful desserts! ☺️They are constantly coming up with new specials and flavours and the staff are always so lovely. They offer such a big range of gluten free and vegan treats, donuts and cakes and I highly recommend if your in Sydney to visit! Love these guys! Oh and the wagon wheels and twix bars are a BIG YES!

A petite cafe serving coffee, breakfast and lunch menu. We came here for the exclusive Easter Chicken macarons. Expensive and tastes average. Flavour - Lemon meringue. Ordered a few vegan donuts. The S'mores was quite delicious. Strawberry and cream donut was excessively sweet. The icing sugar was too thick and sweet I had to remove it all to enjoy it. Meanwhile the Black Forest donut was more bland with a sour filling. Will have another go at other donuts or cakes next time.

I had been eyeing this place during lockdown and let me just say, it did not disappoint! The vegan donuts are delicious and the staff are so lovely and helpful. They gave me great recommendations and made eating there such an enjoyable experience. Loved visiting Nutie's with friends for brunch today and we will definitely be back. It's hard to find places with dairy free foods and there is plenty of options here . Also the staff was amazing at spending time finding out what foods had which nuts in them (that is another allergy issue for us) and I had one of the best cappuccinos here.

Known for their cakes and donuts and if I had a sweet tooth I'd bump it up a star. Cause they look amazing. It's a modest little place with curbside seating in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. It was self service and the staff were nice. We had the peanut butter something milkshake. That was lovely. We also got the big breakfast pictured below. Everything was great, beans in particular. The bread looks average but it was pretty good since everything was gluten free. The bagel with the bean pattie was really tasty if not on the pricey side at $15. Will definitely come back!

Order brunch here and you’ll get half an avocado with your meal…and I don’t even like avocado but they made it taste good!! Gluten free and vegan too. The doughnuts are pretty good, brownie was ok but not amazing. The desserts are all very sweet so I felt like I couldn’t have very much at a time. Staff are super friendly and informative too. Not somewhere I would go regularly just because it’s a bit too sweet for me but a nice spot to check out. Note that seating is limited and not under cover.

Nutie has set up in a small little shop in Surry Hills selling a range of treats; slices, cakes and donuts as well as drinks that have plenty of vegan options. Heaps of interesting flavours, we bought the red velvet donut and the Cookie Monster. The cafe also has savoury foods if you’re after a meal. You can also dine in.

There is literally nothing I dislike about this place other than they aren’t open Sundays in Surry Hills but luckily their other store is! They have an amazing brunch menu, amazing gluten free and vegan everything (the wagon wheels are to die for) and are always reinventing their menu for special occasions. They also do acai in summer and I’m so there for that! Here’s a couple of pictures including of my amazing birthday cake that I ordered this year. It said serves 8 but we got at least double the servings! Thanks nutie for being my home away from home and for being legends who pay it forward in hard times to the community! You are everything that a gluten and dairy free girl could want and I’ve even managed to convert tonnes of friends! Nobody does gf better than these guys!

Always a 5 Star Experience. Nutie is my favourite cafe in Sydney. They have the best vegan treats I have ever had and always have fun additions to their menu for the special seasons like Easter, Halloween, Mothers Day etc... Love the staff and really appreciate their friendliness and candour. Both Balmain and Surry Hills locations are fab. One of my friend got me some Nutie vegan donuts a while back so I wanted to come down for brekky! My vegan friend came along too and we had a lovely time. Got ourselves some "bespoke chai latte" with a savoury vegan brekky and a donut each (black forest and peanut butter brownie) to finish it up. We were absolutely stuffed!! But it was all worth it. The breakfast meals were actually filling and well proportioned. Sometimes, vegan or vegetarian meals are lacking everything important. We had "big breakky" and "chickpea omelette". Delish!!

I was so excited to try this place as fellow vegans had told me that they are a nice brunch option. Everything was delicious but very pricey, I felt that maybe almost 20 dollars for 2 tacos is excessive. I would really recommend the cheesecake, it blew my mind and was such a nice difference to the normal raw vegan cheesecakes. Will come back for sweets but not breakfast. Good option for maybe the gluten free crowd.

You should definately eat here all the time forever and support this glorious business while enjoying THE MOST DELICIOUS food you've ever put in your lovely lil mouth hole! I'm not a vegan (soz nature) but I am Gluten Free and I can eat ALL THE FOOD without being 'that person'. And the food taste like an angel made it just to bless my tongue. During lock-down I went to Nutie every weekend for a coffee and some treatos and the staff were the kindest, loveliest people. I also recently ordered the Canadian Thanksgiving to be delivered and even their delivery drivers are the sweetest baby angels. The meal was insanely good (honestly, the best pumpkin pie I've ever tasted) & enough for a small villiage. I'm super impressed by this business & the deliciousness of their gf vegan food!

Their vegan donuts are absolutely great!! A different texture compared with other vegan donuts from other shops but definitely satisfy your cravings. Of course they come with various flavors but they're all sweet in general. The Cookie Monster is undoubtedly great! Personally I would call it the signature! A hidden gem of morning casual bakery with nice coffee. The shop wasn’t even showing up on Google which I thought it was a missing place. However, as I searched, it indeed exists! Ordered a coffee on the go, tasted just as good as those very popular ones we visited. Very popular with locals as we see plenty of patrons taking up the outdoor seating under the tree. Definitely a very laid-back place to chill in Surry Hills!

Ordered 3 acai bowls, and slice of snickers cake. Menu is very pricey considering quantity and quality. Acai bowls were nothing special, small, and the granola used not substantially granola (sweet caramel, popcorn crunch?). Snickers slice was very sweet/sugary, but still nice. Despite this, customer service was great. They compensated for small delays in getting orders out via free item (for us, we received one large dry cookie). Can't speak for their donuts though, of which they're known for. Overall promising place still in development, and good for catch ups.

It must be some sort of witchery or magic because I can’t stop thinking about their delicious dairy free/vegan cakes and doughnuts. Especially the rhubarb creme doughnut but even the cheesecake blew me away. How do they do it?!

Busy little hole in the wall but understandably! Everything was incredible, best açai I've ever had! Went back this week for the new autumn menu and tried the sweet potato boat and cauliflower tacos. Both were packed with veggies, fresh and full of flavour, would 100% recommend. We wanted to try the chickpea omelette as well but wouldn't have managed to finish! A small vegetarian/vegan cafe, many people may already be familiar with Nutie and its success in Balmain. The Surry Hills branch offers a small variety of brunch options - most of which are a vegan take on standard brunch dishes. It tastes nice and leaves you feeling good, but the real star is the desserts. There is a huge selection of brownies, cakes and donuts and they really are worth the hype.

The Doughnuts are delicious!! Definitely worth stopping in for a doughnut, not much seating, a little squishy indoors, there is outdoor seating. I loved the doughnuts so much i bought takeaway doughnuts as a gift, they didn't have cake boxes, so i asked if they could tape up two trays.. you would've thought i asked for the ladies first born 😟 crikey she bit her lip. It did make me feel like telling her to shove the doughnuts.. but they're way too tasty to get salty over a little customer service hiccup. Definitely must try!

Naughty naughty naughty cakes and donuts, cookies, puddings and they always come up with something new and crazy specials. Look, I really wanted to enjoy this but my experience just wasn't very good. I got two coffees, both were terrible. The long black was terribly burnt, and the almond latte tasted like the milk was rancid. We also got take away snacks, the chocolate chip cookie was great, as was the wagon wheel, but the lamington was super dense, wasn't very nice. I might go back and try again, as all the reviews are 5 stars, maybe we just caught them at a bad time.

If anyone says anything bad about this place, they’re definitely just sugar-hating liars. Best to ignore them. Not only can you pick up the besssst sweet treats (baked donuts YUM. OH LAWD) but the CAFE MENU IS OFF THE HOOK! Can highly recommend the Mushroom Benedict, Banana Bread French toast, the Mac n Cheese toastie and OH the new corn fritters has me losing my mind.
