Great people and awesome breakfast variety. Huge portions and mini scrolls to suit both the hungry and weight checkers. Go for the original cinnamon or red velvet.

A great local foodies heaven. This place sells food you don't "normally" find in a traditional bakery. The original cinnamon scrolls are good, but do yourself a favour and try some of the delicious varieties like cookies and cream and salted caramel. The savoury options are amazing too. The zatar is what I keep coming back for

Good savoury and sweet food. I would recommend the Garlic and Cheese Zaatar, it's so simple yet so flavourful. The salads are a good size to share between two people if you wanted some greens on the side.

I love this cozy place for delicious coffee and perfect desserts. It’s quite crowded, but you can still get a spot or takeaway. Oregano bakery can also serve yummy pizza. There are always fresh newspapers and magazines to read through while having your morning coffee ;) Awesome personnel and good menu. Love this local bakery!!!

Oregano bakery catered my child’s first birthday in June and the food was amazing. Sonia (the owner) was a pleasure to work with and made the ordering process so easy. Food was still hot and my guests loved it. Would highly recommend. All of my guests commented on the food and took some home. The savoury food is amazing but it’s very hard to go past a Nutella or cinnamon scroll. Will definitely get food from here again.

29/11/20 Sunday 9:10am Came back here for their good coffee and cinnamon scrolls. Bought a box of scrolls too. However, we didn't stay long as their music was too loud that we had to speak louder to order and guests are talking louder too which made dining in an unpleasant experience. The small shop was too noisy for us. Had to find an ATM too as today they were only accepting cash payment. 20/11/20 Friday 1:45pm Drove from Botany for their good cinnamon scrolls that did not disappoint as expected, but the coffee...(I had a strong flat white)...was really good! Service wasn't as friendly, thus the 4 stars. Definitely coming back for the good scrolls and coffee. Thank you Oregano Bakery!

Very friendly staff and atmosphere. We enjoyed a nice caramolate with their special pizza, which is freshly backed bread topped with a generous layer of Labne and lots of pickled olives, fresh mint leaves, tomato and cucumber.

I've had their scrolls a couple of times and each time they made delicious treat. Cookie and cream scrolls were great - it's a rather strange flavour to be for a scroll at its face value, but once I've tried it, I liked how they were soft and creamy. They're on pretty pricey side.

From the first sip of their award winning coffee to the last bite of their now famous, delicious scrolls, Oregano is a must. Thanks to Michael and the team who make you feel at home with a great vibe, delicious food and friendly staff. Family loved it and would highly recommend it for a good feed or great coffee.

For feedback I had to pick up my own coffee from the Counter and also the baked eggs that i ordered . service from the girl was really good bit the guy behind the counter snatched the credit card off my friend after i offered to pay and the coffee was cold . nice place to eat but not made for eat in as furniture not designed for cafe layout .

Food was nice but nothing to write home about as it was a tad stale. Coffee was lovely. In terms of customer service they really need to get their act together as the person that takes orders and cash tends to lose concentration and will continue taking orders before filling the 1st one causing unecessary lengthy delays for customers. Probably will minimise going there in the future as same poor customer service and ridiculously long unecessary delays experienced 4 out of 5 visits over the past 3 months

The scrolls might be the signature, but get in here and try out the savoury food. The chefs are unbelievable. The Lebanese pizzas, kaak, eggs, sujuk and more, all exceptionally made. You will not regret anything you have here!

The famous cinnamon scroll lives here and so do its brothers and sisters like the salted caramel scroll and Nutella scroll. Their scrolls are the most popular item and are sold across Sydney due to the high quality of the pastry. Obviously if you enjoy sugar but don't want a massive dosage of sugar, they are many other scrolls available that are suited to your desire. They also have lots of savoury foods with their Zaatar Pizza is the traditional option with oregano, thyme and herb options for topping as well, this pizza never disappoints. Only criticism is that it's not the greatest place to eat the food in, I regularly see people buying something and going off to work with their take away due to cafe's small size. Highlight: Cinnamon Scroll Recommendation: If you're a family wanting to buy from here I recommend buying it and making a trip to Tom Ugly's Bridge and enjoying your meal underneath the bridge on the Southern Side (Sylvania) although in saying that hopefully your meal won't be too cold by then!

There is one thing you go to the Oregano bakery for and that's the cinammon scrolls. Wow. very yummy. I had the original ones, however there are bunch of different flavours. They also sell lebanese pizza. Well worth a visit to South Hurstville for this place.
