Hi, just wishing to express my thanks to Ricky in helping me out to fill my order to get a gift ( the Pretty Ones) for my Sister-in - law . Ricky was very helpful and understand my situation. My Sister-in-law received her surprise gift and the person how hand delivered it didn't let on whom it was from. Which I was very great full that She did that. After realising whom Sent the gift my Sister-in-law was so happy as they were cakes from her favourite cake shop that she hasn’t been able to get to due to the virus. Each day She would have some for her afternoon tea then call me to "Thank " me because they were so fresh , well presented and the flavours were great. Like the lime tart, the almond and raspberry tart, the lemon tart but her top favourite was the fruit custard tart. She simply love all of them. Fantastic! I ordered a custom cake to look like a tree stump that we could then decorate for my daughter's second birthday. They absolutely nailed the brief and it looked exactly as I had hoped it would. So many people commented on how nice the cake tasted too.

I would thoroughly recommend Poles for any specialty cake needed. I ordered my wedding cake through Poles and it was such an easy experience. When approaching them, I had a vague idea of what I wanted. Ricky helped to visualise and create a concept that fit the theme of our day. He was also extremely helpful with selecting flavours and correct tier sizing. A few weeks prior to the wedding we had to change our pick up date. This was also not a problem and handled professionally. The finished product was absolutely amazing, it was better than the concept photos. All of our guests commented on how brilliant it looked and the amazing flavour of the cake. I would not hesitate to order another cake from them again!

Ordered a traditional birthday cake for my daughter. We chose sponge with jam, cream and buttercream. My daughter loved being able to choose sprinkle and frosting colours on the website. Went to Poles Patisserie for the 1st time yesterday after reading good reviews. We have recently moved to Penrith and trying out new places. I was smilingly greeted by a sweet girl on her 1st day at job. Ordered 2 plain croissants, 2 almond croissants and an apple turnover with cream for my wife. All the items on display looks very tempting. I must say each food item that I took home is overtly tasty & just melts in the mouth with a great after taste. Wife loved the apple turnover. I am incredibly fussy about my cakes and was naturally hesitant to order from a patisserie I had not tried before - but I am so glad to have stumbled upon Poles. Not only did my Tropical Flamingo cake look beautiful from the outset, the inside was probably the most delicious cake I ever had. The marble vanilla and chocolate flavours were matched with the perfect balance of divine filling - even the guests who don’t usually opt for cake were extremely impressed!
