Saxbys ranks top 5 in bakeries across Australia. Their cheese and bacon sausage rolls are the best in the country, and their other pies and cakes are pretty good also. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is at a time or two the cakes have been a little past their freshest. The neenishes have always been sweetly perfect though.

Hi, if you feel like a substantial Bakery lunch or just a snack then this is one place you need to visit either on your own, or with your family and friends. Gee, this is always on my list to stop at when I go for a photography shoot out to the bay area of Port Stephens. Excellent parking with a Service Station just a few doors along. PS not part of the Servo though. Service is excellent and the staff always very obliging. Excellent food as usual. Thanks.

A pleasant experience. Lots of food, but not as much variety as I expected, especially in the sweets. Prices were reasonable, and all the food was enjoyable to eat, the family loved it. Fast service, clean venue with tables to eat at, good overall.

Been a long while since I've stopped in at Paul's Corner for a morning tea break. Thankfully, the Chunky Pepper Steak Pie was a delicious treat... maybe there could've been some more steak chunks in it. Huge selection of pies, bread, cakes and slices, plus sandwich bar and well stocked drink fridge.

Great range of pies, sausage rolls and sweet pastries. Friendly and welcoming service. We had a lovely cheese and bacon sausage rolls and yet to try the custard tart. Definitely worth a stop for a quick bite :)

The pies & sausage rolls are without doubt some of the best I have ever had, but recently my wife ordered some cold pies to bring home & freeze. The young girl who served us seemed to be on another planet, half the pies were the wrong type & after packing our order $55 she informs us the Eftpos does not work. She needs to realise a lot of people carry little or no cash these days & to inform us after the pies were packed leaves me a little perplexed.

carrot cake muffin: the cake itself was moist and the icing was the perfect ratio of creamy to lemony. i would advise one to leave the cake for approximately 15 minutes to allow for the fact that it is refrigated. this will ensure an optimal eating experience. thank me later.

I usually come here for selfish reasons, their pastry is so flaky, the cream horn is still amazing. The jam filling in the cream bun reminds me of when I was ten. The meat pies have been a apart of my life since I was a child, whilst the flavor of barbeque sauce has changed the pies still are richly flavoured with fine flaky tops. Oh to be a child again.

Best Pies Around! I am not even kidding when I say these guys have the best pies around. They sell a huge selection of cakes and slices with too many things to try at once. This place is a must visit if you are hungry and going past.

Over the years this place has changed, whilst the pies are ok their nt as good as day 5years ago but still better than most. The staff however really need some training in customer service if your posted off stay at home!
