We cannot thank Jerome and the team at Dalton Catering enough for catering our wedding in May for 70 guests. Jerome was always helpful and quick to respond from the very beginning and very accommodating with all our changes. We had a grazing table and fire dome to cook chicken stuffed with bacon and thyme and whole Black Angus Sirloin with vege. Our guests still rave that this was the best beef they have ever had! The food was delicious!! I would highly recommend Dalton Catering.

From my first contact with Jerome who seemed to instantly anticipate and understand what we were after, to the actual food and service on the day, they were faultless. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely and took the time to help create the atmosphere we were after on the day. They left our kitchen spotless and we had enough leftovers for dinner. I had the team from Dalton cater for my 40th Birthday Party. Simply exceptional. Jerome and the team are great to work with, they helped us develop a menu suited to our needs and were responsive to every question we had. The crew on the night were brilliant. The head chef (Damon), and his team of Travis, Claudio, and another Claudio, were wonderful. They were visible and proactive at the start of the evening, then faded into the background whilst we ate, but were always available before we knew we needed them. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Jerome has now catered for us at least 3 weddings and 4 birthdays . The service is first class and from the moment his staff arrive to the moment they leave it is seamless! His staff are friendly ,polite and professional. The food is of an extremely high standard and prepared & delivered without issue. They left our kitchen cleaner than when they arrived and removed all waste and evidence that they were ever there. When there was an issue with hire & delivery of barrels for use as dry bars , who volunteered to go get them but Jerome himself. I love a professional that leads by example ! Thanks so much yet again Jerome . So glad you could finally provide catering for ME and not my children ! Could not recommend you more highly !

Dalton Catering is amazing! We recently ordered a number of items from their deli menu for an in-office event. The communication from the team was fantastic, our order was delivered ahead of schedule and they were beyond accommodating with platters etc (as we didn't have enough for serving). The food was amazing! Probably the most positive feedback we've had for our internal events. The pies were a big hit amongst all our employees!!! My personal favourite were the chicken n' mayo sandwiches - they were super delicious. I know I will definitely be ordering from Dalton again. I would have uploaded photos, but it was all gone too quickly.

We had the most amazing experience with Dalton - from beginning to end. We had an outdoor event with their "fire dome" and it was exceptional, entertainment as well as delicious. Jerome was so helpful all through the planning phase and then the team on the night were excellent. The food and set up was of the highest standard - everyone commented on how fantastic it was. We did not have to worry about anything at all on the night, the team took care of everything and were so professional and friendly - we had the best night thanks to Dalton!

Jerome and team were responsive and helpful. While there was a mix up in the menu (one item was missing), the team on the ground quickly found an alternative and saved the night. We had the Dalton team cater our wedding. They spared no detail and made sure everything was done with the highest level of quality. Jerome and James were easy to reach out to when we needed them. Their team crafted a perfect menu that was thoughtful and took our requests into consideration. Our guests all loved the quality, portions and presentation of the dishes and drinks. Initially their Web site cart let them down delivery and pick up options . I collected the meal, Rolled lamb shoulder , and last minute change of plans to upgrade to a 4 serving was not a problem . The meal was easy to cook and tasted great. The servings for 4 could be larger. . Can't wait to try other items on the menu . A print out of the heating instructions could be put in the well presented packaging they have . 4.5 stars .

We hired Dalton for our company Christmas party and from our first phone call, Jerome was wonderful to work with. The event took place between Christmas and New Year - an unusual time of year for caterers - and we had 35 people for a sit down meal at a private residence. Jerome got everything ordered and planned for us ahead of Christmas, so all we had to do was show up! The menu was outstanding and catered to a number of complex dietary requirements. Chef Joel was absolutely delightful - he was patient and professional with our young wait staff, his food was exceptional, and he even came out to thank the guests at the end of the meal. I highly recommend Dalton Catering to anyone planning an event - they are professional, conscientious and their food is absolutely delicious.

Dalton's catered at my daughter's Wedding . I cannot recommend this team highly enough . The food was mouth wateringly superb : included in the canapes was baby cucumber ,sumac & whipped sesame labneh, fermented plum furikake and included in the mains was roasted market fish and local coal roasted King Prawns . In addition to providing this sumptuous food Dalton's handled last minute seating changes with a calmness and professionalism which was totally reassuring.

The food was outstanding - beef cheeks, lamb cutlets, exquisite shared salads & sides and a handmade ice-cream bar! I arranged the at-home Feasts by Dalton with a chef to come prepare the food for my partners 30th birthday recently, and it was honestly some of the best money I have ever spent. The food was amazing and the entire Dalton team were so friendly, professional and responsive. I had never hired a private chef before and after a quick Google Search discovered Dalton Catering. Jerome and James were attentive and flexible. I hosted a private dinner for 14 pax on Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island) and the food was incredible. Chef Joel was easy going and efficient and made the night extra special. Could not be happier with my experience ordering from Dalton Catering. I had a few dietary requirements that would have made life difficult for what was a small order but they went the extra mile to make it work and even had every separate item labelled with what fit each request and what didn't. Ordered the chorizo-stuffed chicken and the saffron roast cauliflower. The food was absolutely exquisite (my favourite was the creamed spinach and black lentils) and it all arrived at the exact chosen delivery time!! We were gifted a gourmet meal of Beef Cheeks that was very much enjoyed. Following the instructions the meat turned out tender and tasty. It was a very stress-free meal. The side of roast pumpkin we had was also yummy. But I would recommend customers , if able, make some fresh vegetable sides yourself and add some fresh herbs to brighten the dish.
