Gerry and Sharon catered for my husband's 60th birthday party and the food was outstanding and there was plenty of it.They were extremely professional and left our kitchen cleaner than when they started. Just a quick note to express my thanks for the wonderful catering job you did for my birthday celebrations. There were many positive oohs and aahs on the night, and even today I am still receiving messages commenting on how good the food was. It was exactly what I was wanting in beautiful party food. I particularly want to thank you for the extra effort you made not only to accommodate the dietary requirements of invited guests and a two year old, but also the exceptional food to make sure our late-stand-in guest was also looked after. FoodFX Catering is absolutely brilliant. My initial encounter with FoodFX Catering was about a year ago in 2016 when attending a friend's wedding celebration where the food was plentiful, very tasty and catered to special dietary requirements. This prompted me to engage FoodFX twice for my own parties - the first time for a finger food party with around 50 guests and because they did such an excellent job of this, my husband and I hired them to provide the food at our wedding reception in August 2017, a sit down meal for over 40 guests at our house. We thought we were getting a caterer but we got so much more - Jerry, the owner, provided me with heaps of brilliant advice not only on menu choices but also on room set up, equipment hire etc. Jerry and his wife Sharon are very experienced at running the catering side of events and their suggestions were incredibly helpful. Then on the day of our wedding Sharon came around to help with setting up the tables and her attention to detail was wonderful. See the attached photos of the tables and the food. Jerry managed all arrangements with wait staff, bar staff etc, all of them were brilliant on the day and we got heaps of compliments about the three course meal. It's particularly impressive that Jerry and his team managed to deliver this in my domestic kitchen, without excessive waiting time between courses, with alternate drops for both starter and main, to over 40 people. I highly recommend FoodFX Catering to you; they made the catering for our wedding something that we and our guests will remember for all the right reasons. NB the photo of the beef wellington is one that Jerry specifically made gluten free at my request. He advised me beforehand that the gluten free pastry would not look as good as the others and I said to go ahead anyway. It's a pity that I don't have a photo of all the other plates of beef wellington as they were with normal pastry and looked amazing. For the meal Jerry ended up accommodating vegetarians and gluten intolerant people with different meal requests to everyone else, and the wait staff delivered exactly the right meal to everyone.

I was faced with the dilemma of catering for my sister's Birthday without an oven and working kitchen, then we came across Jerry and everything fell into place.
