Sam and his team catered for our wedding for around 90 people. They organised the canapes, sit down dinner and dessert... it was PHENOMENAL!!! the serving sizes, presentation, taste and execution was done seamlessly. The team was incredibly professional as well. I would highly recommend Big Flavours for your next event - both vegetarian or non-vegetarian. They also very smoothly catered for dietary requirements.

I can’t speak highly enough of big flavours, the communication was amazing, I was always provided with quick and informative responses. On the night of the event we had a beautiful and professional set up, the staff were super friendly and interactive. The food was fantastic, I was able to select a package and add to it as needed which was great for flexibility, it also really helped that they work closely with you and the event space. I’d definitely book them again for a future event!

Main fare was very good. However the desserts - tiramisu, & pavlovas , whilst very nice, was such very very small portions! Particularly the tiramisu. Many residents raised this , a thimble sized portion! Several residents raised also the fact that while at the buffet, they were told the only option was either a sausage, wagu beef burger, or prawn skewer! I cannot confirm this of course, only thing I can think of is that their table was the last to be called to the buffet, & that there was not the option of having all 3 items on the menu. Staff were very professional , courteous. But the main criticism from well over 70% of residents was the size of the desserts. Quite embarrassing actually.

What a lovely experience we had celebrating my husband’s 70th with the family at home. The set up was stress free and Sumit our chef was incredible. Our guest commented on the flavours of canapés... delicious We had 20 people and I chose 4 mains for variety, sides or potato, carrot and cauliflower as well as 3 salad... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS All the left over food was stored and put in the fridge, stacked the dishwasher and they cleaned up the kitchen like new! Awesome job and will definitely use again in the future. Sam and his Team were exceptionally helpful in handling the challenges - and last minute changes - of a 100-person birthday event. Sam accommodated graciously all our requests (even adding to his listed menu, just for us!) and his Team helped out in extra, unexpected ways on the day. Sam and the team catered a small gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. Sam’s responsiveness during the enquiry phase and his flexible approach to managing the changing COVID situation was absolutely amazing. Then we come to the food!! I arranged for Big Flavours to cater for a funeral event. The gentleman by the name of Sam was very obliging to my requests and nothing was too difficult. All guests on the day were very amazed at the flavour of the food. They all said that the sandwiches were the best they had ever tasted. The presentation of the fruit platter, cheese platter and sandwiches were outstanding. The food was all delivered at the funeral. It made this occasion run with less stress and the fact that all guests were so overwhelmed with the food, some said they have never tasted sandwiches like this and the ingredients in them blended so well. The funeral directors themselves were so blown away at the whole presentation and flavours themselves that gave me such piece of mind. I will recommend this catering service to all. This was the first dinner party event I had catered so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. The food was really good and everything went so smoothly. WOW just WOW! This company far surpassed my expectations! We hired Big Flavours to cater our daughters wedding as the reception was being held at home. The whole process leading up to the day was completely painless and Sara was always incredibly helpful.
