C. S.I discovered Brisk about a year and a half ago through a google search when i was trying to find a new caterer for our corporate office in Camberwell. I have never had anything expect perfect friendly service from Brisk both via email, over the phone an din person.
Their web site has grown and its great to see so many new food choices being added . Our staff rave about their fresh salads and their mixed platter option is perfect for our meetings and training session (mix of wraps, sandwiches and rolls) Their fruit platters are also fresh and delicious. They also offer free delivery (order must equate to a certain mount) but we most defiantly find it very reasonable.
The website is very user friendly and payment methods swift and fast.
I don't have to chase for invoice, everything is emailed within moments of ordering (invoice in PDF)
Mark and the team do a great job even when we've placed order at the last minute hey do ti with a smile!!
We will continue ordering form Brisk for many years to come. Thanks guys for all your amazing work!

T. S.Brisk’s food is amazing! They are on time, easy (just give them a number of attendees and they can do the rest!) and they are one of the few places with good vegan food- even non-vegans enjoy it. Of course, their vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are also delicious. Would recommend them to anyone.
