Highly recommend CarmEli Old Fashioned Cooking. If you love good quality ingredients that give flavour and taste, you will not be disappointed. Halo cooks everything from scratch which is a credit to the quality and beautiful presentation. Our menu was perfect and the service Halo provided was impeccable, above expectations. The ladies who came to our Kitchen Tea party were also impressed commenting on how delicious everything was. I would and without hesitation recommend having your event catered for by Halo and her team. Thank you Halo :)

Halo and her team were so fantastic to work with. Her service was professional, polite and could not be faulted. The food was amazing, guests were very complimentary of all the dishes and were asking for her details after the event. Her responses to any questions I had were prompt and her ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude really made planning the food part of my event a breeze. I have no hesitation in recommending her service for your next event!

Halo's staff were professional and very attentive. There was plenty of food and it circulated until the end of the event. It was useful to have the set up arrangement all contained in and around her caravan. We were using a new venue without kitchen facilities so with 200 attendees, this arrangement worked well for us. The food ticked off vegan, vegetarian and GF options as well and uses all fresh ingredients. If you are planning an event with limited kitchen resources and for large numbers, and do not want people to have to queue up all night, this ticks those boxes. Halo in her amazing van Eddy provided us with the best experience ever at our garden wedding at home. From the outset leading up to our wedding, her communication was always great in reassuring us of the service she is able to offer on our big day. We were not at all disappointed.
