Todd and the team at Diamond Blue Catering did our wedding on 15 Jan 2022. They were incredible. They were very responsive and were incredible flexible with their options, providing almost the services we required. This ranged from food to cutlery, wait staff, bar staff, table cloths, seat covers (which were really decorative btw) and the food was great quality and value for money. We even had a last minute request for water jugs and Todd managed to deliver on those. People said that the entrees were amazing - go with the Prawn and Scallop Ravioli. Mains were great and hearty. Desserts were really good. Definitely give them a go as your first option!

We got married on November 5th 2016 and Diamond Blue catered for our dinner. We are so thrilled with how amazing the food and the service was. On your wedding day you hope for the best and these guys exceeded all our expectations. The food was so delicious that we are still being asked who catered. There was well and truly enough for our 130 guests - of course some guests eat less than others but a lot that we spoke to went back for seconds and we STILL had leftovers! We would recommend them to anyone and we will absolutely use them again in the future!!! We also hired bar staff who again, were absolutely lovely and professional and so helpful (they even asked if they could help tidy up once their shift was over). We could not be happier with how the day went!

We recently got married in a beautiful ceremony and reception organised on our property for 80 guests. I had my heart set on a sit down type meal and Diamond Blue catering was one of the few companies that stood out to me. We organised a sample evening to decide on the menu and Todd was more than happy to oblige us in what we wanted to try and answer any questions we had. On the night, the catering team was punctual and had everything ready on time. Not one complaint. Every single person complimented the food and few even asked for their details. Diamond Blue Catering not only carried out our wishes meticulously but they added their own flourish and attention to detail to make our afternoon tea for 700 guests such a pleasurable event. There must have been at least 700 guests because 700 seats were provided in the church and all were 'sat upon'. Catering for 600 as requested was so ample that no one expressed any dissaatisfaction with the amount of food available. It was the quality that folks commented on most favourably. I myself did not have time to have a cup of tea or to sample even a sandwich but I was most impressed in the morning when I saw eggs on the stove ready for boiling and witnessed the staff slicing the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. I appreciated the freshness of the ingredients. Others did too because one lady commented that the sandwiches were fresh and full. I heard others comment upon the tastiness of the hot finger food and on how delicious the slices were. I think it was a chocoholic who commented on how nice the chocolate icing on the lamingtons was. In summary, Todd, thanks to Diamond Blue Catering, for excellent service, exquisite food and gracious hospitality.
