We had our wedding here at the weekend and we could not have been happier with the team from Peter Rowland. The whole afternoon and evening was fantastic. Amanda and the team (especially Graham, he gets the 3 votes for night) were brilliant, service was spot on and made sure everyone was looked after. Highly recommend if you’re thinking of having a wedding here in the future.

We cannot recommend and praise Amanda enough for her help and support with planning our wedding, she did everything she could to ensure we planned the day perfectly, especially when we were unsure our wedding was going to go ahead due to COVID-19. Amanda was so easy to work with and her communication was above and beyond. She listened to all our request and was so supportive when things got really hectic. The day/night was made even more special with the friendly and welcoming staff. Everything ran smoothly and they ensured we had a drink in hand at all times. The venue was set up beautifully. the food and service was on point. Thank you again Amanda and team.

On the day we felt so well looked after and Grahame at the venue took such great care of us! The venue was stunning and the team were so adaptable to work with some changes that we wanted to make. Kaitlyn and the whole team at Peter Rowland provided a high level service which made our recent Wedding at Butler Lane a very special and relaxing day. The communication and planning leading up to the day was very prompt and professional which took a lot of stress out of the process and gave us plenty of confidence in their experience and ability to manage the event. On the day, Kaitlyn and Graham were very accommodating to us and our guests and made the day run seamlessly. They worked with all our other suppliers such as music, flowers, furniture etc to ensure everything was delivered on time and set up. We would highly recommend the team at Peter Rowland and their venue Butler Lane.

We got married at the NGV in February 2018. Peter Rowland Group helped to make the day amazing - they were so easy to deal with, so professional, and the catering was superb. Our guests are still raving about the food! A special thanks to our event planner, Catherine Granter, who went above and beyond to ensure we could relax and enjoy our day, knowing it was in very good hands.

We had our wedding at Port Melbourne Yacht Club in January 2018 - It was amazing! We had a beautiful reception with everything running according to plan thanks to Kylie's hard work in preparation to it. Our guests were amazed with the venue, the food and how things worked so smoothly. We had a beautiful sunset too, to add on to the great memories and the nice view from PMYC. Thanks a lot! We were extremely satisfied with the planning process - you've supported us from beginning to end and it was great working with you - you were on top of everything on our meetings, had a very quick turnaround time for all responses to us via e-mail/ phone and made the whole process super easy and stress free! Thank you so much for the awesome work!

Our wedding reception at Rippon Lea was generally coordinated well, and the food was great! However it was tricky with the event coordinator being changed 3 times between the time of the booking and the wedding, and as a result some minor instructions were not passed onto the relevant staff. We would have also preferred a bit more transparency upfront about the potential costs - some things we found out several months after we had confirmed the booking.

We had a surprise wedding at the Garden Restaurant, NGV, with Peter Rowland's catering company. It was a sensational evening due to the staff (Alana in particular) accommodating our every need. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, and beautifully presented. I recommend them to anyone having a function at the NGV.
