B. H.We had Silva Service Spit Roast Catering run a buffet for my wedding in November, and it was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the food, and mentioned how lovely the serving staff were. The prices were reasonable; portions generous; and the food was of great quality and full of flavour. We really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff led by Noeleen and Dominic. Absolutely wonderful was the catering!! Elegantly presented, served and topped off with juicy roasts. We had the Premium Spit Roast catering package. With the Premium Dessert catering package. Well worth the money. The careful serving of our premium desserts to our wedding wooden cake stand(3 tiers) was so delicate. 😍💖. It was a different serving way which Sheryl helped inadvanced over perfect communication. Everyone watched while the staff created a master piece.
All guests complimented the food and service with great portions and lots of helpings. Food left over placed into cool room..ate the next day! Venue loved the operator as had been previously there.
Communication throughout was detailed, quick to respond and personally executed by Sheryl and the team at Silva Service Catering. We couldn't be more happier and thank you for making our day so special!!

K. L.Just wanted to say what a great experience we've had with Silva Catering for my boyfriends surprise party over the weekend for 40 people!
The enquiry process, payment and response times were easy to work with and couldn't thank Sheryl enough for all the help in answering all our questions and concerns.
We were so impressed with the timeliness of Lily, her professionalism and service on the day of the event. She was a joy to have and extremely lovely girl - we were also impressed with her ability to back up the ute into the angled drive way!
The food was impeccable, could not have asked for better quality food - all our guests couldn't wait for 2nd or 3rd servings, and the amount of food was just great! Vegetarian Lasagne was a hit, but I couldn't go past the roast beef, potatoes and fresh bread rolls!
I loved the whole experience with Silva Service Catering and really couldn't recommend them more! Looking forward to our next catered event, we'll definitely be calling Silva Service!

The service leading up to the event was outstanding, particularly Corey who was happy to answer any questions (silly or not). Information provided to us was thorough with everything we needed to know. On the day of the function, staff arrived promptly on time and went about setting up and going about their business with minimal fuss or interruption. Service staff were fantastic - professional, polite and helpful. The food served was amazing, meat, vegetables and salads were all delicious, not to mention the desserts - amazing!!!!! There was a huge amount of food leftover, which kept us going all afternoon. Feedback from all guests was amazing, and we highly recommend Silva Service Catering for anybody having a function in the future. We had the Gourmet finger food and premium spit roast and it was delicious; plenty for everyone (with some left over). The presentation and service was excellent.

The service was professional from start to finish, from the first enquiry online until the actual service on the night. They were very easy to deal with! The food was delicious, all our guests commented on how great it was and everyone went for seconds! The roast meats were second to none! c. S.Work function for Christmas in July. We had the spit roast catering with various vegetables. The meat was carved to order, and there was plenty of crackling to go round! Our server Domenic was terrific, worked very hard but made it look easy! Our booking was made with not much notice, but Silva Service bent over backwards to make it all work for us. Will use them again!

L. J.I run a small organisation with regular dinner functions, and we have used a variety of caterers at different times over the years. In general, spit roast catering is the best value for money out there. I want to say, however, that Silva Service stood out above the rest at our most recent function. We were eating in one room while we had the buffet in another room, so at the end of a long night, we expected we were staring down the barrel of a big clean up job around the food service in the other room. We walked in there and everything was ship shape: floors clean, cutlery and crockery packed away, tables folded. I was stunned, relieved, and very impressed! Turned up on time to set up, made the process look so easy even though he was very busy. He was smiles the whole time which was really great. Cleaned everything up on the tables and was on his way once the food service was over. My fiance wanted particular mention to the chicken, he is still talking about how tender and juicy it was. I was at first a little hesitant to use caterers as I haven't had great experiences or service but I will not hesitate to use you guys again for future functions. They were cooked and served to perfection and the 4 chosen desserts were delicious. We are a small community centre, however, that did not faze the staff - Paddy and Lily were cool calm professional and delightful.
