Cannot recommend Paella and Tapas highly enough! I got two big pans of paella done for my 40th birthday party, which fed 70 people in my backyard easily and there were takeaway boxes too. Tonight we had Paellas and Tapas cater for our work function. I couldn't recommend Manuel and Diego highly enough. They were so professional, from quick setup to well organized distribution of the tapes amongst the guests at the function. They were warm and friendly yet also went about doing what they needed to do quietly in the background. The Paella smelt divine and tasted AMAZING. We had 2 delicious authentic Paella's, a seafood and a chicken. You could taste the freshest of the seafood used as well as the chicken and the homemade stocks used in each paella simply made them next level in flavour. They served generous portions with a smile and were accomodating with a serve of each should you desire it. Make sure you book this company for your function. We had a bunch of foodies who are quite particular with quality food and to say that they exceeded expectations is an understatement. Thank you for your delicious food & I'm sure we will definitely be using your services again and look forward to your delicious paella's in the future! 10 / 10!!!

Loved the paella from these guys. I had them cater my 50th birthday party. Came when they said they would, set up and cooked (was fun to watch - created a show for the guests) and were extremely pleasant to deal with. We had two types of paella, a vegetarian and a chicken version. Both extremely well received by all guests. Yum! The stock etc is fully gluten free so this meant that most food issues were easily catered for in a large crowd. They even boxed up the leftovers for us to take home. Made catering a large crowd extremely stress free. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a great night.

Manuel and his team did us proud on our wedding day. We met with him beforehand for a tasting at his house and were immediately sold. All of our guests (110) were so impressed with the tapas and the paellas. His staff travelled to Dwellingup for us and set up most unobtrusively and professionally. The wait staff were likewise friendly and professional, and at the finish they cleaned up quietly, leaving everything as it was when they arrived. All we were left with was the effusive praise of our wedding guests (and a few portions of paella in compostable takeaway containers).

Manuel and Laura catered for a 60th birthday party for us, and did an excellent job! They arrived at 7 and served delicious paella to 50 guests by 8.30. It was real Spanish seafood paella which was seasoned perfectly and tasted beautiful. They did a separate small paella simultaneously for the gluten free/ vegan/ vegetarian guests. Everyone loved the food and we have left overs to enjoy. They cleaned up and packed up after with no fuss. Highly recommended!

So happy we decided to organise Paellas and Tapas to cater for my 50th last weekend. Manuel and his team provided chorizo and croquetas early in the evening and then 2 different paella for 75 people. They arrived early and set up with a minimum of fuss in our pool yard. They wandered around the guests serving the tapas and then served up very grenerous paella as individually required by guests. The clean up was so quick and efficient that I barely noticed it. Definitely worth the price for the great food, professional service and the ease of organisation.

Manuel catered for us twice and on both occasioan the paellas were amazing and the service was prompt and efficient. All 3 paellas we had were really nice (seafood, vegetarian and chicken) and Manuel was happy to adapt the recipe for our friends who had allergies. Timing was really good as well - arrived at our place about an hour before we said we wanted the food ready and it was ready on time. They also provide biodegradable plates and forks which is really convenient. The portions are quite generous as well and we had left-overs on both occasions.

We had Manuel do a Seafood paella, Vegetarian paella and Chocolate churros for our office Christmas party, 2020. From the outset Manuel was wonderful, very responsive to the enquiry, and made clear and simple the range, options and costs. On the day he was spot on time at arrival and set-up (not an easy thing in the location) and in ‘plating up’ at the agreed time. I’ve got to say, the smell of the food cooking got everyone’s juices flowing. All were looking forward to the time that we could dig in. Manuel does NOT stint on good quality ingredients, lots of seafood etc - this is no ‘cheapie’ Coles variety paella, this is good stuff. All of the food was FANTASTIC. Everyone loved it, not a single negative observation from anyone. Even the kids got stuck in and stuffed their faces. By the end I think everyone was only able to groan, not move - they had eaten so much. As there was leftovers (he cooks a LOT of food) Manuel even boxed it up in special takeaway containers for us, so we got to bring some home too. I would not hesitate to recommend Manuel for his traditional paella. In a word, WONDERFUL.

The paellas are very authentic, most of the ingredients were imported directly from Spain. Came to set up around 1.5 hours early and made sure everything would be on time.
