Great spot for camping and an introduction to horse riding. Can get very busy on weekends for the activities. The creek is tidal, so there are times when there’s no water to swim in so check the tide times. Beautiful valley with some nice camping spots. Our horse guide was very good and friendly with lots of advice and made us feel very at ease.

This really is the BEST family camping area. You can totally disconnect from city life, have a real fire, go horse riding, kayaking, swim in the creek and have a warm shower. All one hour from Sydney. Definitely do at least 2 nights, you won't be sorry. Shop on site for coffees and ice creams. The staff are super helpful and friendly

Great place to camp. Staff very friendly and the “lights out” at ten ppm was pretty well adhered to. Typically the toilets were a bit stinky but that is to be expected on a camp site. We will be back again. Teenage daughters loved it and almost made it through the weekend without the obligatory meltdowns with each other.

I went to this valley on this new year with my friends .It was so fun and exciting camping trip ☺ in this valley. Amazing jungle and fresh environment far from crowd 👌. Only thing i didn't like was unmanaged toilets. They didn't clean toilets frequently.... Overall i love this place and would go there in future again..

Excellent place for horse riding. It’s less than an hour away from Sydney. There are also other activities like quad biking, abseiling, laser skirmish. Great place for a family day out. Staff are very accommodating and friendly

It's the second time I went there and it's just lovely as it was the first time! It's only about 1h from Sydney. So much nature and animals. I love going for a riding horse in the morning and kayaking in the afternoon. It's a place where the whole family will enjoy for sure. Ah the staff are also the best! Strongly recommended! 💖🐎🛶🥾🐂

The camping and trail rides are amazing here! If you are ever going here definitely go on a trail ride and ask for the guide Georgia! She’s amazing and brings your spirit up.

My 8yr son and I just did our first camping trip to Glenworth Valley and absolutely loved it! He was in his element! We explored the bush and did some horse riding. Above surprise was the shallow river which runs through where you can play and swim.

Great Camping location for the family, short drive from Sydney and Central coast. Clean toilets and warm showers for the little ones. We had an excellent time.

Absolutely amazing place to go for some recreational activities. Booked in for abseiling and Quad Biking, so worth the money and even more. Definitely going back for more.
Key note: If Sol is your guide, damn, you're going to have the best time. Thank you Sol, we'll see you soon.

My wife and I had such a great time. If you're looking to go horse riding, do yourself a favour and request the guides, "Shawn" and "Will". You won't regret it!!

We have been camping at Glenworth as a family for the past seven years and have always loved our experience and the staff who are very professional.

Beautiful location not too far outside Gosford. Great fit day trips and outdoor activities. Pretty good camp sites.

Overall experience was good but we had expected more about photos and videos but he clicked just 3 4 photos with small mobile phone not even dslr camera and no single video was taken... but in the website all photos and videos were mentioned in the price paid...

Drunks yelling and throwing up next to our camp until 2:00 am took the edge off our experience - however when we told the activities coordinator about this, they credited the camp fees and have since advised that there is now a weekend camp supervisor to ensure the curfew is adhered to. The horses were wonderful and our photography group came away with amazing images. The breakfast was delicious. Absolutely beautiful area. Highly recommend.

We had a group trip here to do horse riding. We had a fantastic experience! We had a few people unsure and a few people who had never ridden before and everyone came out incredibly happy with the whole experience

We spent the day at Glenworth Valley for our anniversary and it was incredible. The staff were all so friendly. We did the trail ride experience and it was amazing. The horses were all so gentle and we felt so safe. We will definitely go back as many times as we can.

Together with another 3 families, we went to Glenworth Valley for horse riding and picnic today. It was very busy, but the staff there were very organised and made sure everyone knows what's the process and what's next to expect. Adults and kids over 7 years old could ride by themselves in a group with others, there's experienced staff in the group to make sure everything works perfect in a very safe environment. Younger kids will have a smaller horse and guided by their parent. The staff went with us was Natalie, she was very nice and polite, tried very hard to keep everyone together and she checked everyone's saddle at least 3 times in 2 hours time to make sure the safety. All the kids loved her. She also guided us to watch the horse "going home" later of the day, that was quite amazing. The picnic area is very relaxing too. Relaxing and watching horses walking pass you, breathing the fresh air and enjoying the sunshine. It's a great place to spend your day with your family and friends. Definitely will be here again and recommend to friends!!

This campsite is absolutely amazing, always free, only $30/night, campfires, horses, lovely people camping next to you, the staff is amazing. I've done so many activities there: quad biking, horse riding, abseiling, kayaking in the river, there is also laser tag in the forest, paintball and axe throwing! would definitely recommend to families, couples or groups of friends. WE LOVED IT. Not busy either! it's a little secret spot ;)

Breathtaking views. Clean facilities. It was a great experience in all. We did quad biking and laser skirmish.
Laser skirmish was in open woods and was great fun. Quad bike was lead by an instructor throughout the track. It may come a bit surprise to some who would want to go by themselves after initial instructions.
Giving a lesser rating because of the rude behavior of one of the instructors at quad bike. Avoid the guy with long hair.

Nice place if you like outdoors things. Very quiet and clean. Horses and all that implies is there also the odour.... quads, horse riding. Abseiling walking tracks. Very easy to get from Sydney.

When my kids and I first arrived there was obviously a littIe tension with staff, due to Covid regulations. However, the instructor was very professional and friendly, and my kids and I had a great time.
Would highly recommend!

I have done Kayaking and Quad Biking - and it was an amazing experience. Quad biking crew - Andrew helped us really and made us comfortable throughout the ride. Kayaking was also fun - but we were scared and nervous as we don’t know swimming 😋. Will try quad biking again for sure. Thanks Glenworth valley for memorable and amazing experience.

Came here for beginner private horse riding lessons, had some very professional teachers and a great, confidence building experience. The price is about 30% cheaper than most Sydney area competitors (I created a spreadsheet). My only critique would be that the instructors kept changing (even though we came around the same time and were always flexible during booking) and so it was difficult to measure progression or progress to group lessons. And they are often booked out, for good reason! Would love them to add more instructors so they can spend a bit more time and energy on serious learners.

Really nice beautiful place with heaps of activities and adventures and opportunities
Just be careful on the road to the valley is dirt track and with potholes, need to drive safe and slow
