It was a beautiful park. Park grounds are well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming and down to earth. Our cabin was great and good spot for the kids right next to the pool. The walk to the beach is very pretty and the beach is pristine. It wasn't your typical loud, busy, hustle, bustle park. Even when it was busy it was still quiet and peaceful and felt homely. The pool was good for kids, not too deep for my son learning to swim and not too cold for my toddler.

Great caravan park for the kids with a nice safe pool area and jumping pillow. People in the office are great with their communication. Including sending a text offering a later checkout for a small fee. Hopefully they stick some slabs down on the ensuite and powered sites soon.

Great place for families. Well and neatly maintained. With a beach close by, makes it a perfect place for holiday. Kids loved staying here and had loads of fun with the features and amenities the holiday park had to offer. Friendly and courteous staff. Great service. Nothing to complain except the mouse which was later taken care of 😉. Highly recommend.

We came up here to see family in the town. So this was a first for us staying in a caravan/holiday park. The park has an awesome atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was an issue, they even had patience for my silly questions about a few things at the park. I definitely want to come back at the busy season as the family friendly atmosphere would be amazing. Cabin was really good. We were by the pool, I was not too happy that the WiFi had a time limit on it, but our devices had good reception so we used our own data. There are a couple of good cafés a 5 min drive down the road for your morning coffee and they cater for the coffee snobs 😜. I will be telling my colleagues to give this place ago for a long weekend.

We loved it here. Some cabins are cute rustic themed olden day cabins. We got to stayed in 'The Bank', its really well maintained and clean! Each cabin had its own parking spot right at the door - which made life easier. Facilities & amenities were great, good for young kids with a fun pool, play park & fun areas. They had lots of cleaners & maintenance crew, we saw them sanitising & generally cleaning A LOT more than expected (which we highly appreciate during these crazy covid times). There were a few powered sites too, they looked decent sized and close to bathrooms, laundry, BBQ, etc A stroll out the back along a timbered walkway was a beautiful beach; clear and quiet strip of sand along the water. Took us less than 5 mins to stroll there, as far as we could see no big rocks or cliffs where we hung out, so little one was able to play freely. Definitely be back! 😁

Fantastic family orientated holiday park! From the pool & splash area, to mini golf, play ground, jumping pillow, tennis & more. The beach is there too. Wether you camp in a tent or rent a cabin there is plenty of facilities. Our favourite place to come away with our children and family & friends. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

We always use this place for our annual camp. Price is reasonable. Beach is just a few metres away (although waves can be very strong). There's entertainment for the family (swimming pool, mini-golf a d arcade) if the weather does not permit you to soak in the beach. Clean rooms and sheets. Friendly staff.

Ingenia Holidays Wairo Beach is situated between Lake Tabourie and Burril Lakes north of Batemans Bay and just a few minutes south of Ulladulla on the South Coast. Half way along Wairo Beach with access just a few minutes walk, the park is very neat and clean with a range of accommodation from the old themed buildings to camping sites, there are a selection of ensuite powered sites for caravans, all the amenities that you need including a laundry room and large play areas for the kids including a pool and mini golf course. Well kept and surrounded by natural bush land just off the highway with beach front.

A beautiful caravan park surrounded by tall trees and beautiful nature,very quiet and a short walk to an ocean beach but apparently very dangerous as it has a lot of rips! Toilets need to be updated and bigger pool would have been nicer. New management Damien& Bridgette seem to be doing a great job to improve the park. It would have been nice to see more activities for the kids twice a day on the kids club like more movie nights, treasure hunt,magic shows,art & craft etc. but as we were told it's their first year doing kids club and hopefully they will improve it in the future with more interactive kids activities and less kids morning exercise at 8am!!! Overall a very nice park with large grass sites and we might return in the future!

Our 3 night stay was beautiful. With friendly staff, clean amenities, fun and safe play areas for the kids, we couldn't have asked for more. If availability permits we highly recommend staying at one of the 'Old Town' cabins. We hired the Service Station which was lots of fun. The en-suite sites are very clean with plenty of space too.

Staff, both office and outdoors, were fantasic. They did everything to help overcome some things still in development. The themed accomodation was a good move away from the traditional cravan park cabins. Amenities, although a bit dated were always clean and the addition of a camp kitchen at the top end of the park would be welcome. On the downside large groups on weekends did tend to bring noise, as does the highway at night. The Wifi is fine but we were too far away to receive service - maybe a amplifier would help cover the entire park. Overall we did enjoy our stay and as developments are completed it will become a great park

Delicious big campsites at a super cheap auto price.. showers toilets were immaculate. Some of us were so excited that we reinvented ourselves with fresh haircuts.. would have given 5 stars except on the way out a few ladies were giving us greasy looks that made us feel uncomfortable. (They could have been just judging the fresh haricuts though)

It's one of the best parks on the south coast we have stayed at .. I had all ways went passed thinking what's that place and never stopped .. it has everything u need for a great holiday great staff..! very clean.. they even have bins around the places the kids love the water park and beach games room craft room and a old fashioned town can't wait to go back ... thanks guys ..

I stayed in the old corner store with my partner last night. couldn't fault anything. the cabin was clean and tidy as was the grounds in the park. the only problem i had was not having the time to stay a few more nights. about the only thing i think the cabins could benefit with would be a screen door. although i understand if they aren't put on for aesthetic reasons as this would take away from the old timey style of the cabins. we will be back.

Camped here at an ensuite site. Ensuite facilities are good but not set up well relative to sites. Alternate sites need to cross the road to access their ensuite. No camp kitchen facilities near ensuite but we were told these were being constructed.

Not enough bathrooms. There's no community kitchen. But otherwise a nice place to do camping. Staff are friendly.

The positives: 1) the ladies at reception, very friendly and welcoming. Even when they tell you about the snake at cabin 40. 2) the powered sites by the kitchens are large and you have plenty of room. 3) the price for a van with 2 people, powered is $35. 4) really close to a beautiful beach. The negatives: 1) the camp kitchen. There are two bbq's that either need a new cooking plate or replaced. There is no cooktop but a couple of small kitchen appliances around the sink. Taking into account it is mostly outdoors, it's dirty. The tops of the kettles had a layer of grime, the area around the BBQ's was covered in sawdust and grease and there was animal poop all over the counter. There is no garbage in the kitchen. 2) the bathrooms by the kitchen have two stalls for toilets and two showers. Not sure if we were there after some mass rush but it wasn't clean. There were food wrappers in the shower stall in ladies and the garbage was overflowing. Also a random green bucket filled with water in between the toilets. The amenities are old and are also showing wear. So, would I stay again... only is a fully self contained unit with my own cooker and amenities.

First getaway in Sydney and Wairo was the place to be. Cute cabins that slept 4, we had 2 for our family of 9 in the old town come cabin village. 2 min stroll to the beach which was empty for miles and a lovely pool and play park area 5 mins in the opposite direction. Mini-golf and tennis courts and a short drive from other faves like Jervis Bay and Mollymook or Jamberoo. If you're looking for a getaway to relax but close to your usual necessities for grocery or Kmart, I'd absolutely recommend. We'll be back Wairo 😊

Amenities were really old and grimy. We were the only campervan and had a huge choice of sites. Found a level one next to kitchen. No cooktop in kitchen so put pans on BBQ. Short walk to a nice beach. WiFi is not bad and you get 1 hours worth. Couple of roos and a venemous black red bellied snake. Would skip next time.
