Laissez-Faire was exceptional from start to finish. General Manager Sara Flaksbard was amazing to deal with, from a postponement in November and planning all the little details we could not fault them. The staff were fantastic on the night, from set up, service, and the overall look and feel in their black tie attire we couldn't ask for a better catering team to work with. The canapes were raved about and the entree and main divine. Truly the best day of our lives! We are so grateful to the team for making everything so easy from the quote, run sheet and all the finer details - We would highly recommend the experience.
