Absolutely thrilled to see the return of Pablo’s Kitchen. I was a regular customer at the previous shopfront and was always impressed by the friendly and professional staff and delicious food. Tonight I discovered while scrolling Uber Eats that Pablo’s was back and immediately raced down to the new Italian Forum location to place an order. I was greeted by a familiar face - the always lovely owner, David. He was very accommodating and even pulled together an old favourite of mine, even though it wasn’t one of the many wonderful dishes on his own menu. I highly recommend visiting Pablo’s and supporting this fantastic local business.

It is a great mexican restaurant with specials on weekdays. We had a nachos plate and a beef tacos for the table, they were delicious. Normal portion for tacos had 3 pieces but because we were 4 people they added one more to the portion which was so kind. I also had a fish stick (fish burritos) and it was very good, too. I would recommend this place.

My wife and I decided to order direct from Pablos kitchen (bypassing the food delivery platforms) and they didn’t disappoint! Food arrived promptly (we ordered in advance) and was warm, fresh and most importantly, delicious. We order 3 types of tacos (fish, nacho tacos and chipotle chicken) and all were seasoned well and serving sizes were generous. Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants we’ve tried and looking forward to trying more items on the menu on our next order!

Gonna say it. Possibly the best burrito I've had in Sydney. Honestly didn't expect too much and we came here after seeing some Google reviews to see what the fuss was about. The vibe here is just like a fast food joint on a busy road. It has seating for about 20 people and it has a few books and few kids crayons for the all important waiting for a taco moment. The Chipotle chicken was rich and felt heavy. It was great with the tomato cilantro/corriander sauce and some hot sauce. The board says it is roughly 500g which is fair amount for anyone. I ordered some vegetarian nachos on the side and it was a good amount to order as a side between 2 or more. Churros were okay, wouldn't come for these though. Give em a go. Even if it's just a pass by. A very very good tasting Mexican food shop in the middle of nowhere. Fyi. Parramatta Rd is really busy but there is parking in the detailing car wash. Outdoor seating is available but not ideal with the traffic noise ambience.

Pablo’s kitchen are absolutely awesome! The food was plentiful and very tasty! David was so good to deal with- we had to change dates because of Covid three times and he was so accommodating each time. We catered for 50 and all of the staff loved it - such a variety of choices too - for those with specific dietary requirements as well. Would definitely recommend Pablo’s kitchen for a Mexican fiesta - loved it!

Their $3 Taco Monday/Tuesday deals are well worth it! Will definitely be back here again. Staff were super friendly, open to a quick chat, and weren't phased at all when we ordered 16 tacos twice in one night. Favourites were the battered fish, lamb and beef - the chicken tacos were a little bland imo, and we also had the beef empanada which we thought could've used a bit more seasoning. But otherwise great cheap eat and will definitely be back!

Pablo’s kitchen catering for my daughter’s first bday party before covid lockdown in June was fantastic, everything was well packed and presented, everyone loved the food (especially my favourite fish taco!). It was easy to arrange the menu and communicate the whole process for 40 people. I’m glad you can now have great catering for fun Mexican food just like the restaurant. Love the food and the drinks! We had some bad luck with timing the first time we went here, the food took a long time, but we appreciated that our server acknowledged this before we pointed it out. The food however was very good, and we are very glad we decided to come back! Having been three times we have to say we love this place and its location. Both the sangria and the cocktails were great. Next time we'll have to try their takeaway burritos, they were tasty and will probably be perfect for a night in.

I live nearby Leichhardt and had always seen this restaurant and wanted to try the food Yesterday I went there and the food😋it’s too good, can also say the best Latino experience in the whole city. We ordered the set menus there where we got like everything. We got a drink , we got some starters, we got mains and not only that we also got the desserts at last. Amazing everything! I come here once a week just because it's that great. Their fish tacos are a MUST. Their beef burrito is also notable. There may be a bit of a wait during rush hour times but definitely worth it. They are constantly improving their menu and listening to their customers to create fun and exciting events and creations. I recently hired Pablo’s kitchen to cater an event. The food was fabulous and David and his team did a great job. Tonight, my husband and I decided to head over the restaurant to see if the food served in the restaurant is just as good as the catered event. Hard to believe but it was even better. Each bite was an explosion of flavour. Their guacamole, salsa verde and brisket are standouts. It is hard to find good Mexican food in Sydney. Not now that we have found Pablo’s kitchen. From the beginning David and the team were great to deal with, efficient and good communicators all the way through. He delivered right on time too which was appreciated as often caterers are late when coming to the CBD. The food got rave reviews from all and was definitely a highlight of the party. Walking into this place I didn’t expect much. It looks to be quite run down... desperate need for renovation... but somehow reminded me of half the Mexican restaurants in Southern California. We gave it a go because we love Mexican. Food was top notch! Was so impressed by the flavours, haven’t had good Mexican like this in a long time. We got the breakfast burrito, Baja tacos and nacho tacos. All very impressive. I thought the breakfast burrito should of had a bit more egg.. but flavour was great! Highly recommend. The place has some cool artwork and Mexican themed items around the restaurant. Bathroom and things like broken exit sign, peeling Lino on the bench... that’s the only reason it didn’t get a 5*. Eating here last night with another couple , my wife and i left (she is very picky with Mexican being from California) feeling really happy with this great little business. The staff and young and friendly , wanting to give a good eating experience. They are new into the food service world and may not be able to handle large groups as efficiently as other long time eateries. But the food here is the real stand out (as it should be!) It is fresh with a bunch of flavour , made correctly (Empanadas) and a few twists on classics like their Nacho-Taco ("NotYoTaco" as i called it 😅) which was GREAT , and the Hot sauce adds a nice punch if you ask for it. There are lots of things they are doing well here! Would love to see (FREE) chips and salsa given to eat in customers as they sit before ordering.( In running with true Californian/Mexican style.) Chips and Salsa aside , adding Mole to some of the chicken dishes would kick it to another level! Very happy to have come in and tried this place and recommend others to try them out. We hope this little business goes from strength to strength and holds true to its Mexican flavours and cooking!

I had David / Pablo's cater my 40th this weekend. The Latin BBQ was incredible! Chicken, pork, fish, beautiful salads etc... I had people asking me all night 'how'd you hear about these guys!'. The food quality was excellent, and the value compared to some of the other ridiculous quotes I got for catering was out of this world. The great thing about the Latin BBQ is that they cook onsite, so it becomes part of the party. They had music pumping, and the three staff got on with things with minimum fuss. They cleaned up well, ,providing up with the left overs to take home. Thanks David for making the food side of things a breeze.

Food is very tasty for your cantina style mexican/sth american and we weren't disappointing by the portion size vs cost. My wife however is celiac and we did ask to ensure the meal was gluten free. Yet the gym junkee burrito bowl has left her with a really bad gluten attack and I am worried there was some cross contamination. I just feel restaurants need to be much more attentive to dietary requirements if they are to succeed in this day & age. I would definatley come back for the tacos, but my wife sadly has eaten her first and last meal here for fear of another gluten attack =(.

He was enthusiastic and inspired from our first meeting, and made us feel totally at ease. The food that he delivered was outstanding, we have had so many guests comment on how delicious it all was! Far more diverse and interesting than I expected, he had so many vegetarian options to choose from! We chose to do a buffet style and could not have been happier, everyone just helped themselves and the food was an absolute hit.
