The PB team did an exceptional job, our wedding food looked and tasted amazing! The team was professional, organised and provided an amazing service. Our guests absolutely loved the grazing platter and the generous amount of food. PB catering also assisted with adding last minute glass wear to our tables, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend PB catering! Their wonderful team catered my husband's 40th birthday at our home. It was an extremely successful event and Kerry's PB team were wonderful! The food was amazing, and service great. The staff who attended our event were perfect - so easy going and attentive - just what we wanted! Also Kerry is great to deal with in the lead up! It was such an easy process and I’m very grateful for her contributions to the planning. There are so many menu choices and options. A great experience from start to end. Thank you Kerry and team.

We made the best choice choosing Pb catering to cater our wedding at Growwild on Sunday the 30/01/2022. Not only was the food amazing but the service leading up to the wedding and on the day was brilliant. Nothing was to much for these guys :). I had to make a few changes in the lead up to our day and Kerry was amazing to work with she did everything in her power to help and put us at ease instantly after talking with her. We loved that we were able to go to a tasting night prior to the wedding to help make our decision about what to have served on the night, which was a hard choice as everything was amazing. It was a good chance to meet the staff as well:) all the staff on the wedding day were amazing and super friendly. All our guests were coming up to us telling us how amazing the food and service was. We had PB Catering for our wedding at Melross Farm in Kangaroo Valley in May, and they were honestly incredible! We had canapés, shared banquets and dessert, and all our guests were so happy and so full of food! The staff on the day were also very friendly. Photos attached - they even came and found the bridal party during photos to deliver canapés! Kerry was so lovely and easy to deal with in the lead up to the day! I would 100% recommend if you are looking for a caterer for your event

The PB Catering team joined our wedding supplier team when we were forced to cancel a booking with our first caterers due to our COVID postponement, and Kerry was helpful and informative right from the get-go, adapting to what we had planned previously (we were keen to do shared platter mains). As we threw a DIY wedding, she was thorough and quick to answer every question we had in the lead-up to the day, collaborated perfectly with our on-the-day coordinators and venue manager and helped us with exactly what we had to hire from our hire companies. Finally, on our big day PB Catering's wait and barstaff were awesome, checking in with us to make sure the bridal party was eating and drinking well too! Our guests loved the food, we got so many compliments on it and so many of them told us it was the best wedding food they'd had (we went with the duck, lamb and pork belly). Barry the chef out did himself on Saturday! The food was amazing and I've been getting daily feedback from guests about how fantastic Barry's food was since the event. I also realise he had such a hard time in the little kitchenette but he still produced the most amazing food despite how hard it was for him. The wagyu beef burgers, salt and pepper squid and sticky pork belly skewers were sooooooo delicious. Mary-Anne the waitress was wonderful! She is so personable and really looked after myself and the grandparents by making sure we were well fed and offering to put food away for us. Mary-Anne's service creates such a wonderful atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble.

Just awesome. PB Catering catered at our wedding at The Woods Farm in Jervis Bay. Being a DIY venue, there was a lot of co-ordinaton required, Kerry is brilliant. No request was too hard. They made the entire process painless and such a pleasure. On the day, chef Barry, Meaghan and the team delivered a smashing event. From seeing to special dietary needs to serving the most scrumptious food laid out in spectacular style, our guests felt incredibly looked after. Highly recommend PB Catering for any event. We hired PB Catering for our wedding and the staff and service was impeccable! My mother and I went to the tast testing and I'm so glad we did because the food was beautiful. On the day the staff were very attentive to all guests and put aside canapes and mains for myself and now husband so that we wouldn't forget to eat. All my friends and family said the food was delicious. Overall such a perfect night!

We recently used PB Catering for a birthday party and were blown away by the food and the service. From the moment we got in touch with PB Catering, nothing was too much trouble, they were quick with responses and the quote was very good value. Barry, the chef, arrived on time, fully prepared and was very friendly and professional. The kitchen was immaculate when he left and was very self sufficient the entire time. As for the food - each course was exceptional and we're a group of people who LOVE our food. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Well... what can I say... the PB Catering TEAM ARE AMAZING!!! Honestly throughout the whole wedding process Kerry and her team have been incredible! If I ever choose to have another event (hopefully no need to get married again) but no doubt in my mind I will be coming RUGHT back to PB catering!!! PB Catering totally knocked the ball out of the park for us at what - thanks to COVID - became a micro-wedding in the Southern Highlands, required late menu and number changes, and was generally a moveable feast (pun fully intended). Through my work I've had some involvement in event management and thought I had experienced the best of the best ... but this team surpassed all and every expectation. In short, Kerry and Barry are delightful people whose food and customer service is without parallel. Our experience with them was so positive and stress-free that I'd give 10 stars if I could ... and will definitely be adding PB Catering to our contact books for any future functions. This is the second year we have used PB Catering for our small end of year team gathering. And again, everything was great. Both the chef, Ron, and the waiter, Blair, were very professional and willing to help wherever possible to make the day special. The finger food options we selected were all delicious and there was more than plenty of food to go around. The cheese platter was beautifully presented with generous portions of cheese and accompanying crackers and fruit. All of our guests commented on how lovely the food was. When finished, the kitchen was left sparkling clean. I highly recommend them.

PB Catering did our daughters wedding in Bowral in March this year. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did. The food was superb. So many of our guests commented on how fantastic it was. We had a cheese board, entree, main and petit fours and everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. Kerry was so wonderfully helpful from the beginning. Nothing was too much trouble for her or the team. We even slightly altered the timing of the food on the night and still they weren’t phased and the food wasn’t spoilt. What a magnificent team they are. We cannot recommend them too highly.

It honestly made our day to have everyone well fed and watered!!! The brisket and potato bake were the hits of the night but everything was so perfect. We used PB Catering for our wedding at Melross Estate at the Kangaroo Valley - and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the outset Kerry was a breeze to deal with; prompt with emails, flexible and adaptable and nothing was too much trouble. The food on the night was absolutely sensational.. It was really one of the high points of the wedding. People were raving about it (I personally recommend the lamb) The staff were also superb. They were friendly, attentive, really great to deal with and looked after all the cleaning up. Really - if you need an event catered with style, class and ease, look no further.

Kerry, Chef Barry and the whole team at PB Catering helped deliver an incredible menu for our wedding in the Southern Highlands (NSW), March 2020. The tasting night is such a great way to get an idea for their food, presentation as well as getting to know the team personally - who are all lovely! As a Scottish / Aussie wedding we wanted to include Haggis bon-bons (like arancini balls) in our canape selection. They had never cooked with haggis before but were more than happy to give it a go and allowed us to come back to try them before the big day. They nailed it and all our guests loved them!! We had uncertainties about how we wanted our menu to balance across the day, budget etc. and Kerry all our questions were dealt with in such an positive and friendly way. Thank you PB Catering!

Right from the outset Kerry was responsive to my emails and calls, we asked for a custom menu and she provided mouth-watering, delicious options that the guests couldn't stop raving about. On the big day (a Sunday) they arrived early and where ready to start serving as guests arrived. The food was fabulous, fresh and full of flavour and exceeded expectations. On top of this, the service was fantastic, from the chef, wait staff and bar person, they were all professional and an absolute delight. The kitchen was cleaned up, dishes washed and rubbish in the bins. I could not fault them and their friendly smiling service stayed all day. We will definitely be recommending and using PB Catering for all our events!

We booked PB Catering via a recommendation from a local wedding venue who said they were professionals capable of pulling off any event no matter how big or small. We were not disappointed! They executed a creative menu, provided staff for cocktail bar, waiters, and an on site chef. They pulled off a lavish 50th party with fresh cocktail food prepared and cooked on site, followed by an amazing glazed ham and fresh roll station with every condiment under the sun. Our large scale party was tailored with our guests full and happy. To top it off, dishes, glasses and kitchen all left clean, rubbish free and tidy. Thank you!

PB catering were amazing for our wedding in March, 2019 on a private property. The communication from the beginning was consistent and clear, PB were there to answer all questions no matter how silly to help with our day. We had a canapés and shared mains menu with our own wedding cake and a late night snack of ham & cheese rolls. Our guests were thrilled with the food. The canapés were so fresh, hot and delicious and there was so much food. The arancini and the squid were amazing. The shared mains were brisket, lamb shanks and a stack of vegetable sides with beautiful rosemary loaves. The food was served beautifully in platters and tasted amazing, so saucy and delicious! The staff, particularly Meaghan, were incredible, like a well oiled machine. They were so efficient behind the bar and supported us with whatever came up on the day. Everyone is still raving about the food and we wish we could go back and do the day again just so we can eat more! The staff were brilliant with the clean up as well, it was such a relief to wake up to a clean kitchen the next day. PB were totally flexible with what we wanted for the day and really bent over backwards for us. Thank you PB! We are so grateful.

From start to finish, Kerry made the process incredibly easy and was so helpful. On the day all of the staff were amazing. They were so friendly and incredibly accommodating and helpful. There were grandparents who looked after our 4 month old in the house on site and the staff made sure that they got meals too. The food was to die for and I have people raving about weeks later. My brother wants to go to the tasting nights just so he can have the food again. It’s amazing that they were able to serve such exquisite food from a garage on the property we got married on. Everyone was all so wonderful and helped to make our special day stress free and so enjoyable.

If this is the oaks pantry on the end of the main street then i love this place. Its about time something like this came along. Great service. Great look and feel. Great coffee. Food i am yet to try. Have bought a small cake before which was a little burnt but am still keen to give it another go. . . Or 5 ha ha.
