Look no further - this is your new go-to catering team! The Radish Events team are friendly and approachable, responsive and passionate. Our wedding food was beyond delicious, with a creative flair, and had a photo-worthy setup. They have so many amazing options available, and every element is carefully considered, with attention to detail. We are honestly SO glad we chose Radish Events! If I could give 10 stars, I would. We used Radish Events for a dinner party for 20 and chose the option where the menu is dropped to you and then you construct. Firstly, the food was absolutely delicious... but not only that the entire experience was seamless. The staff communicated clearly in the organisation, the instructions for construction were simple, we loved that it was zero waste and seasonal menu. Radish Events Rocks! Hired them for my bday and also wedding celebration. The things that set Henri and the team apart are a real focus on high quality ingredients. For my event, it was delicious right from the canapés to the Taco Station. Radish menu planning is excellent and they know how to space out the food to keep your guests fuelled and on the dance floor. They don't just cater, they create memorable experiences - by adding themed decorations to the style of food they are serving. Finally, I really like their approach to sustainability and reducing waste in the food industry. An extremely forward-thinking and socially-conscious business. Dan the Man Cooking recently catered fro my daughters wedding. They had to travel from Sydney to the South Coast. I took the risk to have them travel because good food is an important part to a successful day. The food was amazing from the grazing table to canapes and food stations! All our guests were commenting on how beautifully it was presented and how amazing everything tasted. They arrived on time to set up and worked out of my new kitchen - when they left it looked like no one had been in there! All left overs were put in containers ready for the next day and the grazing table re-organised to take us into the night. The wait and bar staff were so professional in their presentation and how they served our guests. I'm so happy I engaged them - the food, presentation and staff were all excellent! Thank you guys for being a big part of a happy and successful day!

Amazing service from the minute I got in touch through to the prompt arrival of the food. Illana and Brooke were great to deal with the in the run up to the event and listened to our needs and budget constraints. The food itself was delicious, super filling and beautifully presented. The most incredible event with Dan the Man. You guys absolutely nailed the food, we had an overwhelming response on how good the food was, but also the menu design. I got to enjoy the food and it was colourful, very brunchy and very festive – everything we wanted. Everything was so insanely yum! It was all presented beautifully as well. Dan the Man provided our catering for a recent staff planning day and we were so impressed by the freshness, flavour and the sustainability of the menu. We were so into Dan's zero waste philosophy that we even made sure to use leftovers responsibly! Leftover baba ganoush became delicious pasta sauce and moussaka, leftover baby carrots and radishes from crudites were roasted and leftover passionfruit from a delicious fruit platter was turned into an incredibly passionfruit ice cream. You really inspired us to think about the way we eat and our food waste, thank you! Bradley, our waiter, for the day was also delightful and so extremely helpful. A BIG THANK YOU to Dan the Man for an outstanding job in providing the catering for the Cafe Culture + Insitu Sydney Showroom Launch Event on 22 June 2016. The professional presentation and quality of the food was fantastic, not to mention the delicious whiskey sours! Well done!!! The grazing table was a hit and especially the Proscuitto station and Raclette station. The smell of melted raclette cheese drew a crowd on the outdoor deck as did Dan. The guests loved it.
