Natalie and the Simply Sublime team catered for our wedding at Bidja Estate last weekend and the service and food were delectable! The waitstaff were well presented, bar staff were very accommodating and forward thinking, the meals were delicious and all dietaries were easily taken care of. We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our big day and that is what we were able to do! Thank you Natalie and team for making our wedding meals amazing!

We had our Christmas party catered by simply sublime and it was exactly that SUBLIME. Natalie made it all so easy for us.So nice for noone to be in the kitchen the entire night cooking and cleaning up.Kitchen was left as she found it and John was an excellent bar tender, photographer and assistant. Our only problem was there was so many choices on the menu! Would certainly recommend. them for any future events.Thanks again

Everything was simply sublime. Nicole happily co-operated with our early suggestions and catered for gluten/egg allergies. Kitchen/serving staff on the day were quiet, very pleasant and extremely efficient. All guests commented on the variety/quality of the canape menu. Cannot recommend this catering business highly enough. Don't look at the rest - use the best the Central Coast has to offer.

If you want the best service look no further. We met with Natalie over a year a ago and had a taste testing, we loved it and booked her on the spot. Our wedding finally came around and Natalie delieverd as good a service from right back on the day we met her. Our wedding day was one of the hottest days on record and I can't even imagine how hot it would have been for Natalie and her staff in the kitchen but she still delivered everything she promised. Everyone has since told us the good was one of the best they have had at a wedding. Thank u so much Natalie for making our day so special. Ps everyone has to try the salted caramel tart my absolute favourite :)

Not only was the food Sublime but it allowed me to be free to spend all the time with our friends. You took care of everything including vegetarian and gluten free and you cleaned up.
