Visited the other day, the food and coffee we had was great. but the Deco is very out dated for the name of the cafe, and seeing boxes every where doesn't really give the cafe a feel like it once had. I know we're going through tough times, and will still be back, but maybe think about a bit of a face lift for the cafe !!!

Had beef steaks here the other day. It was delicious also very good prices. Excellent customer services. Definitely will come back. Not sure about all those Negative reviews they might come from other planets 🤷‍♂️

Oat milk Mocha was made so well! They have many cakes and biscuits to choose from, great stop after or before you go for a shop. The surroundings is quiet which is good for this cafe. Some menu items seem very overpriced for what you get. The crepes aren't great though, they were cold... The fairytale vibe is nice. Customer service is good. No complaints there, will be visiting again.

Never tried a properly cooked piece of food here other than a pie but there iced coffees and iced chai lattes are really good. Place is clean and has a good vibe.

Coffee was okay, mocha was powdery. Nutella Crepes were nice, waffles were drowned in maple syrup, seemed like our meals were slapped together in a rush. Food was unlike a previous visit, maybe different chef during the week? Will give it another chance, next time we are in the area. I like the decor, staff were fine.

Had the pancakes, the fruit was well selected and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and made our experience pleasant. Would recommend that they include a healthy smoothie selection, hence the loss of one star. Otherwise great food, great coffee and great service!

A very delicious medium breakfast first time I have had spinach with a meal like this was a fantastic combination. I would highly recommend if you are nearby.

Like anywhere if I see the staff standing out front of restaurants smoking it is quite off putting to return knowing these are the people handing my food 🤢 Atleast smoke discreetly out back where your customers don't have to see your dirty habits .

First time I've dined here, staff friendly meal and coffee were good. It was a more modern breakfast serve but very enjoyable, pricing was about normal for what was served up.

Very good customer service, the people who servered was very nice to me when giving out food. Coffee was perfect for my liking and it went really well with the lemon meringues. Although it was busy, the food was top notch and it was worth the wait and I would love to come here again:)

Finally decided to try the cafe near my local woolies, definitely did not disappoint at all! Amazing food and even better service. Very pleased with the schnitzel burger, looked as good as it tasted, the lovely couple across thought so too! 100% recommended.

Food is not bad. Not much to choose from in the area so not really hard to get it right. My overall customer experience was below average. The staff are extremely disinterested in their customers and very robotic. The staff definitely don't blend in with the setting "enchanted cafe" Not friendly whatsoever...

Really cute cafe. Great for kids as it's a very visually pleasing cafe. Staff are nice and well presented. They make a good iced coffee and have nice food. Highly recommend!!!

I have been here several times now and have sampled a few items. I enjoy the food, the chicken slider is a favorite. I like that a lot of the food is home made and my nephews enjoyed the child size milkshakes. Prices are reasonable as is the atmosphere.

This is our first visit. Stopped in for afternoon tea. Quick and friendly service, clean, great coffee, baby cino came with a marshmallow & cute face on it, and the butterfly cake was made to look like a butterfly. We'll definitely be returning!

Our favourite coffee shop. Coffee 'depth' often varies a bit but the service is good and friendly. We even get to do the crosswords in the Advertiser (supplied) in reasonably quiet surroundings!!!

Service was good and didn't have to wait too long to get food. The food/meal is a snack and not exactly something I'll call "lunch". With this being said, the price point is version reasonable and you can't complain for what you paid for. If want to go out for lunch and be a bit on a budget I recommend this place.

The Enchanted cafe is very very nice the staff are very helpful courteous and friendly the decor is totally magical even with little Fairy Doors but you might have to keep an eye on the fairies above the lights just in case they want to steal your food because it's very very nice too the homemade pies are very generous as well as the homemade cakes all servings are generous with some great ideas of combinations on the menu
