We really enjoyed this cafe that had it's own individual appeal. The staff were helpful from the minute we walked in to making sure we were happy with our choices and seating. It was pretty busy as I am sure it always is but we were still attended to in such good time.
The food was fresh and delicious and the option to have an alcoholic beverage was nice as well.
The decor is interesing and keeps you looking around which is also a nice addition.
Z. B.
Such a nice place to eat when it’s good weather. Very pretty with outside garden filled with plants. Food was delicious. The avocado toast was too die for. Staff were friendly, very helpful and caring.

Love Peter Rabbit. Our go-to Cafe in the city.
Ambience is wonderful, I love the rustic garden shed kinda feel and their coffee and breakfast is spot on, every time. Bonus points for the service from the young guy always working front of house.. he's really obliging and lovely, with I knew his name!
Definitely worth a visit but best book in advance to save waiting the hour or so in busy mornings!

We loved this cute earthy Cafe in the city. I have been meaning to pop in here for ages. Great outside garden seating or the inside seating is just amazing with lots of plants to go with their vibe.
The staff were super helpful and accommodating and organised a table so highly recommend booking ☺
The bunnies for the kids were a nice touch no kids menu or items but luckily our 2 fussy eaters just shared a crossiant.
Our 10 year old loved his order of fruit toast, scrambled eggs and avo.
I ordered the Mister Hash and the poached eggs were perfect 👌
My husband ordered the Crackle n Pork. Great sauce Salsa Verde, very strong flavour though so be prepared.
It was so hard to choose what to eat, the sweet damper and Hotcakes were definitely high on my list do will be heading back soon I'm sure.
M. J.
Very earth friendly looking little cafe and even have cute bunnies on the side. Brownie points right there. I really like the vibe and the interior design. Menu was small (could've been the lunch menu I was looking at only?). And there were a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. The cauliflower was surprisingly really good. The flavour combo was delicious and stood out really well. The lamb fat potatoes as well drizzled with sauce and crispy thyme was addictive. Would've been even better if it was cruncher. Lamb with chickpeas was tender and quite a decent serving, also quite expensive. But was worth a try. Flavour was pretty good but the winner was the cauliflower for us. Pretty latte art on the mocha and hot chocolate. Did it well.

Peter Rabbit was my first stop in Adelaide after the flight, and I was soooo happy that I found this place ❤️ Peter Rabbit was so pretty, filled with sunlight and green spaces 🍃the menu has some brunch staples that you can find anywhere like avo toast, french toast, H&C croissant, but I love how they add a lil bit of twist in each of them, like the onion jam in H&C croissant or the chili feta for roasted tomatoes (1st pic) 🤩
This place has a great selections of coffee, from brewed coffee to espresso! Not a coffee expert, but definitely LOVED my oat cappuccino which has a chocolaty note 🥰 the vibe was so chill, it just feels like everyone is on their own break, catching up with their friends and having a great day 😌
Save this post for your next Adelaide trip, and remember to reserve a table if you want to sit out in the garden!! (we didn’t book so we couldn’t get a table there ☹️, but def will next time!!)

We came across this place driving around Adelaide, it stood out straight away from the surrounds through its colour and vegetation - a beautiful break from the concrete jungle of the surrounds.
Visiting from Melbourne, which has a very big cafe and brunch culture, we were delighted by the range of coffee and unique breakfast options.
Outdoor and indoor seating, COVID protocols met with social distancing and mask wearing. Generous portion sizes and unique atmosphere.
D. W.
Retro & leafy space in Hindley Street with great coffee. The barista takes his time to procure a smooth silky brew. Flavours in the coffee were spot on. We also enjoyed our breakfast which should definitely be eaten after your coffee! We had the chilli eggs & they certainly packed a punch. The accompanying picalilli was also a lovely addition to the dish encapsulating the Indian theme.
C. J.
This was an excellent vegetarian restaurant. Very little meat choices in the menu but you won’t miss meat with their fabulous meals. Very affordable and healthy. The ambiance 5 star the waiter 5 star and the service 5 star. They even gave us a dessert for free with or last coffee orders which was so nice of them.
M. D.
Good customer service and food.
A great place to hang out with friends or partners but not necessarily baby friendly place as there was no high chair.
Coffee is a bit pricey compared to other cafés.
Booking is essential for the weekend, otherwise, you'd have to wait in a queue.
L. T.
Lovely spot for brunch. Welcoming atmosphere, great choice of music and excellent food! Zesty avo was delish 👍🏼 thank you
P. J.
Wow. It was worth the wait we had as we lined up waiting for table to be free. Flavoursome, beautiful food, fast service, cute decor. 100% reccomend going to Peter Rabbit.
M. Y.
My second visit in a month to Peter Rabbit, great food and lovely store environment. Dog friendly place, the staffs are friendly & food is nice.
E. B.
I have been to Peter Rabbit to have breakfast with my girlfriends and food is great. Then we visited for the outdoor cinema and definitely didn’t disappoint!
t. a.
such a cute little place! food arrived really quick and staff was quick to seat us even though it was a bit busy. they even offered to move us inside when a space cleared up! will definitely come again soon, great eating experience.
C.
Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and a small pen of cute rabbits you can look at. Only thing I didn't like was the menu items being a bit too fancy/confusing for me. I still recommend to visit at least once!
I. L.
First time here, the restaurant setup and environment are very nice. Food was ok 👍🏼
S. J.
Great little cafe and fantastic food. Service was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly and happy to be there. If you are looking for a delicious breakfast/lunch I highly recommend this cafe!
The decor is also amazing and we loved being surrounded by all the plants.
M.
Wow! Great flavours. Just fantastic breakfast and single origin coffee. Only suggestion to management would be to put “GFO” for those meals which can easily be substituted out, like this one. I asked for GF Gluten Free bread and bam!!!
R.
It’s like grounds of Alexandria but Peter rabbit themed. Great food and coffee
D. C.
Amazing little wonderland hidden along Hindley Street in the city. Food and drinks were amazing. The menu is limited but everything is amazing quality. They are pet friendly which is a huge positive and they let us celebrate our boys 13th birthday party there. It was a win win for the dogs and the parents. Highly recommend to find them and spend some quality time in a relaxing place in the city, trying some amazing drinks and food.
A. S.
Nice visit to meet a friend for the first time recently. The food was really lovely - however I wasn’t aware the trout in the rabbit bowl was raw (not mentioned in menu) and I am pregnant, so couldn’t eat it and had to swap with someone else’s lunch. I’ve not ever seen raw trout before so it didn’t click it would be raw. They also missed my friends wine which we had to chase up after our food had been delivered, which then had a bug in it when it arrived. Was good though.
R. P.
This cafe is extremely likeable. The interior delivered to synced with the theme including the addition of adorable bunnies. The menu is short and simple, ingredients all complimented each other achieving a tasty finish. Very highly recommend for brunch and coffees. Staff members were laid back people.
K. M.
Fabulous natural style vibes with rabbits and is pets-friendly. Enjoy the food and coffee. The rabbit bowl recipe has changed, it’s now vegetarian with a higher price but it still tastes delicious.
M. A.
What a great find this place was, a little oasis in the city. We arrived late, just before the kitchen closed but quickly ordered lunch. Our meals were delicious and the wine was a perfect match. Didn’t have time to try the coffee or desserts but looked very enticing 🤤.
K. P.
Amazing experience at Peter Rabbit. The dishes we had were very unique and flavoursome. Also very good outdoor atmosphere. Great place for brunch/lunch.
E. R.
Peter Rabbit cafe is one of the best cafes I have been to in Adelaide. I had the tomato feta and the tomatoes were cooked so good and the feta was so tasty. I also had the fruit ice and tea and was just as good, definitely not disappointed and will definitely be going more.
D. S.
Great place for coffee and brunch/lunch. The location seems little hidden but its a gem in middle of the city. Firstly its the vibe that really drawn me to the restaurant with a bonfire burning with both seatings inside and outside.
In terms of food, coffee was great and with so many vegetarian options it was like Disney land for us as we had so many choices to choose from. Also coffee was great, with delicious carrot cake. The staff was super friendly and we really enjoyed our time there, definitely a worth try if you are ever in the city and we will be coming again to try the other dishes soon.
B. C.
Loved this place. Just across Breakfree Adelaide. Very pleasant and nice garden setting in this Cafe. We had a sumptuous breakfast here. The food is delicious and the coffee here is very good too.
S. H.
Absolutely Outstanding Venue.
Food was well Priced, was going to say maybe a little expensive...but then I ate the food. Very much worth it. Well presented, delicious, good mix of dishes and harmonious flavours. Would no doubt return just for the food.
Coffee was nothing to snub at,
Excellent selection of hot and cold beverages,
Selection of wine that complimented the food menu,
Service was not lacking.
An excellent outdoor seating area, and a very cosy indoor seating area.
A gorgeous environment and a wonderful atmosphere.
Am very excited to come back.
B. K.
Great spot for brunch with excellent food choices and coffee. The decor is cottage-like and they have their own bunny outside.
Service is order at counter, food list is delicious and all options have decent servings. Kimi's rosti is my favourite at the moment.
V. S.
Great ambiance, friendly staff. Peak hours wait time to get a table is 20-30 mins and food takes minimum 30 mins. Place is a little cramped, you can hear the next table conversation without trying 😅 and we heard a first date shenanigans and a pregnancy news
S. O.
Beautiful place. Love the puerh tea and the brownies. Good alternative to a standard cup of coffee.
S. P.
Organised a function here for my birthday, not only was the food incredible but the staff made sure it ran smoothly. Michelle made organising the event an ease with her fast and informative responses. If you're looking for the best bottomless brunch in Adelaide, Peter Rabbit would be your best bet.
D. T.
Enjoyed the food and coffee. A little bit in the pricier side though. Had meatball burger and mushroom ramen.
W. N.
Nestled in the city centre lies a little rabbit warren. A cute chic little cafe seems rather popular amougst locals.
Service was friendly and prompt. Accomodating and arrival of the food to the table was rather quick.
Generous servings, fresh flavours especially with the order of Kimi's Rosti. The Chicky Churi had an ample piece of fried chicken within the bun, definitely too big for the use of hands! Food was delicious!
Would prefer to give 4.5 stars due to coffee. Wife thought her long black was average, but my iced almond milk coffee was spot on. Take away soy cappacino was good too.
Overall a great experience, highly recommend!
S. V.
Absolutely divine. I was only in Adelaide for a short while, but came back everyday for the breakfast and coffee... amazing quality. I'll be recommending this place to friends/colleagues 😊
A. O.
Really friendly staff, delicious coffee and great food. And if it’s really busy and you have to wait a while, it’s a perfect place to wait! A busy cafe is a great thing! 👍👍
L. B.
Great food loved the grilled tomatoes and mushrooms
D. F.
Tasty with food and coffee!! A nice cafe to visit and so relaxing
P. H.
I’ve had my fair share of avocado on toast in my life but Peter Rabbit’s zesty avo is the best ever! Have been twice in 3 weeks, definitely going again 😊
Y. I.
Amazing food! Something a little different to the regular brekkie fare. Absolutely loved my charred cauliflower and the french toast was delicious. Great ambiance as well, especially sitting on the garden when the weather is good. It was quite busy on a Saturday morning and the food took ages to come but it was worth the wait. Ooh and did I mention they have a rabbit 🐇
J. W. J.
What can I say about this place.... it’s just a heaven for foodies... we took three dishes and they all were just amazing and burst of flavours. Definitely coming back and this time sitting outdoors, since the place was very busy we got to sit indoors... ohhh one more great gesture I appreciated was they also served an informative card about coffee making in Indonesia which I really liked 👍🏼
K. A.
Went here without reservation and found it google that it has a good reviews. Located in the city, it's beautiful place an ambience. Was a busy Saturday when I came but I was lucky there were tables available. Bacon was really nice. Quality of food was good. A bit pricy compare to other local cafe for breakfast, I supposed because it is located in the main city. Service was okay. Tables for two a bit small and inside a bit tight.
M. F.
Stunning location with a wonderful atmosphere, while it was a busy time the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we really felt they valued our visit!
Definitely going to recommend Peter Rabbit to friends and family!
Thanks for a great Sunday morning!
H. T.
Beautiful place! Has a good atmosphere. Its a little bit hidden, has a little secret garden vibe, very cool! The food looks good but tasted a bit average and a little over priced, good coffee... I would be back simply for the setting. I saw they have umbrellas and blankets around, so pretty considerate. There was a big line to get in, but we were seated fairly quickly. I like this place
J. A.
Nice and friendly staffs. Good food and decent price.
It’s better to sit outside if you come as a big group of friends or having kids. Beautiful and greeny little garden.
S. B.
Amazing. Great quality coffee. I had the bottomless filter. Such a nice atmosphere. I could stay all day
O. Y. N.
Casual and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff, very accommodating and seated as soon as they could fit us and other groups in. Food did not take long. Delicious and fresh tuna bowl. Complement of different flavours and generous portions. Great coffee, punchy bloody Mary and super cute bunny.
N. L.
Great tasting food, highly recommend the smoked smash add poached eggs.
Lots of vege/vegan options etc. If you want that.
Amazing coffee!
H. F.
What an amazing place! Lovely warm friendly atmosphere. Really good looking and even better tasting fresh food and drink. Very popular with the younger crowd. Season based menu is refreshing. While you're their, pat the rabbit, yes they have an in-house rabbit!
P. L.
A great and relaxed place with lovely food and lovely staff.
m. l.
Nice garden setting, which raised our expectations for food and coffee, however disappointed with the food on two occasions: guacamole was sloppy on one dish, other dish was too sour and salty with unrinsed sauerkraut. Too many better places to eat nearby - pity.
Went back and had the mushroom ragout for $20. Small portion, poor value for money. Coffee was decent.
D. M.
Definitely one of the best and most unique breakfast offerings in Adelaide’s CBD.
Great outdoor setting where you literally feel as if you’re enjoying coffee in someone’s backyard. Friendly service and the mortadella sandwich was too good in every way
A. W.
Amazing coffee shop by day and bar by night. Food is original and divine. Perfect location right down the main strip of Adelaide CBD. Staff are polite and make for great environment to catch up with friends over coffee.
M. M.
What a fantastic breakfast nook! Melbourne vibes. Garden themed, with so many clever references. The heat lamps are flower pots, the beer handles are gardening forks, spades etc, and it's all in a big garden shed! The guys was huge and delicious fur such an affordable price. Great staff, roaring fire inside, and plenty of seating.
K. S.
Really enjoyed the place and the theme. I thought Peter rabbit lived in a hole, but this place looks like a shed.. Is it mr McGregor’s shed, or is it Beatrix Potters atrium from the movie? Outside is a garden area, so perhaps it’s the garden where Peter steals the food. Oh, so you’re like Peter enjoying the spoils! But what’s with the campervan..?
Whatever the case, the food is well worth it, and that’s what I came for, coffee pretty good too. What a unique place!
x. z.
Quiet place with nice tea👌
Staffs are very nice ~
Haven’t try any brunch yet but will come next time~
T. S.
When I touched down in Adelaide this morning I looked up top cafes in this beautiful city and Peter Rabbit was a consistent name across the board.
I had the rabbit bowl ($20) and an iced milo ($6).
The rabbit bowl consisted of rice, mashed potato, salmon bits, seaweed, chickpeas, wombok, and sliced zucchini.
Despite appearing small the bowl is surprisingly filling, and the iced milo was pretty well done.
The ambience is also very lovely, however I would recommend for the staff members to take moments to pause and recollect themselves. Some of the interactions I could feel the weariness of the workers, I hope they aren’t overexerting themselves.
B.
Some awesome food, and quite a lovely ambience. The coffee was well made and so would recommend purely on that front. Ordered the scrambled eggs with haloumi and bacon. Everything was fresh and tastes delicious. Their relish is also very good and a perfect addition to the dish. A hint of spice but nothing overpowering. Staff were friendly.
J. E.
I was recommended Peter Rabbit by a local as I drove interstate.
This is a must.
The coffee was incredible, staff were attentive and welcoming and the gorgeous atmosphere of sitting inside/outside looking on to the garden is picturesque. Highly recommend!
N. O.
Pretty atmosphere and vegetarian friendly place. Had a nice coffee and breakfast. Staffs are very friendly :)
M. M.
A very quaint Cafe with loads of charm.
The outdoor area is stunning with growing garden throughout.
The inside is also very warm and inviting with lovely staff and heaps of food selection.
J. M.
Cutest brunch spot in Adelaide CBD.
Had the roasted cauliflower and quinoa dish and it was beautiful.
Came on a Saturday morning and there was about a 10 minute wait. But let’s be honest - that’s what you should expect for a great brunch spot on a Saturday morning.
S.
Food was delicious but service was very slow. Lovely outdoor garden but where we were sat reeked of sewerage which was a little off-putting. Would return though.
H.
Ordered the rabbit bowl or some sort( cant remember the name) as I thought it was their specialty. Turns out it was basically an overexaggerated poke bowl. I didn't know what I was eating but it sure looked pretty😂. The peanut butter mocha was weird.... it was ok at first sip but it gradually became more watery. Would probably come back again to try the rest of the menu just to see if it actually is worth 4 stars or higher. Nice garden aesthetic vibe to the cafe tho. Really good for pictures
A. T.
Peter Rabbit never disappoints! I’ve had a few things there and it’s all delicious! My favorite of all is the rabbit bowl. I can’t get enough of it! I also tried the banana crumpet which was really good and not too sweet. I came 2 months ago toward the end and couldn’t stop thinking of the rabbit bowl. I had to come back twice on this trip. Can’t wait to go back again next time I’m in Adelaide!
B.
Such a unique place, the decor and vibe made this cafe stand out compared to the others. Highly recommend not just for the experience but the food as well 👌🏾
M. W.
Atmosphere was great
Food was great
However with a name with that, you'd think they'd have a kids menu. $48 for 4 bowls of hot chips is a bit much
E. H.
Such a pretty place filled with plants and flowers. Food was great, my mocha was abit grainy though. Staff kept tripping over their own flooring 2-3 times as it's half bark and half cement.
S. R.
Absolutely wonderful place to eat. Highly recommend scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with bacon. My friend loved his poached eggs on toast with bacon. Could have done with a sharper knife to cut our toast. All in all a very delicious brunch.
G. C.
The food and coffee here are great. I had the sweet and sour smash which was really tasty. I love avocado and its nice to see cafes get inventive and add some different flavours. The atmosphere is nice and the staff were friendly as well.
B. J.
Food was beautiful, staff were lovely, and super cute inside and out!
S. G.
Absolutely love their single origin coffee. Food is of high quality & staff are wonderful especially Darcy & Carlos 👍 Highly recommend when in the city!
L. S.
Peter Rabbit...where magic happens. Thank you Jack for finding my jewellery piece I lost there during my birthday party a few weeks ago. Reunited today over breakfast, you're a gem.
👋😊👍 I highly recommend PR.
C. W.
Pretty cool little place for coffee with good coffee. They do some pretty decent food as well.
Y. J.
I really like this cafe. Staff were nice. Food was so fresh and yummy. Very busy but still I can enjoy and relax here.
F. G.
I've been meaning to try what Peter Rabbit offers. My partner is vegetarian and I love it that there are more than 2 options for veg meals. The staff are polite, warm and friendly. If you've got a question about the food items and they haven't got an answer, they'll go and find out for you. The service is quick even though they seemed quite busy during the lunch hour. The servings are generous and the flavours are lovely - tasty, not overpowering. We sat outdoors amidst the little herbs and ornamental plants, and though it was a very chilly day and a little windy, the outdoor heating kept us nice and toasty. I would definitely come back to this cosy little nook in the city.
B. D.
Love the atmosphere of it. Very cosy! Customer services , food and coffee quality are at high standard. reasonably priced. Recommend it.
M. B.
Amazing food, excellent service and great atmosphere!
G. H.
Nice vibes, I loved all the plants and the tree inside. Was very nice sitting around the fire place. Coffee was good, food was good. Only down fall was getting parking in the city. No free parking and over priced paid parking. But overall a good experience
L. K.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great food and of course.....bunnies!😍🐰🐇😍
B. F.
Came here for my mother’s birthday. Staff were very accommodating, we sat by the wood heater and enjoyed delicious breakfast. Great vibes and amazing food!
A. R. S.
This place is epic. The food is killer - try eggs on toast with avocado yummmmm and big portions! The coffee and tea are delicious. And you gotta appreciate the vibe, man. The cafe is a garden, so zen and lovely. They hVe beer too and of course there is a real friggin rabbit presumably named Peter. 10/10 I highly recommend.
J. R.
Love this location for starters! Takeaway van out front 😍and through the front garden with outdoor sitting such a tranquil café! My order was French toast!! My favorite part was the blackberry compote and marshmallow. Very flavorful and sweet! Which is exactly what I like!! My only advice if you don’t like hazelnuts or blackberries. Either ask for a substitute or find something else.
O.
So incredibly lovely! A cafe which is dog friendly and has a cute bunny in the back?!?!? What more could you want! Amazing food and staff too :)
J. D.
We adore this place! They have bottomless drip coffee! As an American who was missing unlimited drip coffee, we loved it! Food was yummy, location is perfect and close to lots of hotels, staff was so friendly, and the decor is stunning! Honestly I would go back just to sit in their beautiful restaurant! This place is a gem. I loved their little coffee kiosk out front for a quick coffee as well. All around an awesome experience!
A. C.
Great place with awesome food. Staff is very friendly, it's quite busy so reservation is recommended
S. R.
Yum. Great coffee, food and staff. Working my way through the menu. Love that Peter shares his home with me so we can eat breakfast together.
J. F.
Nice small cafe at the end of Hindley st.
Small menu, a combination of breakfast and lunch items all available all day (until 2:30pm I think).
Really nice outside seating area and dog friendly as well.
G. V.
Best breakfast.and coffee down the West End! There is a good reason why there is a line up to get in during opening in the morning
K.
The environment and atmosphere are soooooo good!
d. g.
Fantastic little place. Went for breakfast. Great food, great venue.
W. n. H.
A very nice and cosy cafe located in the western end of the Adelaide City square. Can be very busy during popular hours. The food and drinks are good. My partner and I enjoyed the ambience a lot. I will certainly come again for my next trip to adelaide
L. F.
Busy, time limited with staff reminding in 15 minute increments; ridiculously priced food. Pretentious
M. D.
Loved loved loved. Mister Mash I could pash! Instead I gave it a smash!!! Not a great ditty but I tried. Awesome spot
K. S.
Very lovely morning in Hindley Street. Great food, great coffee, and great service. Good times.
c. l.
Great STRONG coffee.
Great brekkie, large portions.
Pleasant staff.
Definitely worth the wait.
M. C.
I've been wanting to try this hip little place on Hindley for awhile with an amazing setting; how they managed all that front garden space in the middle of all this urban density is a mystery! It's a real oasis though. Great staff and yummy vego (and other) food. I had a sloppy-joe styled sambo of curried cauliflower & pea with salad on fresh baked sourdough which was yummy and great value, plus a fresh strawberry-mango soda, perfect on this 40 degree day. I'd love to come back on an evening as the atmosphere would be great I imagine.
M. A.
Delicious food and very helpful staff. Managed to fit 16 of us in with no warning on a Friday night!
r.
First time visiting after seeing a post about them in weekend notes. Ordered a rabbit bowl and a chai latte, both were pretty delicious. The chai latte was a little powdery but the flavour and overall texture was great so definitely forgiveable. They have expresso martinis for $18 that I'm eager to try next time.
Location was also good, close to unisa and a tram stop. For people from Adelaide uni, it's still easily reachable via public transport.
Staff were nice, though I would've liked it if the server was a little more friendly/warm. She wasn't unfriendly, but needed to be more "serving". 8/10 though, definitely not a low point.
And they have a rabbit! It would be great if they got it a friend too. It's almost within cuddling reach but clearly needs more in its life. 10/10 for cuteness.
A.
Udon was pretty good, but I felt that the sourness of the kimchee was abit overpowering. Perhaps have it as a side. Ambience was nice, price was fair service was okay. Coffee was a tad acidic, not my taste but I know others prefer it.
M. T.
Was nice food and coffee ☕️. Don’t forget ordering at the counter, not a table ordering!
D. N.
Awesome place to be for superb breakfasts.
Lovely dining area outside under trees and greenery. Coffee here is to die for!
We walked as not to far from Ibis or Adelaide casino.
S. H.
Food was great the greeter was lovely however the rest of staff were rude in general
A. L.
Coffee isn't the best, rabbit was cute 🐇🐰 food are ok. Big portion
G. P.
The staff were courteous and the outdoor area was worm enough to sit outside . The food menu was ok but some things were a bit out of the ordinary.
My major disappointment would have been the espresso Martin!!
It had to be the worse one I've ever had .
Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I'd say I'm unlikely to visit there again
A. H.
Great little Cafe very well setout . Excellent coffee . Lovely friendly staff
. The food looked awesome 👌
L. S.
Great food and service wonderful to take your family and enjoy a decent meal, very happy thank you to Tony for your efforts. Many thanks
S. M.
Lovely little cafe with good brekkie options, the decor was fabulous, food was great and coffee was lovely, must visit cafe in Adelaide
S. A.
A simple lunch with our small wedding group, very delicious and nutritious!
K. c.
The place did caught my eye, I love the layout and vibe of the place. The customer service is okay, I decided to try their beetroot latte, arrived approved timing. It look very lovely and cute style all light pink drink. However when I went to taste the drink, I thought it tasted very strange and average and didn't taste quite right... But the view is relaxing and will come back again to try the coffee.
Z. W.
Such a cosy and quaint little place. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is jolly, and food exceeds expectations.
The coffee and cocktails also go down a treat.
I love the decor in theme with Mr McGregors garden shed and was tickled to find Peter Rabbit himself waiting to say hello up the back.
J. L.
The place is cozy and the food is delicious. Very unusual enterier and the stuff is friendly. That’s the place u want to be,where it’s always crowded and somehow so relaxed and ordered. Gladly will come back!
D. S.
Was down from Sydney for 3 days and came to the Rabbit all 3 mornings for breakfast. Unbelievable food, service and the decor to match.
A. W.
Cosy little place tucked in the west part of CBD. Their porridge is beautiful and I'd happily go back to try everything.
K. C.
They have a very green and lively outdoor area. Coffee is great and brunch menu was very yum.
C. b.
Fantastic food and grate atmosphere, and good good cocktails

Starting to realise that simply doing good food in Adelaide isn't enough to make you a to contender.
Very unique destination in a city brimming with brunch spots. You half expect Alice or the mad hatter to pitch up 😆.
Food options are brunch staples and delicious 😋
D.
Visited with my family, we loved our breakfast. The pancakes and the sweet and sour smash were amazing. Really good coffee and chai as well. When we're back in Adelaide we'll be sure to visit again.
H. T.
Good cafe food and very family friendly environment with a garden for children to play in. No table service and slightly above average pricing. Nonetheless, worth a try
J. C. B.
Such a lovely and cozy place. Highly recommend it. Amazing stuff too.
R. W.
Looks good driving past, no where to park so didn't actually go there 😄
M. “. M.
PR is great, breakfast in Adelaide just raised the bar ... These guys need to burrow a hole and pop up in Melbourne ...but first they should learn a little more about friendly service, attitude is a little cold and vanilla!!
c. r.
Nice atmosphere, good coffee and food
S. C.
Nice vibe, good coffee. Fresh orange juice was pretty bitter tasting, maybe needs to be freshly squeezed at the time.
M. A.
Great coffee, crowd and service. Sat at the barrel though which is quite uncomfortable. And the sparkling water was flat!
C. W.
Absolutely amazing food and reasonably priced. I wpuld definitely recommend to any one of my friends. Great brunch option :)
C. A.
Urban feel with inside and outside areas. Great coffee and tasty selection of dishes. Friendly crew, don’t forget o say hi to the rabbit.
D. M.
Very tasty food certainly after a flight from Melbourne. Very friendly and accomodating staff
M. J.
Delicious food in a lovely open space. Was recommended this cafe by a friend - and will come back again and again.
J. G.
This is one of my favourite places to have breakfast in Adelaide.
staff are always friendly and helpful, atmosphere is great to bring the whole package together even when busy I've found the kitchen is one of the quickest I've encountered, for example today my eggs were delivered to me within 10 minutes of ordering and the place was full.
B. Z.
Great place for a morning/mid-day bite. For a cold morning, the firepit out front was a winner.
Had the Feta and Tomato and added eggs (their scrambled did not dissapoint). Only RFI is that some people received a generous piece of toast while a friend received a thinner (end of loaf?) piece, but he still enjoyed the meal.
P. S.
Nice food, nice place and conveniently located.
J. J.
Really nice but i think some cheaper options would make it a little more inclusive
s. r.
On point service with great food and beverage offers. The hottest place to grab brekkie.
Staff are super helpful and so accommodating. I'll be sure to make this my local.
T.
Love the charm peter rabbit has, went for the classic avocado toast and it didn’t disappoint 👌🏻
S.
Nice outdoor seating, though there could be more shade for when it gets really sunny. The food was good and the staff were good too. They did ask us to get a move on not long after our meal though as they needed the table for someone else.
S. N.
Do not trust Google saying this is a child friendly cafe. There is no child meal options, every lunch dish is at least $22, very busy and noisey place. Would not recommend for a family lunch. Picked eggs and bacon as most basic offering and 8yr old couldn't eat it, tough sour dough bread and eggs had some weird flavour. Our meals were OK and service relatively quick but I think over priced and not suitable for young children - ours 10yrs and 8yrs.
R. L.
Breakfast was delicious and their peanut butter hot chocolate was so good that I would definitely order everytime I will go there.
J. X.
Forgot my mask in the car. Was covering my nose and mouth with my cardigan when ordering food. The guy asked about my mask and banged the EFPOS machine on the desk when I pay :(
I totally support wearing masks, and totally understand people may get frustrated when seeing others not wearing one. But there are times when people can forget. Please be kind and gentle to one another in this difficult time. You can gently ask me to grab my mask from the car if covering my face with cardigan is not ok instead of banging the EFPOS machine in front of me. Always love Peter Rabbit. Food is amazing. But very bad experience last time :(
a. d. c.
Delicious food in a really funky place. This must be the place to be in summer if you are in the city!
B. S.
This place is just as charming as could be, friendly warm staff, great indoor and outdoor seating, fire pit roaring and a sweet little bunny named mopsy who loves strawberries. We had breakfast and it was amazing, i had oh yea oats that were delicious. Everyone really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was lovely. Can not fault at all. :)
S. S.
Delicious nooeldles, absolutely fantastic. Great little atmosphere, cute decor and nice location. I'll be back again!
R. R.
Good coffee and good food even in a fast paced environment.
A. H.
Dee.lish.us! Sensational atmosphere, generous sizings, very very tasty. I was only visiting Adelaide for the weekend and was recommended this place by multiple people. Lived up to the hype. Whether it's "table for one" like me, or a brunch with friends, it seems the place to be is Peter rabbit. Would visit again. The roti was heaven.
K. E. M. &. E. P.
A bit of a wait for my order but service was friendly, the cafe vibe is wonderful, and the food was delicious with large serving sizes!
L. l.
service is good, food is okay but took more than 25 mins wait for my porridge and breaky roll.
A. N.
Favorite brunch place we visited in Australia! Loved the hot chocolate and dirty chai served in huuge mugs. There was also a great menu selection of both decadent and healthier options. I enjoyed the rabbit bowl, which was a combination of tuna sashimi and other vegetables. Wonderfully plated / presented and delicious!
A. R.
Great staff and nice atmosphere. Quirky place for a breakfast and lunch
M. C.
Just here on our Easter Holiday, walked in on this great place. People were waiting in line to get in and the place was worth the wait. It is nice to find a cafe that has a garden feeling in the middle of the city coffee was amazing and food was great.
s. b.
Food most important, when I first went there it was GREAT!
Then it did literally become rabbit food,( for a while)
It's back on board again, best pasta dish I have had for a very long time.
(Homemade pasta,
roasted tomatoe, sausage, you guys know the one) better than Angalotti!
THE Ambience is second to none!
Great date place not pretentious, just sunshine and comfort.(with some zazz)
Can't wait to try Bloom, when I can get in😊.
B. “. M.
Oh yeah I love the range of tea that is here. What a good space to have in the city, near the Uni. Perfectly suited to the area! Added benefit is the open area which almost eliminates that oppressive wall of sound that you would normally get at a regular café. So here it's easier to hear the people on your table, even if it is super busy. 😁
D. P.
A quaint inner city trendy restaurant with gorgeous bunnies. Food is uber healthy with the rabbit bowl and smashed arvo options. A lovely warm fireplace and indoor and outdoor dining options. Fills up quickly.
F. G.
Suchhhh goooood coffee and food! My girl loves this place
M. W.
Amazing. Phenomenal service, food and drinks. Kids loved the rabbit too 😁
C. V.
Super cute place, trendy and relaxed. Big groups should book, but the waiters are pretty good at trying to seat you as soon as possible even without a booking. Food is very good, portions are very decent and tasty. I will have to come back and try other dishes!
M. S.
Great food, lovely service, picture perfect setting 👌🥕🐇
M. N.
Food was delicious, serving sizes were great, especially for the price
S. L.
Welcoming environment and unique menu.
P. R.
Awesome Breakfast!!!! PERFECT service....lovebthe taste and definitely love the cafe... everytime i visit i really enjoy everything... the service the food will make me keep Visiting again and again...
Thank you...
A. F.
One of my fav places in Adelaide cbd. The atmosphere, the music, the decoration, the food, the coffee....everything adds to a fantastic scenery. However, because is a very popular place, the waiting time (30 mins approx) to be seated, can be a major turn off some times.
J. S.
Brilliant little cafe in the perfect uni hot spot. Gio is a master on the machines and will make your coffee dreams come true. Double espresso on ice topped with oat milk? I think so. An added bonus is the food is modern brunch done to absolute perfection!
B. M.
Modern dishes with vegan options and good presentation. It has a pleasant outdoor dining area set in a garden, including an eclectic wishing well. It's a very unique place, and a perfect option for lunch or dinner with friends. The only drawback is that it's a little small, so the tables are close together and seating is limited.
D. M.
Excellent place. Food was delicious, relaxing atmosphere, staff were kind of friendly. Would definitely come here again
T. A.
Food and coffee were excellent and the cafe itself is quite cool in the way it's set up! Highly recommend the avo smash and add on the chilli if you like a good bit of spice!
l. b.
Beautiful setting! I love all of the plants and the seating layout with options for indoor and outdoor. Today was beautiful and sunny and I found that most of the outdoor settings had plenty of shade where they needed. The menu was good too, and most importantly had a few Vegan options that I enjoyed.
C. M.
Hard to fault - good coffee and I love the scrambled eggs and bacon.
M. W.
Food was lovely, first lot of coffees were Luke warm. Second lot of coffee were ok.
S. J.
Cute little Cafe. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere.
T. S.
Great breakfast menu!! Eat here a lot. Coffee is fine, but not to everyone's taste as can sometimes be a bit bitter. Love their smoothies though x
S. C.
Food was so delicious!! The pork sausage parpadelle dish was my favourite. We also had the rabbit bowl with haloumi. This was also really good!! Thank you!! We will definitely come back next time we are in Adelaide!!
N. V.
Good yummy food was really busy but service was fast...
D. L.
It’s great too see some high quality brunch spots finally popping up in Adelaide. The food is different enough to be a point of difference and not too different to be too out there for Breakfast/ Lunch options. Real highlight though is the coffee, every coffee I’ve ever had here has been between great and amazing over the years. Highly recommended
V. L.
Great food, great people, great atmosphere.
J. C.
Unique cafe with beautiful food, the doughnuts are amazing and there are great well priced cocktails in a beautiful setting surrounded with plenty of plants, a real, fluffy rabbit for kids/adults entertainment and great service. Wouldn't know you were in the heart of the city when you enter this little plot of heaven!
B. M.
The place is absolutely beautiful. It has this "personal touch" and backyard feel to it which sets it apart from other more commercial cafes around the place. The coffee isn't the greatest and I always see the Barista pour my soy milk into the espresso shot first before stretching it which is a bit weird but other than that, it's a nice friendly place.
C. M. L.
SO GOOD. Don't miss the rabbit!
J. D.
Great spot for brunch in Adelaide! After tossing up between a few great choices we opted for Peter Rabbit. The space is really great and is probably the biggest draw to this place. The space is full of fun odds and ends, there are trees growing through the tin roofing and there is even a cute rabbit in the back of the venue! The food was also really tasty. The peanut butter hot chocolate was STUNNING and tasted delicious and their bliss balls were fresh and not dry at all like some are at other cafés. I also ordered a fun cocktail and the chicken sandwich which was incredibly tasty. It was massive and there wasn't a feasible way to eat it without making it an open-faced sandwich but that didn't stop me from thoroughly enjoying it.
The only drawback to the place was the service. Nobody was particularly friendly throughout the morning and if the service was a little better and staff were more attentive this place could have easily gotten five stars. Wait time on coffee and food was also very high but that is to be expected on a busy Sunday. Staff should probably advise of the wait however.
M. U.
Real good coffee, menu seemed interesting with plenty of vego and i assume vegan options. Had the green waffle which was delicious, the only downfall was the bacon. Just a quick slap on the grill would make it heaps better. Probably not busy enough to serve precooked bacon at 8am but otherwise very cool vibe. The sun in the afternoon would be epic too!
E. G.
Food was nice once it arrived, but wait times for a table on the weekend were quite long, and food took when longer to come out once seated. We were promised water three times but none was ever brought out to our table.
C. P.
Amazing little hidden Cafe, food was fresh and delicious and all the staff are exceptionally good at what they do. Will definitely be back! Thankyou.
c. m.
Nice outdoor eating area and a cosy indoor one for winter. The food is great and the staff are always lovely. To be honest I get their scrambled eggs every time because its so good. Also, they have fun water on tap.
M. S.
Must have changed ownership or chef's because while still fresh and tasty portion sizes have been greatly reduced from what I had become used to.
R. C.
Not the quickest service but the food is exceptional. The mix of spices in the relish served with my simple poached eggs with mushrooms would have me return on its own. A nice place for a sunny relaxed brunch
R. K.
Great atmosphere and good coffee.
L. S.
Really nice, interesting place. Nice to sit inside or out. Coffee was quite nice (Latte & Mocha), I haven't tried food but the dishes (breakfast) that came out for others looked very good. Male staff who served me behind the bar were pretty nice, female staff were less so, seemed more interested in chatting with their friends and not overly friendly, this is only true for the time I was there though so may not be true for all.
I would go here again if down this end of town, but it's a bit of a hike from Rundle Mall area.
J. L.
Food and atmosphere is nice once you have ordered and found a table, but the service needs improvement. You have to wait to be seated but then you place your order at the counter. Is it counter service or table service? We got there 15 minutes before opening time and were first in line (yes, you’ll have to queue), but because of the confusion about 15 people ordered ahead of us and we found ourselves at the back of the queue. The staff saw that we had been waiting much longer than anyone else there and saw that we were confused, but didn’t care to come up to check with us, explain anything, or even acknowledge us. I was glad to leave; there’s no point spending time at a place where you feel uncared for.
T. H.
The staff were friendly and the food was amazing!!! My daughters loved that they could pat the bunnies who hopped out to greet us.
남. (.
Fishkatsu.. any one who is first visit there~ order the that~ goooooooooooood so good!
D. M.
Excellent place. Food was delicious, relaxing atmosphere, staff were kind of friendly. Would definitely come here again
S. N.
Do not trust Google saying this is a child friendly cafe. There is no child meal options, every lunch dish is at least $22, very busy and noisey place. Would not recommend for a family lunch. Picked eggs and bacon as most basic offering …
D. B.
Lovely staff, amazing food and very good coffee. Can't wait to come back
M. B.
Nice food and lovely setting, though we sat inside. Service was okay but would definitely go again
M. B.
Live the coffee here. Blends well with milk. Great relaxed vibe.
C. A. C.
I really dig Peter Rabbit Cafe. I love the relaxed vibe, the greenery out the front, the food is fresh and delicious.
J. S.
Brilliant little cafe in the perfect uni hot spot. Gio is a master on the machines and will make your coffee dreams come true. Double espresso on ice topped with oat milk? I think so. An added bonus is the food is modern brunch done to absolute perfection!
R. R.
Very good
K. M.
Great service, big serves, lovely coffee.
N. S.
Excellent food and wonderful staff, cute atmosphere and good portion sizes. A little expensive but nice to have a treat.
y. v.
Awesome coffee and great good. Good portion sizes too, even the toasties were pretty filling and delish.
Good vegetarian options
Takeaway van up front to have coffee when waiting for a table
P. J.
Visiting this cafe for first time with my family who just moved to Adelaide, we all had a pleasant time.
Beautiful cafe with very nice food. Friendly staff.
Kids friendly. All food served within few minutes from each other so we had less drama with kids.
D. B.
Loved this place, mostly for the food.
There were a few oddities with ordering a bottle of wine to share that you have to go to the bar to order but can't carry back to your own table, and staff that are overly keen to take everything away but not happy to help you order (that I think could afford to be looked at from a customers point of view... But great vibe, great food, and generally great place.
C. d. p.
Nice place for a lunch with friends.
L. S.
I'm from Sydney where there are a lot of small cool cafes. This place tops them all! The service was on point, everyone working there was happy and smiling. The food was amazing and came quite quickly. I highly recommend this plane for a good brekky (and an awesome peanut butter hot chocolate)! Will definitely be back when I come back to Adelaide!
S. M.
Awesome atmosphere, trendy and just like I’d imagine from its literary namesake. Phenomenal food, wacky but brilliant combinations! The banana crumpet was amazing. Wish I had enough time in Adelaide to go back.
D. C.
Good selection of food and drinks. Staffs were really nice. Cute interiors. Would def go back ❤️
M. A.
Great atmosphere with the garden dining and really delicious food. When we heard Bloom and Peter Rabbit were run by the same people we had to try both!
A. B.
Good fare , great service , top coffee
G.
A great spot for families. Large, open outdoor space. We visited with our two kids under 4 and it was relaxing. Food and coffee is very good, lots of clean eating GF and LF options. A nice brunch spot for a lazy weekend experience.
R. H.
It's trendy and upper bougie, you and your girlfriend will have an opportunity to do a photo shoot of your plates and do a smitten Instagram post while swindling a good range of obscure teas which better change your life, that's fine with some reasonable pairings of wine with obscure names. It's good within its price range and done with love, guys and gals seem nice and the kitchen team is clearly seasoned. 4/5
I've heard that the menu hasn't changed in a while, even if that is true, I'd come back maybe 3 or so times to try everything once because its nice and in the upper bracket.
X.
Yummy chai lattes - the best I've had. Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Really interesting quirky decor that feels trendy but relaxed. Plus there is the cutest Dutch rabbit!!!!
The only thing that disappoints me is that it closes a bit early for me.
Did I mention the rabbit? 💕💕🐰💕💕
M. T.
Amazing place~ food is so good!
J. P.
Great service and outdoor area
H. Y.
Very nice place to have a brunch!
Their Carbonara is worth the dollar.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well!
The House Made Chilli goes really well with the Carbonara! IMO, must try when you visit Adelaide.
M. B.
Nice food and lovely setting, though we sat inside. Service was okay but would definitely go again
T. A.
I booked a table for 20 of us, all the plates came out together and really fast. Amazing food and service and great atmosphere. Beautiful garden setting!
s. b.
Good breakfast but was coffee cold to me
J. H.
Really awesome vibe and atmosphere at this place, looks great and is well ventilated. Really amazing menu for those with dietary requirements! There's some parking around the place but it is easy to get to from bus or train or tram. Definitely coming back!
A. L.
So cute that they actually had rabbits in a cage! The atmosphere and decorations were simply charming. Wonderful for brunch with families, friends, or a partner. The outdoor seating is great for a sunny day with pets. ++++RECOMMEND!!
E. H.
Loved this place! They were very accommodating of my allergies; the staff were super friendly; it was easy to order; service was fast; and, while it seemed quite busy, we got a seat really easily. Would definitely recommend this to all Adelaide visitors and locals alike!
R. K.
A nice and pleasant early afternoon was had. Coffee was good and so were the Menu options albeit a bit salty.
J. H.
Good points: opens earlier on Saturdays than most Adelaide cafes, and has a nice garden. Good fruit toast. Bad points: a bit chaotic & studenty-not-in-a-good-way; asked for a double-shot short macchiato but got half a big cup of thin bitter coffee, 3 waiters asked if I wanted water then disappeared but only one actually came back with some, crowded tables, a smashed glass table top...
R. P.
Great service on a very busy morning - the food was fantastic, but the espresso was an absolute delight.
F. F.
Most beautiful waitress I have ever seen, the brunette lady dressed in a green top working on Saturday 15/04/2021.
G. D.
Cute, friendly, unexpectedly tucked away from city living
A. B.
What a 5Star experience having previously owned & built my Unique Cafe from scratch Peter Rabbit Restaurant Cafe in Adelaide is hard to beat!!!
Whilst in Adelaide a must visit I went 3 days in a row the Sashimi Raw Salmon breakfast was to die for!!!
R.
We were strolling around Adelaide . amd came across Peter Rabbit a trendy/hipster looking cafe and saw this really trendy cafe/restaurant.
I think the decor was excellent, the outdoor seating area was really nice, was set up which what appears to be recycled /pre-owned. The vibe was rustic and relaxing.
We both had breakfast all items seemed like they were freshly picked from the farm. the coffee was also nice and strong.
I would come back if back in Adelaide.
M. M.
Lovely fit out and atmosphere, coffee was pretty reasonable as well. Definitely worth a lookin!!!
L. M.
Amazing food and good service, highly recommend
J. C.
Cute cafe with delicious food. Perfect spot to catch up with old friends
C. S.
I recently visited Adelaide on a weekend away and overheard someone at the airport talking about a cafe that has rabbits you can pat...
So needless to say I went for the Rabbit pats (which didn't disappoint despite there only being 1 bun) but also left feeling the most satisfied with my meal and entire experience that I've probably ever had anywhere.
I had the brekky roll which was enjoyably sloppy and delicious. I also had what I think they called a spiced chai which was the best chai I've ever had! (Perfect blend of sweet and spicy!).
Nice little chilled spot in the CBD and good service.
Excellent first impression of Adelaide and would come back just for this cafe!
A. K.
Little fairy tale garden oasis in the middle of the city. Fire pit outside and wood burner inside both add to the warm welcoming ambience in the winter. Eclectic menu of brilliant food and really good coffee.
D. N.
Meals way too small (-1) for the price (-1) but man it was extent tasty, (+1) atmosphere was very trendy (+1) cool setup (+1) staff where friendly (+1)..
Better price or the size and to me, this place would be 5 stars.
Shouldn't be eating a breaky burger for 15 bux and be just as hungry as before starting it...
(I'm sure the price and size would probably be fine for most?
L. H.
I loved it here! I thought the food was a bit pricy but then I got my serving and changed my mind. I got a mountain of stuff over my toast and it was delicious. Definitely going again next time I'm nearby
R. J.
Great spot, good vibe, decent food with a rustic theme. Keep in mind if the outside fire is going, you are going to leave stinking like smoke no matter if you sit inside or out. This matters to some people but not others.
L. P.
Beautiful setting with large outdoor garden. We visited for breakfast on a Sunday morning and it was fairly busy. Coffee was incredible and the breakfast burger was also delicious
C. R.
Great atmosphere. Great coffee. Friendly staff. However it was over priced for the serving size of meals. Sourdough should not be charged as an extra!
J. V.
Atmosphere is nice and coffee is good. However, it is overpriced. My friend and I got eggs and avocado and it was nothing special for the the price they charge.
D. B.
Lovely staff, amazing food and very good coffee. Can't wait to come back
M. W.
Wonderful oasis with great coffee, good food and a selection of fine beers on tap. The owners are to be congratulated on creating a calm and curious place at the western end of a street that has more than its share of rough diamonds.
T. N.
Best coffee ever! Sensational fries, just the right amount of salt. Service is friendly and attentive. Can't fault them! Definitely coming back! 😁
S. C.
Great food. Great friendly service. I am fussy about my carbonara. This place serves the best i`ve had for a long time. Lots of other great food choices. I will be back.
T. G.
Great breakfast options. We sat outside for breakfast and really enjoyed our meals. Service was quick and the staff where very friendly. Will be definitely going back when we are in the City.
C. O.
Peter Rabbit is a quaint little garden Cafe restaurant, with a magical vibe. There s even a real bunny rabbit at the place!
Enchanting decor, and the peanut butter hot chocolate to die for!!
P. M.
Fast efficient service in a quaint setting.
M. B.
Live the coffee here. Blends well with milk. Great relaxed vibe.
B. H.
Amazing! Great food, fantastic atmosphere and the staff were good.
v. r.
Very groovy place. Although could be better if there were individual seating rather than a long table shared by groups
D. D.
Beautiful place to visit on a sunny Sunday. Great food and greenery
A. A.
Food was excellent, real rad vibes and menu had a great selection of different flavours. Just a tad bit waiting times due to being busy and popular but defs a must visit!
N. F.
I had a really good Cappuccino and Latte there. The outdoor space is really unique, rustic style with so many cool plants.
D.
Not only is the service impeccable, the coffee and food are impeccable every time, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. Whether it be a quick takeaway coffee, or sit down lunch, you are guaranteed to have an excellent experience!
J. B.
Great Atmosphere, friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Really good food, the spiced cauliflower was amazing! Highly recommended
M. D.
Peter Rabbit has the best coffee in that part of town which says a lot because there are some other great coffee places close by. Aside from the coffee, they have beer on tap, friendly service, an eclectic ambiance and actual rabbits. Not the anthropomorphic kind but they are engaging nevertheless and I think one of them is named Benjamin. When the sun is shinning it is a joy to sit in the garden, however, I am looking forward to winter when the log fire will be most welcome.
C. M.
Little garden cafe with a quirky menu and cocktail list. Great for brunch meetings and a chic spot for a catch up coffee!! The bunnies are adorable.
S. B.
This little garden cafe is like an oasis on Hindley St. The housemade nut milk makes for a pretty tasty latte, and their resident rabbit is a little cutie. They have craft beers and even make their own fizzy drinks. It's refreshing to sit back with a drink and look at the garden. Definitely will find an excuse to visit again.
S. D.
Okay food, bit pricey. Service is slow, though super friendly. The pots and greenery make it.
C. H.
Always great coffee and food... This time I tried Ginger Tea... Very nice!
D. N.
Amazing food! So vibrant and packed full of flavour! Will definitely come back. Only thing was we waited over 30min for our food. But it was worth it!!
P. G.
Great place to have breakfast at Adelaide. Wonderful decorum.
B. S.
Menu did not specify allergies, listed ingredients but didn't show they contained nuts. Could have been a deadly end. The team were pretty apologetic and helpful in the end. I'd come back for a coffee
j. c.
Excellent staff with great service. Good menu selection
K. H.
The stuff a food coma is made of. Indoor jungalow and mystical eats. Chesterfields and rabbits and the staff are more than easy on the eye. If you're looking for a dining experience then Peter rabbit is your next destination. One of my all time favourite.
T. I.
Good food, friendly staff, beautiful outdoor dining
P. S.
Great venue and staff efficient
J. M.
Great little place for breakfast and an afternoon beer. Staff are friendly. No table service. Really nice food but not an extensive menu!
N. F. (.
Nice place, decent coffee, interesting menu, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere; recommended for breakie we enjoyed sitting outside though the place was busy there were tables available both inside and outside
C. H.
Lovely little place. Very good staff. Food bit on pricy side especially the Brocollini (only Vegan offering apart from chips) chai was delicious but on the very small side. Not value for money but fun place.
C. D.
Savoury breakfast was fantastic. Relish was perfect. Waffles were more like chocolate cake and neither the kids nor adults were interested in finishing them.
B. D.
Quirky place with a great vibe. Relaxing outdoor garden space. Food and coffee were delicious and quick even while busy. Staff were helpful and friendly.
A. T.
Great coffee (I had an iced soy latte nice and strong) and delicious smoothie bowls and came back 2 days in a row during my visit to adelaide!
T. E.
Went twice in our brief Adelaide stay. Lovely setting and really good breakfast choices.
G. L.
Nice place with a chill vibe. Some dishes have strange combinations but overall food is good quality.
T. G.
Really exellent coffee and food good. Small unchanging menu means eating similarly on return visits. But a great little oasis of civility on otherwise feral Hindley Street.
T. Q.
Probably wasting my time giving this place another positive review. I think everyone gets the idea of how good this place is. Brilliant coffee. Nice atmosphere.
J. C.
Gnarly little cafe, big fan of the layout. Coffee service is pretty slow even when the place is quiet and the staff arent very inviting, wasnt greeted, wasnt checked on and wasnt farwelled. Makes a difference to the overall experience. Constructive criticism
H. H.
Cute place - you feel like you're in the garden right there in Hindley Street. Guys are super friendly and the coffee is top class. Also a fun place for a private function.
J. M.
Tasty breakfast muffins. Pleasant vibe. Would eat here again.
K. N. N.
Food is mainly vegetarian and vegan but excellent, vibe is good and prices are affordable.
P. P.
Place is really nice, good layout and atmosphere. The only turn down is the very poor customer service.
L. A.
This place is like a good wine in that it keeps getting better and better!! A great venue for coffee and food - definitely a favourite that I'll keep coming back to.
S. M.
Love the rabbits go south Sydney Rabbitoes . P.S Coffee good also
M. B.
Love this place. Awesome vibe and exceptional food. Visiting from Melbourne - so good we had to come back again
A. H.
Lovely place, excellent food and name of place f8ts perfectly. But should not force customer to order from counter. When in meeting this is very inconvenient.
P. E. (.
Had a mocha and a long black, both lovely. Great staff, very friendly. Plus there was a rabbit named Moxy. What's not to love?
L. S.
Lovely surroundings in the west side of the CBD. Good menu for breakfast/brunch/lunch!
J. T.
Nice coffee and good food. Very cool little 'burrow' with hanging vines/plants.

Lovely setting. Dog friendly outdoor area. Friendly staff 😊👍🐕

One of the best coffees I've ever had, great food and cool place. Only knock was how slow it is - 30 mins for a long black and a bacon and egg roll...

9am, morning coffee expedition on Hindley St? If there was ever an unexpected garden cafe on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD, this would be it.
Entering along the garden path off Hindley St, the open space is inviting and the all the greenery is a welcome departure from the bricks and mortar.
Friendly staff, good coffee and funky tunes await.

Food was amazing!! However I thought it strange that staff brought over 1 coffee at a time and appeared sullen when removing used dishes.

Very good

Descent food if not mind-blowing, good atmosphere and nice staff. Tea came out too child but other than that, a pretty good breakfast.

peterr peter peter rabbitttt! Okay so my kids dragged me here because of the name (they've been singing peter rabbit since playschool). We loved their brunch menu and their banana crumpets were delightful!
R. W.
Look and feel on point to the show. Was hoping for a bit more out of the food

This restaurant serves it all - the music, babies, good food and drinks and very amicable staff. I frequent this place every weekend and I love the ambience!

Nice café. Weirdly almost only thing open this side of the city on a Sunday. Good vibe great food.
J. E.
Consistently good coffee, decent menu that maybe tries a bit hard to be cool, but don't we all. My 'go to' brekkie spot when in Adleaide.
R. L.
Vibrant inner city cafe, free sparkling water on tap, indoor and outdoor seating, amazing coffees and changing seasonal menus. What more could you ask for?
Z. B.
Good vibes, busy atmosphere and tasty coffee. Would definitely recommend
H. S.
Very good food with top quality ingredients and great attention to detail in preparation, plating and flavours. Coffee was disappointing; weak, milky, slow.
J. J.

Cozy cafe with nice staff. Small menu but nice atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor eating.

Popular with the university crowd. Decent coffee but main point of difference is the fact that they have an actual rabbit pen...with real rabbits...which some might find therapeutic.
M. L.
Great venue, Great staff, fantastic coffee

Loved our lunch and coffee in the beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Breakfast Guacamole.

Tasty ‘spro. Piccolo with a swan, can you ask much more?

My favourite cafe in Adelaide my only complaint would be how they charge for soy milk and they don't provide a discount for keep cups...
A. M.
Photos online make the place seem a lot bigger than what it is. Quite squishy and nit what I think of when I think "Peter Rabbit". There is a rabbit tucked away in between two toilets. Staff were friendly.

A great spot for families. Large, open outdoor space. We visited with our two kids under 4 and it was relaxing. Food and coffee is very good, lots of clean eating GF and LF options. A nice brunch spot for a lazy weekend experience.
