Andonis Cafe & Bar at Yeerongpilly is the perfect place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a sneaky afternoon cocktail with friends. The presentation of the dishes was perfect! This cafe is located on Station Road, and there is heaps of parking (including street parking). The service is great and the staff friendly. The coffee was amazing. The menu is extensive so lots of choices for fussy eaters. The desserts sounded delicious….so I will definitely be back. This Cafe & Bar is worth a try 🤗

I would of given them 5 stars but it did take quite a long time for the food to come out and it didn't all come out at the same time. My wife nearly finished her dish before the other 3 came out. The food is pretty good and fresh. The servings are quite generous and the place is close to my house. The coffee they carry is Fonzie Abbott, quite a nice bean.

Got to enjoy a nice late lunch with family here recently. Lucky we had made a booking because it was quite busy - and rightly so, the variety of food to choose from was diverse. We all ordered a few different dishes and drinks and shared. The flavours were great and good portions. Unfortunately the weather was not co-operative and we got stuck seated outdoors in the bouts of a rain pourdown - after a few seating changes, staff kindly moved us inside where we enjoyed the rest of the deliciousness. Looking forward to visiting on a brighter day and trying other menu items. Thanks for a great lunch.

To start things atmosphere, venue, and service are all very welcoming and fantastic. As a sydney based reviewer, the service here far exceeds what i encounter in sydney, simply because i can sense how genuine the staff speak to their customers. We were seated quickly and served when we were ready. The menu was fairly large and there was a pretty good range of different meals from breakfast, lunch, and desserts. We had the hangover cure burger and chips, house calamari, and a bueno dreams dessert. The savoury foods came within 10 minutes which was great, and it looked and tasted delicious. I had the bueno dreams and it looked quite incredible, like a sort of art piece. It tasted very sweet, and it doesnt lie when it tells you that its for the sweet tooth. I wasnt able to finish it because i was way too full after getting through most of it and some of the calamari, but it was an experience for sure. The only downsides today were that the chips weren’t as seasoned/flavourful as it could have been, and the insane amount of flies that were around today, which is fair enough because it was really hot today. I would definitely return here to try out more of the menu whenever i can.

This is our new favourite place. We came yesterday and are back again this morning with some more friends. This venue is of such a high standard, it’s perfect to take people you want to impress, yet the staff are so down to earth and incredibly hospitable. David is absolutely amazing, so friendly and so professional. The food is absolutely exquisite. Came here for the first time for our wedding anniversary brunch and the only dissapointing thing is that we hadn't found this place earlier. Decided to travel across Brisbane to try out Andonis Cafe and Bar after seeing some amazing photos come up in a Google Ad - and it didn't disappoint. For a Friday morning the place was buzzing. The food came out as beautifully presented as in the ad . As did all the other plates going by to other tables - we couldn't help but stare, they all looked so amazing. Our hot mocha's were equally delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful with requests. Definitely worth the drive and we will be back because there are some really scrumptious looking desserts that I want to try when I have room.

The whole experience from check-in, to ordering, to wait time for food was exceptional, and the food itself, OMG!!! Looks incredibly amazing and tasted sensational. TL;DR - a charming cafe 63 adjacent type of cafe with personable staff, great quantity of food, fair pricing, and nice ambiance (even if the music is a bit of a choice on some songs) My Experience - We went at around 11:30 on a Tuesday and it was CROWDED, my goodness. It was school holidays I suppose but I didn’t see that many school-age kids - a lot of young groups of friends and middle age couples I would say. Despite that we were able to be seated immediately and it didn’t feel crowded or overwhelmingly busy when we were at our table. The only weird ambient part was the music they played - it wasn’t any music I had heard in a cafe before, and didn’t really seem to have a theme. My friend got the French toast, which came with fresh fruits like kiwi fruit, and watermelon. She says it was nice, sweet, and refreshing. I got the burger called “hang over cure” or something to that effect. It was pretty hearty with beef patty, bacon, and halloumi. No one ingredient was over powering and I would say it was pretty well balanced (as well as a double-meat burger can be anyhow). The staff here are very nice, the prices are fair, the environment is calming. I didn’t really have expectations but I didn’t mind this place at all.

My friends and I visited Andonis for the first time today to celebrate a special friends birthday. Unfortunately, whilst in the midst of exam week we couldn’t find the time to plan. But luckily Andonis came through! Not only did they make us feel extra special with their beautiful ‘masked’ smiles and birthday singing voices; when we mentioned we didn’t have a cake to celebrate the birthday they offered a complimentary dessert. Having some experience in the hospitality industry ourselves, we were also so amazed by the efficiency! Even though they were more than fully booked, the service did not delay at all.The food was up to high standards and was brought out so quick and efficiently. This place is seriously the golden apple. From the excellent food, vibe and service.. they have it all. Thank you so much Andonis for making this day special for us. You’ll be sure to see us again. I’ll be celebrating and recommending this place for as long as I can. Absolutely amazing. 11/10.

Visited during a weekday morning, quieter than the weekends but still busy nonetheless. Had brought Mum along who is genuinely a picky eater (I think most Mums are) and ordered ourselves the Avocado Stack with extra Mushrooms and The Spartan Omelette as it is. From the beginning of our experience to the end, it was all seamless. Great customer service, relaxed vibe and flavour-some dishes. Perhaps it's the Paprika sprinkled on almost every dish that adds that extra "oomph". We were served by Erin and Stefania, both Waitresses were friendly, sociable and had their own character with how they spoke, delivered and interacted so it's refreshing coming to a Cafe that's mixed with different cultures and backgrounds regardless of whether english is a strongpoint or not - body language and expression goes a long way. All in all, a great experience and every Brunch place we visit Andonis stays at #1 to compare the experience to.

We have to say that the coffee and freshly made juice is absolutely one of the best in Brisbane. Well done Andonis 👍🏻 However, some of the food is average depending on what you order. Note: This place do offer 5% off if you do a google review, charges additional 7% for splitting the bill and 2% surcharge for paying via credit card. I had the Loaded Croissant today and I added Avo and a veggie fritter. The presentation is fantastic! nice ambience food & coffee tasted ok we are a bit surprised this cafe is in an industrial area! Due to pregnancy I advised staff so and asked for no raw ingredients on my plate & I saw staff also noted on the ipad when ordering but veggie stacker still came with raw rocket leaves & feta scattered all around on the plate….so not really pregnancy friendly…: ( Also when we checked our receipt we got charged with 2% card fee and food we ordered also appeared more expensive than the menu price. Feel deceived will not go back again.

This place definitely has a wow factor and it’s popularity shows that- we waited about 30 minutes to get in at mid day. First off, service was exceptional! Staff went out of their way to be friendly and make sure we were comfortable. Even though we had to wait, they continuously checked on us and let us know what was happening. Coffee was really good, very smooth blend- and the cute latte art just added to the experience! I think the food was a little bit of a let down. We got the ‘burger for the gram’ and ‘Canadian waffles’. The burger was definitely something to see, HUGE! In reality it should be for 2 people, but no complaints about this one. My waffles were disappointing- for the price, I expected more. It was a tiny waffle, with fruit spread out on the plate to take up the spare room. The ice cream came out melted as well which was a let down. Veryyy average tasting, so I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall, I really liked the cafe. It is definitely popular for a reason and I would love to come back and try out some other food options. If you’re planning on coming, I’d recommend booking a table, or coming earlier and waiting.

Update 8 months later: service was much better this time, they still mixed up my table number. Food was still quite good. Only criticism is the food is overly complicated, there are too many parts to a dish. It was impossible to have a bit of everything on my fork. Definitely not disappointed though. Old review 3 stars: Just had a lovely meal at Andonis. The food was quite good and the serving size was larger than expected. I was however very disappointed in the service. There were at least 6 staff members walking around but I was ignored numerous times. It took almost an hour and a half for our food to come out and when it did we had no cutlery. We were told when we sat down there would be a wait of 30min on food. We did expect out drinks to come at least but they only came out a minute before the food.

Amazing brunch food snd coffer so went back to try dinner. Menu was basic and didn't offer as much as the day menu. Tried: ¤ lamb cutlets - beautifully grilled with balanced side dishes. ¤ corn fritters - delicious, nice and crispy. However it is quite heavy so would recommend sharing ¤ beef ragu pasta - very heavy dish with no vegetables to balance the dish out. The first few bites are nice but would recommend sharing this. Brunch: Highly recommend loaded crossaint or vegetarian Benedict! ¤ French toast wasn't too bad, super heavy tho

I never look and go off google reviews BUT I did read the reviews and thought I have to try. Well ALL were true. Lucky I booked online early for a 8am breakfast because by 8.30 it was nearly full. Our daughter recommended this place as she heard it had great food ... must say I agree the food is very fresh and presented with flare and style .there is an extensive range of dishes .. we chose the French toast and the mince dish but as you can see the effort they have put into a simple meal shows they care about food. have heard about this cafe for ages and had to try it since it was so hyped up~ somewhat hard to find as its hidden within a corner surrounded by warehouses so it’s a nice isolated cafe in a way~ booked a table in advance since i’ve heard how busy it is and luckily i did as walk ins had to wait for around 45 mins for a seating~ staff and service was pretty friendly and nice~ ordered the savoury crepes, the famous benedict, a hot chocolate and the orange pineapple lemon juice~ absolutely beautiful presentation as expected looking from their instagram photos~ decorated with pretty flowers and everything~ savory crepes were pretty good!! only down side was the salmon was very little and there was a heappppp of rocket all over it the famous benedict was okay, eggs were overcooked, and it was overall nothing noticeably amazing? overall it was a pretty cute and nice cafe but the food wasn’t anything amazing to mention~ worth a try though!!

I looked forward to trying out the food here. On presentation my "Vegetable Stack" looked delicious - hence three stars. Sadly my Poached Eggs were both very hard boiled and Not Poached. The rest of the ingredients in my "Vegetable Stack" were barely warm, with the toasted two portions of muffin both very dry, brittle and cold. About 15 minutes before our two meals arrived, I noticed a "Vegetable Stack" offered to the neighbouring table which was sent back, as it was the wrong order. I then watched and did not see that dish reappear until our meals arrived. Is it possible, that particular dish was placed in the warming area to serve to someone else? Maybe that explains why my food, was not hot off the stove and eggs over cooked? P.S. Both myself and fellow diner got a small card with our coffees asking us to leave a review in exchange for a 5% discount!!!

First of all the serving sizes of the food are great. But other than that the service slow and not very efficient. The waitresses were friendly but didn't know what food they were handing us and when we ordered, they didn't tell us there was a surcharge so the food ended up being a lot more than the original price. We ordered two Vegetarian Benedicts and a Vege Stack - they were good, but the stack was slightly soggy and the fritter was broken up under everything in the stack. Might’ve been sitting for a bit before it was served. Tea was good, as was the latte, but I’ve had better coffee - even with sugar, the roast tasted a bit bitter/burnt. We’ve been before, so today must’ve been a chaotic/busy day in the kitchen, so would still come again and try the other dishes on the menu. Update: Removed 1 more Star because I’m vegetarian, the waitress agreed to swap out egg in my veg Benedict for mushroom but they instead added extra cost on top of bill for mushroom swap.

Booking ahead is recommended - maybe ask for a shaded area, but we didn't have to wait for a table. Lots of savoury and sweet options. So there's something for everyone.

I can highly recommend the refreshing Wild Berry Crush Smoothie. Which is icy cold, creamy & the perfect cold down drink on a hot Brisbane day.

Wow! Worth the 40 minute drive from Strathpine. Service was splendid and efficient - notified us upon seating us that there was a slight wait for food, but our hot drinks were out quickly in the meantime. The atmosphere at lunchtime is amazing. We walked down the street after parking the car and there was a instant buzz of talking and laughing in the air. We waited to be seated for about 5 minutes before being briskly ushered inside by a friendly staff member. As we were taken to our table a number of staff members greeted us with a friendly smile and welcoming "hello". The menu never fails to disappoint. I've eaten here a number of times yet there is still something new for me to indulge in. The service was exceptional and the food didn't take too long at all considering how busy the place was when we arrived. The food is always outstanding. This time I opted for the McAndonis. Think KFC but supercharged with MUCH MUCH more! It was succulent and moist with a taste that left you wanting more after each bite. The only disappointing thing was that I finished the burger and that brought an end to our visit. Alas, all good things must eventually end. Easy 5 star experience. You'll not be disappointed by choosing this place.

Very impressed! It was a very busy morning for brunch. We got in at our booked time despite the long line. Although the kitchen mixed up our order the friendly waitress Sienna fixed the issue quickly. Find it a little bit awkward to see offering incentives to put reviews on social media whilst the hype that’s created is not the actual experience delivered. Took 40 to 45 mins to get our food. It's very unfortunate that such potential is ruined by not giving the same attention that they give to advertising as to actual delivery of the promised product and customer service. Not the warmest and friendliest service experience. If planning to visit, allow ample time and be ready to wait for 30 to 45 mins which seems the norm. ( staff doesn’t seem to care at all) Will we go back again? Probably will not make a special trip. As we did, based on looking at social media reviews and hype. Certainly better friendly and warm service establishments are available with what you see is what you get to experience. Decent coffee. Well designed cafe with ample seating and good ambience. Food is nicely presented and tasted ok.

Came here yesterday and it was PACKED. But that's only to be expected when the quality of the customer service and food is very high. There is a lot of seating, but if you don't have a booking and come here on a weekend, expect to wait about 20-30 minutes. The food is presented beautifully and photographs well. The menu is also VERY extensive, I guarantee everyone can find at least one thing that interests them. I applaud the staff for still producing gorgeous, delicious food even when queues are spilling out the door.

I am giving three stars for the service of the staff, and that is it. The menu is super overcomplicated, with little impact on making something actually special to eat. I ordered one of the things which was unique on the menu, and it was terrible. I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was dry, verging on being like chalk in my mouth. Inedible. I think they used breast meat, when really, thigh should be used. It was also dry as if it had been crumbed a week ago. The truffle flavour was also a bad idea, combined with the richness of the egg, the maple syrup, and being in a mayonnaise. The staff were good when I asked for the chicken dish to be returned. I got back what I asked for, which was the waffles with bacon and maple syrup, but again, it had weird add-ons like fruit and ice cream... Which is just not necessary. I got back a single waffle, with a single piece of (nicely cooked) bacon, and some maple syrup. I wasn't footing the bill, so I didn't ask if the bill was reduced to reflect the reductions of my order. Overall, the food and menu don't match the online presence at all. I think they have a very good PR, a good campaign to ask people to review for a discount, and are good at making food that is photo/IG worthy, but not necessarily anything special, or a good flavour combo. Again, my stars are for the staff. Oh, and the coffee was nice. Won't be back.

Lilly our server on the day was helpful and even suggested a small cake with a candle so we could sing happy birthday to my Mum. My only complaint would be the surcharge to split the bill. super busy cafe, but i can see why! the portions were huge and the food was pretty delicious. i was seated within 10 minutes of arrival, though it did take awhile for someone to take my order and for my food to arrive. as i’m a small eater, i couldn’t finish the meal and hence i’d recommend to share with someone if you have a small appetite like myself. only thing i didn’t like was that if you’re seated outside (majority of the tables) - there are lots of flies, but honestly that’s not within the cafe’s control and i felt that the cafe itself was pretty clean. would visit again if in the vicinity!

It was our first time to visit and highly recommend booking a table. The variety and naming conventions on the menu are intriguing and we couldn't wait to try. Each of us chose a different dish to enhance the experience and we weren't disappointed. The presentation and taste was amazing and captured our taste buds at first glance. Coffee was delicious and we noted the takeaway line was never ending yet the speed of service wasn't affected. What a great atmosphere and the service Siena provided was open and friendly. We'll definitely be returning customers.

I visited on a Saturday morning around 10.30ish. All of these 4 stars are for taste, price, quality, Instagram'ability. I really enjoyed my meal and I'll still probably go back. A few things were a bit of a letdown though.. the cafe gets direct and bloody hot sunlight in the mornings. Most of the cafe is outside with only some covered but also escaping inside isnt all that much better. It can get really hot with big glass walls letting in sun but no breeze. We also experienced about a 40min+ wait for breakfast which wasn't ideal but at least delish once it arrived. Overall, I'd recommend but suggest you choose seating wisely and don't rock up absolutely starving haha.

Groovy atmosphere and nice staff. Lovely teadrop tea. Dirty chai was more a coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon but still good. Service was a little bit slow 🐌 Mars slice tastes peanut-buttery so maybe more of a snickers slice? Pretty good overall, will be back to try meals!

5 stars for this amazing gorgeous cafe! The food is delicious and beautifully presented! It does get very busy on a weekend so make sure to book ahead! Had no troubles walking in on a weekday though :)
