Food at buzz is worth the price. Hardworking staff especially at this pandemic situation. Although food wait was a bit long, we enjoyed our meal. We will be back and recommend everyone to try food from buzz. Thank you buzz team 💪

The cafe is amazing. Coffee is delicious. The beautiful lady behind the bar makes amazing coffees. It’s always good to visit buzz for nice breakkie and good coffee. Also the service is amazing. Five star ⭐️

Just average, average service, whilst staff are friendly, our food came out at the different times. Two people got their food straight away. We were impressed with the speed it came out, then we waited what felt like 30 minutes to receive the other 4 meals. Way after the first two had already had their plates removed from the table. My meal was the baked eggs and greens, the greens were dismal, so overcooked they hardly resembled greens any more, the kale was a mushy oily mess. The eggs were also overcooked and somewhat dry. Whilst it tasted good it's left me feeling gross with the amount of oil. I probably should have just got the bacon and eggs it probably wouldn't have been as oily. Other people enjoyed their meals I tasted the mushroom, they were delicious. Shame the delivery and overall quality was subpar.

Excellent place in Newstead to get breakfast or lunch, I can personally recommend the Avocado smash and the Mediterranean pizza, then get an iced latte with vanilla for energy. I would happily recommend Buzz to my friends.

We had a nice little Kizomba dance event back in October. The staff were friendly and the food was okay. The only thing I found that was a little odd was that they didn't want to be accepting the money at the same time as we ordered. This is lovely because it is a trust system but then I heard, a bunch of people forgot to pay by the end of the night. Really loved the atmosphere at night though and the food wasn't bad :)

Fantastic breakfast experience! We had the warm breakfast and the pulled pork special. Both were delicious. There was perhaps a slight mix up with the coffee order, which was resolved promptly and professionally by the staff. Also great location with lots of dog spotting. Will be bringing our pooches next time.

I ordered the smoked salmon salad - at best it was mediocre and for $18 I was expecting something a bit more substantial (a bit of cucumber, three cherry tomatoes, a sprinkling of capers, greens and four slices of smoked salmon...). Terrific cafe in Gasworks. Ive been going to Buzz for years. I also go to the Buzz in the Emporium which is apparently owned by the son. His dad owns this one and it is good. Great service, good food and good place to relax, have a coffee and read the paper. Highly recommend.

Lunch on Sunday... service so ..so... as no one told us it was counter service, we repeatedly tried to get waitresses attention. She came over and said, " what's your problem". What the hell happened to service manners?? M's steak sandwich was grisly and " tough as RM boots", my calamari was greasy, limp, but tasty.

Came to Gasworks for Breakfast and found Buzz. Clean and fresh looking. Staff greeting was OK, but not great. Food quality good but not a stand out for the price - $18 for a standard Bacon Eggs Benny, Tea was $5. Overall OK, but I suspect a bit of competition would cause them issues.

Nice cafe for breakfast and lunch. Their recent menu is excellent. Coffee and drinks are fine. The cafe is busy first thing, 10am and lunch. Overlooks the Gasometer which is lovely. On the weekend they had live music in the Gasometer which was nice. All sorts of diners and backgrounds from corporate to casual dressed locals. The cafe has a nice decor as well.

Very nice food. I was pretty impressed with the quality of food. Service was ok as well. The gym upstairs makes for an unusual atmosphere, but wasn't too bad. Location is nice for the locals. I had the burger with chips and was happy. Decent size and tasty.

Customer service was great, our orders had been brought out fast and looked rather tasty! However they have lost a few stars due to the simple fact their portion size has decreased whilst the prices have increased, good tasting food but they are now in line with 1000 other overpriced under portioned cafe’s in Brisbane!

Awesome. Kids meals? None of the awful frozen chicken nuggets from Coles rubbish here. We got a kids size grilled chicken breast and nice chunky (proper) chips with a little side salad. I REALLY appreciated that they go to that trouble for a kids meal. Adult meals are just as good. The waiter even let us select some songs from his iPhone play list as we were the first in that afternoon.

Just moved into office nearby. Nice area nice restaurant but after 2 weeks I like to mainly buy coffee and read the newspapers and already the papers have not arrived or were late 3 out of 10 days. Coffee and food are good. In the morning everyone queues at the counter to order. If you only want a coffee it might take 5 minutes plus just to place an order.
