Tried this cafe for the first time this morning (found through Google reviews for dog friendly cafes near the water). They seem popular and busy at approach and we were seated inside the cafe with our dog. We ordered the eggs benny, breakfast bagel and their dog friendly eggs and bacon meal for our pooch. Food came out quickly and the eggs for the benny was poached to perfection. Only a few small hiccups to our orders but the friendly and attentive staff made the experience pleasurable and issues rectified immediately. It was cool to have breakfast with our dog at a cafe! Also grabbed a delicious carrot cake on the way out.

The food here is amazing, although they were very busy on the day I went. Not sure 45 min is a suitable time to wait for food to appear. To their credit they did offer us a free drink as an apology, very very suitable to take your furbaby. They give individual water and treat bowls and pamper the pets.

Wow what an amazing experience!! Customer service with a smile and going the extra mile for my son and I!! We arrived before the kitchen opened for breaky (no problem I'll check with the chef) yep all good, food was delicious and great portion size with little extras like Tom relish with my smashed avo! First time went to Frenchies. Amazing food, great place to go to. Great workers. The workers are kind, friendly and are really helpful. Great coffee, I love that they support local photographers. Their fun frenchie theme carries throughout the cafe and we were lucky enough to visit while a frenchie was visiting which was cool. The place is funky and has a nice menu and an exceptional kid's menu. Usually the kids menu is an afterthought so that really stood out. The staff were friendly and patient and the air con area had beautiful art to get lost in. The cafe is right beside a second hand bookstore in an eclectic area with a lot to look at.

Love this place! We went to the Wynnum water park over the weekend and decided to venture a little further from the beach then just the café across the road - so glad we did! Frenchies is so cute, my toddler loved pointing out all art of dogs on the walls. The food was delicious and coffee was good. Dogs are welcome here and they even have their own menu! Would definitely come here again next time we are in the area and try other stuff on the menu.

Frenchies cafe is one of my local favourites for many reasons. The staff are beyond friendly to the extent where you are compelled to return just to catch up. Menu is extensive and full of delicious options not to mention they cater for your dogs. The cafe itself has a quirky layout that will stand out beyond many monotonous cafes around and there's always plenty of room. Overall the cafe always seems to have a warm and welcoming vibes every time you visit with out a doubt. It can easily be said that the owner loves and cares about what they do. Definitely a place to check out with your fur kids.

Great food and coffee. Handy location and friendly staff. We have twin babies and we choose Frenchies as the Cafe is always clean and hygienic. Also the owners always accomodate our oversized pram and any other requests. Very convenient during the working week as well for a quick coffee meeting or a place to sit and catch up on some emails.

What a fantastic place! The staff were efficient and friendly and the owner was lovely. Wolff coffee was fab and the food was very tasty. There's an entire room where you can have your pets and every dog gets a dog biscuit. There's even a dog menu! I immediately witnessed a staff member greeting a local by name, helping them with their mobility scooter, with a few people casually popping in with their dogs for a cuppa. No complaints about a mug of coffee & banoffee pie for around $10. Given the huge wall of dog photos and the conveniently situated photography studio, I'd say they've got their niche down pat.

As well, customers become friends with other customers and the staff. Looking from the outside in you would think the staff must all be family members the way they care for the cafe. Doggy water bowls are located at the front door by default, your dog receives a dog biscuit upon arrival and personal water bowl and mat.
