Cannot stress this enough, this place is fantastic. It's a hidden gem in Sherwood and should be appreciated by everyone. They serve excellent coffee, fantastic cakes and dessert (all made in house!) as well as fantastic food. A big bonus is the fact that they always carry atleast one asian dish on the menu, which is a welcomed changed to the always identical breakfast menus in Brisbane. Their croissants is just as buttery as those found in europe, and match perfectly with their coffees. The staff is always welcoming and nice, and for me it's the perfect café.

Food is nice but relatively expensive and slow to serve. Cafe is themed like a gas station, hence the name.

I love my coffee and if I have a lack luster experience at an establishment, I will not return. The staff here are amazing!!! Very friendly and wow can they make a coffee. I find when I order a small flat white with an extra shot at most places I will recieve a coffee that is very weak and tastes more of milk! I had a coffee this morning and yesterday morning from here and both coffees were second to none. So strong and beautifully made. Well done, I will be getting a coffee everytime I am passing. Thank you 😁

Not very impressed by their iced coffee and chai latte, they were somehow warm even with ice, didn't taste any special either. The strawberry muffin didn't taste as good as it looked. The shop smelled oily with a tiny kitchen at the back, and the aircon wasn't really cold as the door was wide open.

These folks must lace their beans with some kind of MSG-equivalent-for-coffee! All jokes aside, the coffee taste is really unmatched in all Brissie - perfectly roasted. I'm not a coffee aficionado, but I crave them every time I'm in the area.

I completely adore this cafe! If I was a selfish person, I’d not tell anyone about this hidden gem in Sherwood. However, I can’t stop raving about how good the beans are...specifically their single origin beans. If you haven’t experienced the beauty of single origin coffee, Gas Espresso is the place to go. If you’re a well-seasoned coffee connoisseurs, give them a go. They also have an assortment of delicious eats. It’s definitely worth the drive/train/etc. out to Sherwood.

We were there a couple of times, and just like what others said in the reviews, very impressed with the food. I want to particularly praise for their above average service that kind of rare nowadays in Brisbane. Like today, I ordered a wrong coffee and the boss happily changed for me without charging me further. That impressed me. Good job and many thanks. Will be back more!

Most of all the coffee is great and the cakes are fabulous. There was a 'no stress' atmosphere despite the current times. A number of folk awaiting their coffee out front. You can order ahead online. We had a carrot cake.. yes,...ordinary you may say, but this slice was gi- normous .. maybe necessary at $6.50..macadamias, carrot, pineapple in a yummy pale moist cake and cream cheese icing. .. one of the best I have had. What I would describe as a Queensland style that we all should adopt. No sultanas or spices to make the typical dark colour...a fabulous style! Cake counter was stocked with many other goodies that looked inviting. While we were there a stacked hamburger was walked by on a plate for the table next to us. It looked mouth-watering and very inviting, freshly put together. Coffee was perfect temperature... not burnt or too like warm... still served in take way cups unfortunately, due to current restrictions I suppose. Pleasant service. Only a few tables available but a great relaxation spot when shopping around Sherwood.

Just had a quick coffee and pastry this morning. Both were really nice. Pastry warmed up and served well. Husbands scone had homemade vanilla cream - no longer can stuff as per a previous review. Coffee top notch. Husband had two! I didnt give it 5 stars as the space felt cramp and not somewhere where I wanted to stay and linger to have a nice breakfast - this was our original idea for big brekkie to set up for the day. Highly recommend this place for a great coffee!

In a suburb surrounded by cafes this one is overrated. Friends rave about it but there are better cafes nearby. It is tiny inside 3 to 4 small seating with a couple outside. Situated on a busy and noisy intersection and can be difficult to find a park. Coffee in my opinion is overrated and I have had better at 3 girls skipping & miettes bakery. Coffee 3/5 Food 3/5 Service 3/5 Atmosphere 2/5
