It was clean and tidy, staff seemed friendly to their regulars, not being a regular I was greeted with a bit of indifference. The food was average, not great. Coffee was ok. I did love the fact that they have tables made from the old Festival Hall though. All up not a bad experience. Would visit again if my regular haunt was closed as it was today.

The best coffee shop in Brisbane. Belle and her staff are fantastic; always polite, friendly and cheerful. Grabbing a large skinny latte at HC before work is the ideal way to start every working day and I always leave happier than when I went in thanks to the wonderful staff. Thank you !!

I walk past every morning on my way to work and I’m so glad I finally tried them! The coffee is tasty and strong, and the service was super fast but this didn’t take away from the quality at all. Staff are lovely and it smells amazing inside the shop haha! Definitely will be going back. 🥰

Hard coffee is a great place! Visit them for really good coffee. If you are lucky Belinda is there. She is a top barista and makes great coffee. But the rest of the staff is great too. Trust me, if you want Dibella coffee done right, Hard coffee is the place to go.

I love this place. The staff are brilliant. The coffees, chai lattes, espressos, green teas, soups and salmon salad are just awesome. I really enjoy sitting underneath the sandstone arches. A very creative space so I love to write here and work on my book. A great place to contemplate ideas. Highly recommend as one of the best spots in Brisbane CBD. Such wonderful gem, one of my go-tos for a coffee in the CBD! Had to best tasting soy iced latte here, strong smooth coffee taste, full flavored and didn't go watery at all. The atmosphere is lovely, lot's of people watching available in the outdoors seating area. There is a large tree which provides shading and makes dining here very relaxing. Highly recommend coming here to read or catch up with friends. However, it is a bit too noisy and distracting to work. Staff are friendly and cheery and seating area is always kept clean.

Food was great (Turkish and avoid with poached eggs and bacon). Crispiest bacon I have ever had and the best coffee I think I have ever had! They need a branch in Airlie beach... This is my favourite place to come when I'm in Brisbane!!!

The last couple of reviews have nailed it...great coffee, food and atmosphere but the staff, in articular Emma, are just the best...it makes all the difference feeling welcomed so personally. We have only recently moved into the now adjoining building and the fabulous new add-on to the shop(259 Queen Street foyer) is just another plus to an already 5 star cafe with a choice of 4 different seating areas.

Look the coffee was good.... I am on sick leave and not dressed in a suit so dispite the ability to pay and saying please I was not offered eye contact or courtesy... In fact they asked the two people that came in after me if I butted in front of them.... The coffee was good the barista was arrogant. Edit: Michael thank you for the response. Your professionalism is admirable.

Small range of breakfasts but both the Brekkie Roll and Breakfast Wrap were great, the Turkish bread and chutney's gave your usual eggs a welcome twist. Coffees were top notch too

Always walk past it but only thought it only got street seatings. I was wrong it got some tables in the building and table was shipped from turkey to Australia (so delicate). Coffee was strong and nice.
