Amazing gem of a coffee shop. Eva and Jason are two of the most hospitable owners I've ever met. Can't get over how good the vibe here is and how great the coffee is!

Light Coffee is hands down the best cafe experience I’ve ever had. Eva and Jason excel at what they do and really put all their love and passion into their work. I came here with my partner on a Friday morning to finally try some good pour over coffee after only ever having espresso, and to buy some more beans. I already have a coffee subscription with these guys and Eva even remembered me by our previous email correspondence! The pour over coffee was fantastic, as was the flat white that my partner had, I’d go so far as to say they were the nicest single cups of coffee I’ve ever drunk. It needs to be said that these guys clearly take coffee seriously. Eva and Jason were both super eager to talk about the coffee, and gave great recommendations. I can’t recommend light coffee enough, they’ve made a customer for life.

Nice, Cosy place run by very friendly owners. The coffee is presented with info card and brief explanation of the blends. The coffee is prepared and presented with such care. The only downside is that the Light Coffee only opens on Friday - Sunday.

Coffee are just always at such a superb level. Consistent, high level, reward winning coffee technique. And they even offer a special coffee powder that u can just add the water but the taste is exactly the same as the filtered coffee. They told us the process and thing but I really couldn’t remember the details. But having a great coffee when you just do not want to step out of home is also amazing. Each package can have about 10 cups of coffee. Absolutely love that as well. Probably the best coffee you can find in brisbane. 5 stars with no doubt.

I've already made a review about light coffee on my Facebook but i decided to make another to highlight my love for them. I personally believe that in Brisbane we are naturally exposed to cafes on every block focusing on their aesthetically pleasing food but putting their coffee second. I can't deny that there are a handful of great cafes, but only a few focus directly on coffee and light coffee is the best of them. The coffee is exceptional (I'm a big fan of the hand-poured), and the service is welcoming (I don't think I've ever felt as comfortable and sublime in a place before). But what puts this cafe above the rest is their transparency with their beans. I personally feel that ethically Australians are great and we love to support our farmers, but with coffee there is a lot of underrepresentation of both where the beans come from and the labourers. This cafe does their best at bridging this gap with me being both morally and deliciously satisfied.

Absolutely lovely speciality coffee with the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff around. Always have excellent service and perfect coffee. They even have a single origin hot chocolate which is lovely too.

Easily one of, if not the best, coffee bars in Brisbane. Eva and Jason’s dedication to both the roasting, preparation and service of coffee is exemplary. Against the snarl of Lytton Road, Light is an oasis of restrained minimalism and tranquility - no obnoxiously loud, cliche 90s hip hop blaring out of speakers or ‘mightier-than-thou’ barista ego. Just excellent coffee (and tea), every single time.

(Translated) Delicious coffee ~ the entrance has the sour taste of coffee, but it will not be too sour, the aroma of roasted sweet potato 🍠. The middle section is Damao Black Melon XD, but not salty. The latter part has oolong tea and black chocolate. Very comfortable 😌 hand coffee. (Original) 好喝的咖啡～入口有咖啡的酸味淡苦濃韻，卻不會太酸，烤地瓜🍠的香氣。中段是大茂黑瓜味XD，卻不鹹。後段有烏龍茶香和黑巧克味。很舒服😌的手沖咖啡。
