This was my first time at Paddington Social.... And it definitely won't be my last. The menu was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't choose what to get. I chose the Potato Hash cake. I was super hungry. When it came out, I was impressed by the presentation of the meal. Then when I took my first bite it was like a flavour sensation had hit my taste buds. It was delicious!!!!

Stopped in for first time for a takeaway skinny latte. Lovely smooth drink, and creamy. Was not so scalding hot or bitter as many takeaway offerings seem to be, and was super quick. Food when we eventually got it, was very tasty and a decent size serving. Almost 3/4 of an hour wait to eat is just not good enough nowadays. Great ambience and very friendly service and pricing was reasonable.

Second time dining at Paddington Social and we had brunch this time. It was quite busy and we had to wait at the entrance for a few mins before someone greeted us. But it is not to say the service was lacking. We were lucky to get the last table available at the time. Once seated, the staff explained their ordering system, either at the counter or through the website. We ended up ordering at the counter. Grabbed their egg Benny on croissant and potato cake. Drink wise, we got one skinny cap and one cold brew. I personally preferred the potato cake and thought it was more flavorful. The cake and sausage were not overly greasy despite it being deep fried. The whole dish was simply but elegantly displayed. My egg Benny was good and delicious in its own way. The original dish used sourdough but I made a change for croissant instead. The croissant was evidently baked at the cafe, which was really flaky and buttery. The bacon was not heavily seasoned and went well with the rest of the dish. The eggs were poached to a perfect consistency. The deep fried kale was def the highlight of the dish. In general, we really loved the food. The coffee was good, above average but memorable. We also grabbed two croissants for takeaway, one pecan pie and one baklava (I originally ordered the last cruffin but for some reason it was sold to someone else after I had placed my order). Service was good, and everyone was attentive and friendly. One piece of advice, you may want to make a booking before going, otherwise, you may have to wait. It was a spontaneous trip because we were both craving something sweet. On our arrival, their dessert cabinet caught my eye and that pecan cheesecake croissant (see the pictures) looked too damn good to pass on. So I got the last one ( there wasn’t too much left as it was already midday and most of their treats were already sold out), talking about lucky! My partner grabbed a slice, which was equally delicious. Besides their food and coffee, I really liked the layout of the cafe. We were sitting at the window from which you could look out onto the street. All in all it was a really pleasant experience and we will definitely go back for more goodies.

Food and drinks on their menu are a bit pricy, but it seems pretty standard to any brunch places. We ordered latte, mocha and berry smoothie (super berries). Their coffee is Campos - can’t go wrong with that. The smoothie came with iced blueberries on top, and it did not add any value to its taste. But it was good. The food was great - scotch egg and open sandwich were the best 👍👍👍 One thing disappointed with is that the cups for water were not clean (having lip shape stains left on the edge of the cups), and we didn’t get to get clean cups after returning them to one of the staff.

We tried the: □ chicken katsu burger - lacks the flavours despite the sauces and the chicken is quite bland □ miso salmon - very flavoursome and salmon was cooked perfectly. I'd heard great reviews of this place and it's bakery and had to check it out. There were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options and the meals are large, flavoursome and colourful. The baked goods all looked so decadent and were quick to sell out. We all bought something when we left and we will definitely be back again soon.

The only downside of this place is that I have to be at the door at 6 am in order to get some chocolate croissants, people are fighting over them like if it was toilet paper on April 2020, totally worth punching that old lady for a pair because they are amazing. Hats off to the pastry chef

Amazing food, good vibes and great times. I love that this place has breakfast until the afternoon. Their full breakfast menu goes until 11am but the important items are extended until the later which is perfect because when you've waken up starving after a big night and all you want is a coffee and an eggs Benny, Paddington Social has you covered. I've had almost everything on the menu and I've never been let down. Their eggs Benny has to be one of the best I've had. And their coffee is pretty good. It's not the best but it's definitely up there. I also really like the layout, it's very homely, clean, and it's not too busy. I fkn love this place tbh. Get amongst it 👌✌️

The food and coffee are pretty good but the quality of service make the most of this rate. I went today to have breakfast, my coffee arrived shortly but my salmon sandwich took too long, rather than wait more I asked to gave me the sandwich for take away. The lady told me that I've never ordered and I was sure that I've payed for. I left the coffee pretty upset and then another person from the coffee cheese me outside to gave me my sandwich and he apologized because indeed I was ordered. When I arrived home my sandwich was a bacon with eggs not the salmon that I was desire for....

This is a lovely cafe, bakery and restaurant, with an inspired menu. Everything about this place was wonderful, and it was the ideal place to catch up with my friend. On arrival, the array of sweet treats at the counter are a beautiful feast for the eyes. The service is friendly and efficient and there is indoor and outdoor seating in a relaxed old cottage. I had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and crispy kale, which was fresh, perfectly cooked and generous. I also tried the fruit cake, which was delicious and freshly baked. There was no delay in ordering because you submit your order direct from the table using a QR code, and pay when ordering, which was great because there was no need to wait for a bill, or to wait to pay at the counter. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more dishes.

Simple system to check in fot your table and easy to use ordering via the QR code, however you can't order cakes and pastries through this system. Beautiful looking hotcakes that, also tasted delicious. The potato cakes were also well reviewed. Brilliant spot for people watching on a Sunday morning if you can get a window seat.

Tonight we dined at the newly opened @paddington_social. Where Sichuan Bang Bang and Pizzeria Voiletta used to be so extremely convenient to get to. Absolutely loved the new look. Very warm and inviting and from 5pm onwards the restaurant transforms into a thai pop up kitchen showcasing some amazing thai cuisine. Every single dish was packed with flavour that we found it hard to pick a favourite. Not only was the food delicious but we also found the service here to be so polite and efficient. Some of the dishes that we tried were: * Lek's wings * Garee Puff Mhu * Pad Thai * Yum Pla Apple * Massaman Neua * Mhu Grob Padt Prik Khing Radt Khao We loved it so much that we came back in the morning and tried some items off their breakfast menu. Again so much options but we tried: * Chorizo scotched egg * Shakshuka * Peach and apple crumble pancakes * Caramel cruffin * Baklava croissant * Fruit tart Again it was so hard to pick a favourite. Everything was perfect and exactly what l needed in a breaky. Yummy food. The new kids on the block off to a great start in my opinion and l will definitely be going back for more.

It's 7:05PM and I drove from Spring Hill for coffee - they apparently shut their coffee machine at 6:00PM (?really?). The closing time is 8:30PM I've given a rating of 3 only because there are favourable reviews from people who did make it while the coffee machine was still on and alive.

We came here for lunch. In-laws ordered corn fritters and burger. We had Paddington bowl and miso salmon. Everyone was so delighted with their food which is not easy. We also thought that we could order Thai for lunch but the girls said the pop up Thai does not open until 5pm. We had such a good experience w the food here we definitely want to come back for dinner. The coffee and fresh pressed juice were delicious too. Customer service were lovely and very helpful! There are couple customer parkings available behind the place so you wouldn’t stress w finding a park.

Love Paddington Social and especially the pop up Lek's Thai. Always very yummy and every experience I've had here has been incredible! On a busy night I found myself waiting for my order honestly it was probably about 30 mins and staff came around apologetic with ice cream and were extremely accomodating with anything we needed, even gave us a drink on the house! Would recommend and do recommend this place to anyone who wants a good night out. :) Thank you Lek's Thai!

Every time when I grab a new cafe, the first thing I do is looking for the table beside the streets. I was happy Paddington Social didn't let me down about that. You know, it must be a good cafe if you just could find the seats you like while you walk in. Because that means it was designed and built from nothing but trying to support excellent service. The seat beside the big and bright windows gave good impression of my first try there. But I could finally said it was awesome when I could really use my favorite seat and enjoy the views from the streets outside. Of course my purpose grabing some lovely cafes in my first time isn't to enjoy the views on the streets but the food and coffee there. Just want to share with you my way to test it is a good cafe or not. For me today, I've gotten my favorite seat, everything have gone smoothly, and most importantly the food and coffee were beautiful and yammy, by then I could feel free to enjoy the views. I would finally said my experience there was excellent. My tips for you who love trying gourmets: if you'd love to try coffee with soy milk but actually you don't like the smell and taste of soy beans, cappuccino may be a nice try. Amazing chocolate powder can not only cover most part of the unique taste of soy beans but also make the coffee much more smoothly. The food I tried today was chilli pork croissant, I loved it, but I just can't stop wondering it might be perfect if the croissant was freshly baked so that it may be more crispy. Just wondering but maybe we could try next time.

We each ordered the Cuban sandwiches which were absolutely delicious. The coffee was also good. The staff were friendly and professional and the cafe itself was clean with an appealing layout. The price came in at $28 which I believe is standard for this area. We'll definitely be returning.

was impressed by the great coffee and the toasties/bagels on our first visit, and was keen to head back a second time for a proper breakfast. on the second visit coffee came out very fast, as well as a croissant, and was great again. we did however have to get a refund on a breakfast item as it still hadn’t arrived after 40 minutes and we were on a tight schedule. staff were lovely and apologetic, was a busy saturday morning with only one chef. happy to try again once more for the proper breakfast and would definitely recommend for coffee/cabinet snacks 🙏

Great waffles and coffee, efficient staff but noisy....people noise ( no music) which makes conversation hard to hear even with someone opposite you! The din can become worse when showy businessmen sit near you, get out their computers and commence a business meeting with two junior staff (showing off?) they should be seated outside! We have had two lovely experiences here, one for dinner (thai) and the other for brunch. Everything was really good but highly recommend the scotched chorizo eggs for brunch, and the pork belly stir-fry and Massaman curry for dinner. The setting is really sweet and the service was great. Wow! What a find! With our Floorball session having recently moved from Kelvin Grove, we were looking for a new cafe for the parents to come to in the vicinity of Suncorps. This beautiful, busy (always a good sign) cafe serves great coffee and great food. Air conditioned inside but with plenty of seating out, this venue is well worth a visit. Strangely, it doesn't come up when you search for local cafes.
