This cafe offers a great range of selection. We had the beef brisket panini, chicken burger, spicy brisket hush and sloppy Joe. Food quality was above expectation and the meat dishes were very succulent and tender. Staff service were great. Beverages were good. The cafe offers great ambience as well, with a couch located in the corner of the cafe and a small bookshelf to choose from if you want to read. Pricing wise, it was slightly on the higher end but it provides a unique dining experience.

A very welcoming cafe, homely feel as soon as you walk through the front door, with heaps of space. Tables and chair also benches with stools. Lots of art work which is for sale also. A book exchange, donate 5 books and you get a free coffee. Food was delicious and chai latte, made on homemade spices, lovely. Metered parking on street. Easy level access off the street, to enter cafe. No loud music, nice and quiet.

The facade of the shop is really nice with a retro kind of look. Food was great, and a waiter who served us was really nice. I got the Sweet and Savoury platter which was amazing. Served with ice cream & waffles and other savoury dishes, it was delectable experience; exciting on the taste buds. Presentation was spot-on served on a wooden board and dishes were spread out like a wheel. The white coffee was also amazing. Really great coffee. Only little downside was the steep pricing, but had a good brunch here!

Food was really good - mine was simple but cooked well. Service was really speedy and friendly and coffees were nice! My friend had the Shakshouka which was just the right amount of spice - balanced well with great poached eggs and feta My only feedback is my haloumi could have been grilled longer - was still a bit chewy, probably the same for bacon.

Loved the Chocolate Waffle and the Chai I had today. The place is furnished nicely in a wooden and vintage style. There is a shelf where you will be able to browse books while waiting for your food. The staff are also wonderful and friendly.

such a cosy place for brunch. the staff are really nice. we went around midday for lunch and it wasn’t busy so easy to get a table. the spiced mocha was delicious and it comes out beautifully. I got the smashed avocado which was yum but I wish it was a bit bigger for $17. more hummus and tomatoes would be good.

I last wrote a review for this place a little over a year ago and have since been back as a regular. This cute little cafe shops is one of the few places in Brisbane I wish I could take with me when I leave. The baristas are down to earth and lovely to chat with, the space is cosy and inviting, and there are days when I would give the coffee a 6 star rating if I could. You'd think the brownies were laced with cocaine they are that addictive. Only let down is the hours are short so make sure you visit in the morning because after 1pm you could be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. Seriously. The coffee is excellent and doesn't even need sugar to counter any bitterness. And I ordered a Bacon, Haloumi, Spinach and Aoili brioche and it was SO GOOD! The bacon tasted like maple, and everything was super fresh and tasty. Honestly, if you are in the area, just come here for everything. And the ladies there and super sweet and lovely people.

I don't take photos of my food but I wish I had here. The meals we ordered were varied. There was 3 ordinary, 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan. Everyone of the meals looked and tasted delicious. We went for breakfast 2 days in a row and the lovely Italian waiter remembered our coffee orders on the second day. Very friendly, good value, cute decor and very tasty. Would certainly go back next time we are in the area.

Love the decor, like a second hand bookshop. Excellent poached eggs on the sweet corn and zucchini fritters. Great fresh-squeezed juices. Loved the iced latte too. Staff cheerful, adaptable and very helpful.

I've been coming to this cafe for a while now since my course is nearby of it. Staff is amazing, menu is well elaborated furthermore you can choose from sweets at the counter and special wraps, by the way, the lentil's patty is amazing. I love their brownie. The food taste just come to sum up why this place is one of my favourites cafes in Spring Hill!

Cute and quaint little Cafe with an interesting and diverse menu. Service is a little slow, I had to go back to the counter to order my meal, but all the staff are friendly. The food came out in a timely manner and there was plenty of it. Swapped the eggs for the mushrooms at no extra charge and while I was sitting there, the staff said goodbye to ever customer as they left. Some quicker table service and clearing of tables, especially in the smaller dining room, would make this a 5/5 brunch spot.

We were staying just around the corner at The Parks Hotel, and decided to go for a stroll before breakfast. Stumbled upon this little gem. We both settled on having Sweet Corn & Zucchini Fritters with maple bacon, avocado salsa, tomato relish, plum sauce & poached eggs, although my companion being allergic to bacon, swapped that out for tomatoes - and was pleasantly surprised to be provided with an ample amount of cherry tomatoes, perfectly cooked. This meal for both of us exceeded our expectations. Not only was the service courteous and timely, the latte that I had was also perfectly made.

I live in Sydney and have visited this place a few times over the years and it's always fantastic. Last month I had the sweet and savoury platter and the rose hot chocolate. Perfection. If you sit outside, get used to people walking past oggling your food. I was jealous of myself when they brought out my order! The staff are so friendly too, I really wish I lived closer to this wonderful place.

Don't you just know it! You arrive for a week in Brisbane and only discover this true gem when you are about to leave! So heading back there this morning for another divine coffee and something else yummy from the fascinating menu. Wes. Adelaide. ===================== Ok, back now.... my second breakfast here was soooooo good. Coffee excellent again. But I must now say a word about the staff. Beautiful, soft natured, warm and inviting, friendly, making the whole experience special. The food is excellent slow food, home cooked. Nothing fast here, so don't expect it to be slapped down in front of you in 5 minutes. But the necessary wait is worth it for the quality. But if you are in such a rush anyway.... you should change your priorities in life. Ha ha. Enjoy!

Disclaimer: This is my friend's cafe but gee its good! You will almost miss it as you drive along Boundary road and that's part of its low key appeal. The food is great and the coffee is consistently good. The best part is that the menu is changed regularly which keeps it interesting and innovative!
