Comments of Clay.

Hipsters rejoice for a soy milk or almond latte.
Actual coffee enthusiasts who like the taste of coffee in their lukewarm milkshake version of a coffee should avoid this place at all costs. Always “sells out” of toasties even though they still have bread and ham and cheese somehow.

i seriously love this place so much. it's my favourite coffee place, as it's so close to my house :) all the staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. redbrick coffee is 🤌🤌🤌

Great coffee and delicious toasties. The only downside is the outdoor seating is very exposed to sun, wind and rain, so best on a mild day or just take away.

Very small coffee shop but is a Redbrick coffee shop so you know the roast is amazing.
Staff are polite, friendly and approachable if it's your first time in a Redbrick coffee shop.
Highly recommended.

We are always on the hunt for specialty coffee and love anywhere that roasts their own beans. We were given a tip to head here by our friends at the Origin Corner.
Redbrick opened up four coffee stores selling specialty coffee. We visited Clay Coffee, on David Street in Turner, Canberra, ACT. It is located at the bottom of an apartment complex, with ample parking outside and plenty of place to sit outdoors (or a few benches inside). The coffee shop sells coffee roasted in their own roastery in Fyshwick, making for unique flavours and a quality cup of coffee. This place is perfect for the coffee enthusiast amongst us.
We love the uniqueness of this venue, where you can actually select your preferred blend before they make your coffee. Whether you prefer classic, sweet, rich or complex, speak to the baristas and they’ll help you decide. The Multi coffee option for your milk based includes the following; Malt and caramel, coffee and chocolate, candy berries.
You can also buy yourself some beans to go, an environmentally friendly keep cup or other coffee merchandise whilst you are there.

Can’t rate this place highly enough. The staff are just wonderful and the coffee is amazing. Bike racks out the front plus a few outdoor settings. And some little rolling hills built in to a garden plus a large grass area which the kids could play in. Overall it is just a really pleasant place to be around.
The cons; it’s paid parking out the front so watch out for that. And it’s a small cozy venue, so large groups are a little difficult.

Great little coffee. Great coffee, good little bites and friendly staff. Plenty of seating outside and nice and warm inside for the cold days. Parking is paid.

Great spot for a cup of coffee or some little treats! They also sell coffee beans and are very attentive in helping you pick a bean (they have multiple delicious blends)!

One of my faves - definitely try the different roasted beans!

Great coffee and great service.

Small coffee cafe off to the side, friendly staff, small range of coffees etc. Would state average taste, nothing special. A large coffee elsewhere is a small to medium coffee here.
Seating avail out the front with small amount of parking.

Clay has been a favourite with me and my dogs since its opening. It's a pleasant coffee shop, with a range of savoury and sweet food and several varieties of coffee. I prefer the Coffee Coffee blend, made the way I like it, which the Batistas achieve. Clay has observed the Covid safe rules diligently and politely, from the times when we could only have takeaways, to the more relaxed situation today. The hand sanitiser is clearly available and tables sanitised after each customer. The Health ACT app is now available for recording sit down customers. The staff are unfailingly pleasant and efficient, and the female manager is delightful.

Great flat white using Redbricks Coffee Coffee blend, the best take away I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in Canberra!

Happy, bustling and sunny, if small cafe with good Redbrick coffee. Will grind bulk buys on demand. Restricted menu. Limited outside seating and off street parking.
A.
Enormously cute new offering from Redbrick coffee roasters. Great coffee, pastries and toasties. They also sell each of their 3 blends of beans.

Amazing service. Walked into Clay with a screaming baby. The lovely Eliza greeted me at the door. Warmed up my baby bottle, brought me a delicious double flat white. Incredible service. 10/10 would recommend.

Quiet little coffee shop, the ham cheese toasty was very tasty. Parking out front but note it is a Wilson’s car park :(

Two visits. First, did not feel welcome at all, second was the complete opposite. It's all in the staffing baby! The burnt bean juice is good.
